I have an older Giannini espresso maker, I wasn't certain which were the correct sized parts to get it working again. Consiglio was terrific helping id what I needed to order. The order was promptly filled and delivered. Great service, highly recommended.

I ordered a Delonghi Dinamica Lattecrema ecam35075 through Consiglio in Dec 2022 before Christmas and so far very happy with the service and follow up. I had email messaged them for help with my narrowed down 3 choices for a super automatic espresso coffee maker and John was super quick, detailed and helpful with his responses. He considered the important features for us and he guided us well and overall very happy with the final choice. Shipping was super quick as well and their promo pricing was the lowest price for this machine brand new that was available. We had enquired as well from another well known seller with similar promo pricing and they never bothered to ever respond to my email. That made my decision where to buy easier.

I have just completed a most positive online experience ordering a refill liter and a replacement wick for my Lampe Berger - through Consiglio's Kitchenware. I prefer to use a Canadian supplier - and they are that! As well, their prices for the items I ordered were most competitive. The communications about the order were timely and very friendly - what you would expect from a neighbourhood business who would like you to become a regular customer. The order arrived, as promised, within a short time from Montreal to Vancouver Island. Finally, their packing material is totally biodegradable - an indication they are concerned with their impact upon the amount of garbage created in shipping. I plan to be a return customer!

I have about eight Berger Lamps and had no oil to put in them. I searched the internet and found Consiglios. I ordered two litres of scented oils. Two days later they arrived and I was so happy. My house now smells like Christmas, my favourite time of the year. Service was wonderful and price was right. Certainly will be ordering more.

Exquisite Sparkle - Wonderful

I cook a lot, almost every day. Some foods leave an order in the air, think broccoli or cauliflower for example.
In the evening, I fire up the lamp with exquisite sparkle oil for about half an hour.
The odours are completely gone throughout the house and the light fragrance of this wonderful oil fills the air.
Exquisite Sparkle is a beautiful scent.
Please note that the oils do not smell as they do straight out of the bottle. The oils have to come through the lamp. You will be thrilled with the result.
I love, love, love the lamp and oil and highly recommend these Maison Berger products.
The products are rather expensive but absolutely worth every penny.

I purchase a Gaggia Anima on line. Less then 2 days later I a sipping on a cup of Consiglios Super Crema Espresso. Love my new machine. Super fast service. Thank you for the coffee.

Ordered an espresso machine and a grinder from here. The espresso machine shipped promptly but they sent me an email saying the grinder was out of stock on their webpage. I was told they would receive stock and ship it the next day in a nearly incomprehensible email. They clearly have prewritten email support templates as the email contained placeholders that hadn't been replaced with the actual information.

For all those saying fast shipping times and good communication are a strong point. Well, that has not been my experience. Given that their website still says the grinder is in stock and given that I still have not received any indication that it is in stock or when it will be, I'm also quite suspicious they are intentionally misrepresenting their inventory to avoid losing sales.

The staff are always eager to greet you when you walk in and they provide you advice on how best to use the product you are enquiring about. They also go out of their way to find a product for you if it is not in stock. Strongly recommend shopping here for all your kitchen ware needs.

I ordered coffee maker gaskets for an espresso machine. I wasn’t able to find the right suze except for consiglio’s. I ordered them thinking maybe it would take a week or so to get them however i got them shipped and delivered all within 12 hours. The following day i got an email checking to see if i was happy with the product and service. My only response was “YES! ” I couldn't believe the excellent service. I highly recommend!

There is no word better than this related to my recent experience with John and Angie at Consiglio’s Kitchenware in Etobicoke. Their customer service, attention to detail and communication were and are second to no one.
I recently purchased the new Philips 4300 (4347/94), LatteGo Super Automatic Espresso Machine. We emailed back and forth numerous times as I live in Montreal and they are approximately 6.5 hours away. I became aware of them thru their Youtube video unboxings and how too’s when I started looking for a new Espresso machine to replace my Nespresso Lattissimo Pro with something better and that didn’t require expensive pods. I had many questions and they answered everything. At the time another company had a sale on the 4300 but because of the relationship I already built with the Team Consiglio’s Family, I wanted to deal with only them, lucky for me they price matched. They also sent me a free bag of their most popular freshly roasted Super Crema Espresso Beans (which is excellent by the way), with the 4300. By absolutely NO fault of Consiglio’s, I ended up returning the 4300 4 days after my purchase and upgrading to the PhiIips 5400 (5447/94), LatteGo. They have an excellent return policy, just follow their requirements (save your boxes, packaging, wrappers, stickers etc for 30 days). I save all this whenever I buy something especially an item that is this expensive.
** As a small side note because this is not what this review is about but I wanted to add that the Philips LatteGo Super Automatic Espresso Machines are worth EVERY cent. DO YOUR HOMEWORK and make sure you pick the Philips LatteGo that is right for you. They are an amazing machine and as you can see by the photos, they make very pretty Latté Macchiatos, love the ambient lighting on the 5400. In answer to your question, YES the Philips 5400 model is definitely worth the extra over and above the 4300. **
It all happened very very quick. They sent a return label, I had the machine picked up that afternoon, it was received the next morning in Etobicoke. After checking the return for damage etc and making the upgraded payment on the new machine, they sent out the new 5400 machine that same afternoon … The whole ordeal took less than 48 hours in total. EXCELLENT SERVICE! NO HASSLE RETURN… They made it all very easy.
I highly recommend Consiglio’s Kitchenware for any and all of your kitchenware needs, they are definitely one of the best in the business and are willing to go above and beyond to help anyone with any issue or questions they may have. I have ordered many times and each time I receive prompt communications regarding order status and amazingly fast shipping times. Hands down the best online shopping experience I've had anywhere. Before I placed my order, I had an issue with one of their coupon codes not working, and their customer service rep fixed the problem within the hour.

Consiglio's product pages have a built-in timer that indicate when your order will ship out; they shipped my order and provided tracking later that day, exactly as promised. I also received two follow-up emails thanking me for my order, the second of those well after my order had shipped.

Why doesn't every retailer offer this kind of service?
