Zafar was amazing at helping me assess my debt and gave me practical strategies to help me stay out of debt and how to follow the option we agreed upon to help me get out of debt. The service was fantastic and Zafar was a true professional in every aspect and I couldn’t be personally more grateful for the service. Pay that guy more!

Our experience aligns with every negative review. Emma was very nice and kind and then ghosted us. Sent the budget and proposal and haven't heard a thing since. Sent multiple emails and left voice-mails. Called the general line and was promised when she was done her phone call we would hear back. Still nothing. Never made our appointment. Didn't send anything to my partner. It's like they don't exist. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with someone yesterday who couldn't find our file. Very incompetent organization. Avoid at all costs. Can't believe Resolve sent us here. They also made promises that seemed shady and upon reading other reviews I do not trust them at all. Was alarming to read so many people had trouble paying more if they wanted to. How badly it effects your credit when they say it won't. That they are going to miss payments to negotiate a smaller pay back seems like something they should make clear to you. Would not recommend to anyone.

Karen made the whole process fairly easy and smooth. She answered all my questions and explained everything well with details. I was happy with what she was able to do for me. It was huge relief and I look forward to getting rid of this debt

Signed up with them and they could only get one of the two credit cards consolidated and when it came time to take payment out they took more than they were suppose to for two of them even tho it was now only one. They also added some emergency care coverage on it when I specifically said no in the phone conversation because I have all of the emergency car assistance ect with my honda plus account. Then once I closed my account because of this I no longer had access to my agreement with them ect. So beware they state they only charge us 16$ a month for their services and it ends up being 50$ +

Keirston Principio best customer service ever. He made us feel comfortable he let us know the situation was going to get taken care of. And he followed through with that. Like many other people, my husband and I got ourselves into debt and we're drowning trying to make payments but only able to get the interests and a tiny amount on the principal covered each month. That's when I searched on the internet for help and Consolidated came up. My first thought was that what they offered was too good to be true but after about a month of beating around the bush, I made the plunge and asked for a call. Keirsten called me right away and we got started. The whole process was relatively quick especially since he was so efficient. Always courteous and professional, we still laughed and he totally understood how we got into this mess and reassured me he would do his very best to help us and he did. Happy to report that our debts are now Consolidated with a manageable monthly repayment plan and no longer have interest weighing heavy on our shoulders! Following their plan we will.be debt free in 3½ years! Like what? ! It's unbelievable and yet it happened. Thank you A MILLION for your help and we will make sure to stay out of debt this time! I highly recommend them. My only regret is to not have called them sooner! We will be sleeping better tonight.

I don't usually leave reviews but zafar was amazing help. He was so so friendly and made the process very easy and smooth for me.

Worthless company, when I moved I ask them to change my address and this seemed to be a difficult task. They then refused to update my banking info. As a result my payment were missed and I am now being sued by a bank. Still have had no intelligent conversation with them.

They asked me to pay $2400 to file a consumer proposal.
The first payment would be $844
I don't understand that. A comsumer proposal will cost only $1400
It's a scam
