Consulate General of Bulgaria

Recently visited the Bulgarian Consulate in Toronto. I needed Express Service. I was met and served with kindness, understanding and pedantic processing of the needed Documents. I had the opportunity to be served personally by the New Consul in charge of Consular Services Mr. Kitov. I would like to express here my Satisfaction and my Personal Gratitude.

I had the pleasure to meat with the Consul General of Bulgaria, Velislava Panova, at a mining conference in Toronto (PDAC) and wanted to congratulate her for the excellent job she is doing and for getting involved at the event.
She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very resourceful. Thank you!
