Thank you very much for organizing visits to Alberta! It is so important for us to be able to update the documents but it is so troublesome to travel that far when one has family and little kids. The visit here, in Edmonton, was very well organized, no waiting time at all. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful officers. Thank you!

does anyone know if they will accept you without an appointment, lost your passport, leaving in 2 weeks, appointment for the issuance of a temporary document to return to Russia only in February.there is an appointment for a new passport, but how long to wait for it.

We were late for the long-awaited meeting - I was traveling with a baby and had to make an emergency stop. And I understand the denial of service, but moralizing and the fact that the child is not at all important and not a reason for attention is too much.

Great people, a very quick and thorough service! We received the document we needed in 5 minutes.

I can say only good things about Russian Consulate in Toronto. Probably coming here at least 1-2 times a year and every time it's so well organized, people working there are very kind and humane. Maybe their email respond is not prompt, but that's understandable due to limited resources. But I always get a follow up call in a very timely manner with the update on the documents and gentlemen on the phone is very professional and trying his best to help! Btw this year I needed urgently to apply for passport for my little son and they went above and beyond to speed up the process. I think people giving 1 star review are just having unfortunate personal experience or mistakes in the paperwork.

1 line for everyone? No numbering system? Limited hrs of operation? No actual parking except a side street with limited 1hr parking.
