Consulate General of Colombia in Toronto

What helplessness and frustration I feel because I have been writing and calling the consulate for a week without getting a response.

It’s conveniently located but the whole process of ticketing and waiting in line doesn’t exist. People cutting in-front and going straight to the counters was not very nice.

They do not answer the phone, several days calling to find information and it rings and rings and no one answers it.

The telephone service is terrible, I have been trying to communicate for several days and they never, ever answer the phone.

Staff was so helpful even on my first call, they guided me through the process that make everything so easy. Very friendly.
Place is reorganized and looks bigger than before. Amanda, Mercedes And Doris were so kind.

The service provided was satisfactory, they helped me quickly with my procedure. The total time since I arrived was approximately 1 hour.

Very friendly and easy procedures.
We did passport renewal: we went without the need for an appointment, in an hour they attended us, two weeks later the passports were ready to pick up.
They were delivered to us in 5 minutes.

I tried to contact months ago for a service that can only give information to the collbia consulate in Canada but they never answer and the phones appear, none of them provide their services.
