I'm extremely sorry for their customer service. They truly make you feel like backhome. The lady over the phone was rude and agitated when customers made inquiries.
This nation's lack of success is evident in their treatment of people. Living in the West offers little in terms of learning, courtesy, or respect, with customer service reaching a pathetic level!

I recently had a remarkably positive experience at the Consulate General of Pakistan Toronto office The staff professionalism and efficiency, coupled with a streamlined process, I called 3 times for E visa inquiries The consulate officer name Saida was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. Their friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the service. I commend the consulate for its dedication to excellence in serving For customers. Really appreciate specially for Sadia ji who helped me a lot

We Travelled from Windsor to their office for POA attestation and i must say "job was done within 20 mins" excellent staff, excellent service. It all depends on you that how much complete work your presenting to them. Thank you!

I visited Pakistan Consulate Toronto few months ago for NICOP card. The process very smooth and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I forgot to take my wife NICOP card and the agent told me if you can call and get the picture on WhatsApp that will be fine. He had patience and wait until I got the picture. I am very happy with service I got in this office.

reminds me of all the reasons we are lagging as a nation

website clearly says you can apply for passport without appointment after all appointments are finished.i showed it to the guy at door.he argued about the TRANSLATION of wording on website.took my phone number to call me after sorting it out, NEVER CALLED BACK, although i told him we are waiting outside with our little kids
worst of all, we were there with our infant and absolutely no Empathy.

Today I had Apoinment 2: 30 pm with the name of my son Hussain Ali for NICOP. Your front desk officer and Nadra counter officer services are very good they are very helpful. But today one person came at consulate without Apoinment and he was using abusing language and very bad behaviour with your front desk officer and he was saying he is relative of Rana Sanaullah interior minister and he said to officer he will bear consequences. He said he is special person all people we’re looking him but your officer deal him very politely and professionally. The man was on white Shalwar qameez these kind of people are shameful for whole our nation.

Was yesterday there for my driving license verification. The staff was super helpful and amazing. Everything went soo smooth specially when u do take a appointment. The officials on the gate were super polite to everyone all tho I did see alot of visitors were extremely rude to the officials. There was one Pakistani person in cue after me and he arrives the gate the starts to pressurize the attendees use bad words and behavior to them with was extremely disappointing to see from someone against the officials in General consulate Pakistan.
I would suggest it will make things easier and efficient if you do take appointments before visiting. Theyll get you done quick and easy.

I had called the embassy this morning to get some info about my visa that I had applied for. I am a Canadian citizen & a non-Pakistani (AFG). The gentleman who attended the phone was very polite, very humble, very down to earth and answered my questions and provided me with the info. Sir, I am very thankful. I had called again after a few hours and the same gentleman picked up, I had to ask additional questions about my visa and he was very polite, helpful and kind. May Allah reward you for this kindness, ameen. I just cant wait to get my visa and visit Pakistan. I can eat the best food, buy clothes and meet my extended family and friends.

Pathetic service! Can't name a thing that isn't glitchy at this place be it their website that books appointments for the wrong days or their debit card machines. The idea of having to leave in the middle of the appointment to go get a bank draft made (no cash or credit accepted and the debit card machine is out of order) is ridiculous. Wait times are crazy for no reason and the cherry on top is they won't let you wait inside even if there are empty chairs. Super annoyed! At the very least, they should have ample seating space in this harsh weather.

Update: Complaining about them to the responsible authorities as they called us and threatened us saying 'we have your details' for posting this review. This is Canada and posting a public review should not get you into trouble. Absolutely insane!

I came to consulate to apply for visit visa to go Pakistan in emergency to attend my mothers funeral. The person in the entrance is very unprofessional and rude. I explained my situation, he showed no sympathy. Rather asked me to go and wait in the car with out telling how long should I wait. The working hours start at 9am and he is telling me that visa officer is not in the consulate yet. Being Muslim and Pakistani, dealing with another Pakistani with such a cold behaviour is very disappointing. Asking me to wait in the car in cold weather shows how insensitive they are.

I went in with tons of documents to get Police character certificate only to find out that I only needed passport and my
ID card.
They took pictures for that on the spot.
Website needs to be updated, there's barely any information there.

About service, booked an appointment online, gave information required for the PCC and walked out within 15 minutes.
Pretty quick service.

The best service you would ever get. I have been to other consulates and if i have to compare then pakistan consulate is the one of the best you would ever have experience with. I got my documents attested at counter 08 and sister Erum was very helpful and polite. All the staff i have encountered in the consulate are very helpful and polite.

Very unprofessional and condescending approach of staff answering phone. Called at 4 pm today The person answering the phone was very rude, unprofessional and impatient and was a jerks. He was ignorant and lacked phone side mannerisms.

It was my first experience with Consulate and a lot welcoming it was. Staff is cooperative, guides you well and they take an extra mile to support your requests/queries. Becomes difficult when you’re not in your own country but the hospitality keeps your motivation high and that is what the staff did. Wonderful hospitality and response.

Good experience. Friendly, helpful staff. The website says appointments are needed but some people will never learn and turn up without appointments and then shout about not being seen.
Embassy I feel is understaffed but they work with what they have. It would be nice if people follow rules and complied with requirements of documents and not just expect the staff to magically override every requirement because they now on premises.wapis kon aye etc.
I believe this place can run so much more efficiently if there was more staff, more information available for those without appointments (info desk) and if people actually adhered to rules.

Ma shaa Allah our work done here very quickly and all the employee here very co operative. We came here to make for our very first New Pakistani passport. If you have you all documents ready then no problem.
Make sure to copy all your supporting documents ahead of time. Don’t forget to make an appointment online.

Hi, Today Nov 15 I went to pick up my passport. Usually pick up time is after 2pm but Mr. Ubaid is a gentleman personal. He allowed me to go and request at the counter. The person at the counter is from my home city lalookhet Karachi he gave me my passport with big smile. Thank you so much to you both for this wonderful service. Pakistan zindabad

Rude staff, on the doorstep of 2023 sitting in GTA Canada, card machines not working for a few days seriously? Everyone needs to go to the bank to make bank drafts and pay extra fees to banks, there are hundreds of solutions available if you try a bit. Very sadly the moment you open nearby bank doors, bank staff understood another Pakistani for bank draft without asking anything.very poor service overall.

Visit d the consulate for my daughter’s passport. The whole process was very smooth no rush, quite and calm. No waiting and all the process was completed in a very short period of time. AD passport was very helpful and energetic.
May we have same level of service in other countries as well.
