I have been looking for a particular guitar for some time. It has been difficult to find either new or used. Through my search I found the Guitar at Connors. It was used but listed as "Like New". I emailed the store and asked about the guitar. John told me the guitar was in superb condition. The next day I called and speaking to David purchased the guitar and arranged the shipping. The guitar arrived three days later and I was absolutely thrilled. It truly was like new and exactly what I had been looking for. A great experience dealing with the Connors. I would recommend to anyone to check them out.

This is a friendly store, with a wonderful family of musicians helping happily anyone that comes through their door.
They are knowledgeable and you leave always with a smile in your face, plus they have a great selection of instruments and music lessons.

I've just brought home my Taylor 214E after a setup at Connors Music. The reason it required work was that the action became rather high at the higher frets.

David almost immediately diagnosed the requirement for a neck reset and further knew that it was a bolt on neck.
He did the work and also installed some coated Daddario strings.

The guitar plays better than new and the strings have a very balanced and rich sound. I couldn't be more pleased with the work.

Played the guitare for 15 years, my last one lasted 5 years before getting stepped on by accident. Devasted I showed up to Connors's and told him basicly I was the moral booster for my peers on course in Base borden. Thanks to Connors and their good service, my moral and their's will be restored

I had just got my first electric guitar as a gift. Played for a few hours and broke my high E string on the first day lol. I felt really bad about it and was stressing about how to replace the string as I am a total novice and have never done it before. The gentlemen at Connors were amazing, they replaced the string and showed me exactly what to do. I ended up buying and extra set of strings and a winder tool to be prepared for the next break. I am definitely coming back, looking forward to starting lessons soon!

I'm 50, and I have around 70 guitars, so I know my way around online buying.
That being said, I haven't bought a guitar in years, due to a rare guitar getting destroyed during shipping in 2020.
This seller is the gold standard and literally every aspect of customer service, care and satisfaction.
I give them a very well deserved 10 out of 10 on literally everything that involved this deal, and I will definitely be buying more guitars from them in the future.

Excellent practical selections. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had such a great experience with them and their patience with me while I figured out which guitar. They also did a great job respecting social distancing needs during COVID-19. I was blown away with how good Joe was at articulating the sorts of things to pay attention to while trying out the different guitars.

The atmosphere and energy of this place is amazing. I felt very welcomed and comfortable to ask any question I may have. Very, very knowledgeable, kind and charismatic individuals that run this place. I always enjoy going here and have no problem giving them my business.even just to get some insight on anything music related from instrument quality to knowledge and understanding of the instruments themselves, these people know what they’re doing.
