Horrible website and no one answering calls at the number listed. Plus they only work 3 half days. What a joke.

No one answers the phone. Website is too busy and not user friendly. You dont a get an answer. You don't get help. It's embarrassing. I don't understand why they only work 3 hrs a day. Why are they so rude to people.

This is my second time here, but I still find it confusing: there isn’t a receptionist, there isn’t a check-in process, not even a screen with the names to be called. All you can do is sit and hopefully wait for your name to be called.
I saw a couple getting there for the first time and they didn’t know what to do.
The service is great once you get past this initial confusion.

The worst consulate in North America!
Arrogant people think they are untouchable.

You have to do a general cleaning and put people who don't have "big fish" to protect them.

Why someone tell me why is your website is in not in English even tho I chose English as the language?

I made my appointment online, forwarded all the documentation they asked me to do, and they asked me to take a bunch more photocopies that day, they didn't use almost anything, I thought that because I was there working in a high position and doing almost nothing, I could have a little more tolerance, treat people more politely, really serve, and with love, that's not what I saw, it needs to improve a lot.

It would be better if they would serve beer, wine, and appetizers. To come here only to fix bureaucratic problems from Brazil is not always a pleasure. The staff do the best they can.

The staff is always hiding behind bureaucracy to avoid any kind of work. The working hours is just from 9: 30 to 1pm but you always need to go back there time and time again, because using the website is impossible, especially because nothing works, and once you have the chance to book an appointment, they put so many rules and documents to make your life in the most difficult way they can.
Summarizing, a bunch of lazy people that try everything to avoid working, but the salary I am sure has been received on time and in a very efficient way.
A place that was supposed to help Brazilians out of their country, just bring more problems.
I wonder who is in charge of the place and how they have been chosen.

They make life as hard as they can for the people wanting to apply for a tourist visa to Brazil by sending back the online application for ridiculous reasons. They make me change the very nice picture I had from Brazil and Brazilian people, which is a shame! I am not sure if I can make it to my conference with all my ticket purchases and hotel bookings.

They make everything so difficult. If you're not internet savvy and fluent in legalese, best of luck to you!

Excellent service, not only mine, but that of other people I observed how they were treated. The staff are super attentive and provide all the support we need as much as possible. I am very grateful for the help and care with which I was treated. Congratulations!

It is really efficient! Everything is online now and when you go in person, you have an appointment that is right on time and you leave with the service completed.

The consulate is extremely efficient. You just need to pay attention to the information that is sent online and take all documents, including Brazilian ones.

Today I was here to collect documents.
And I tell you one thing.
Compared to what people's training was like 10 years ago, in how to deal with the public, education and knowledge. In knowing what you're doing, it's the same as comparing a spoiled vinegar with an alvarinho wine.

Terrible to get in touch, they don't answer emails and they don't have a number to call. Delayed service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I'm not very fond of the "book online first" system; I'd rather phone them to book an appointment for consular needs.
