Consulate General of Afghanistan in Toronto is doing an excellent job and providing the best service, and they proven to be one of the best public agency to help with Birth Certificates, passports and other needs. They have a very respectful and professional customer service team and every time I contacted the Consulate with questions, they responded on time and in a very professional manner, and guide me on how to apply for birth certificates of my Son's. They communicated and answered all my questions and offered to provide the status, and sent the birth certificates even before the time limit. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the service I received from these professional staff. Thank you so much for all amazing service.

I dont know how you saying its same day service since i was wating for one year, even at the beginning i was told for most of the cases result never received from Kabul and after that one of your employees asked for bribe? ! Shame one you

Really pleased with their services. Recently, I had to extend my passport and they were extremely accommodating and quick.

I am very happy that even in this situation as well my Afghan fellows are available in the consulate of Afghanistan in Toronto for our service.
I approached them for some official personal documents, I found them very much different with good behaviour and soft heart. They have accomplished my task within 30 minutes.

Visited Consulate General of Afghanistan couple of times for the past few weeks. I personally felt the new changes, very motivated, well behaved and professional team. I got my work done in couple of minutes. Thanks to the new Consulate General for the new positive changes.

It was a great pleasure visiting my beloved country's council, the service I received was beyond my expectation, The staff was really friendly and cooperative and the new Afghan General council Mr. Naseem Sharifi is so nice and welcoming.
I would like to thank the vice council Mr. Rahmani who helped me and finish my work in few minutes.

Once you go there, definitely you will need to go again for the same thing. Because they will always make a mistake in putting your details on the paper.
Please check all your information while you get any paper from this place.

I applied for passport 5 weeks ago and I was told it takes between 3 to 4 weeks to be ready for pick up. I am being told it is still not ready after 5 weeks. Extremely bad service. They are not honest and truthful. They play some kind of sick game. I don't recommend this place to anyone trying to get any documents from here. Don't waste your time

It is a terrible Bias by excluding Pashto from formality in consulate.

My experience is base on the previous general consulate and his team.

My visit to General council of Afghanistan was great today. I Welcome and thanks to the new council MR Sharifi for your great efforts towards improvements. Today I found Canadian Passport office less helpful in this pandemic situation but your office was more helpful and more respectful. So thanks again.
