We issued a foreign passport, the whole process lasted 15 minutes. Very professional, competent, fast service. Thank you! Despite the small space and the crowd, our experience remained positive. We had pre-registration, as well as the availability of all the necessary documents, which were prepared in advance (list on the website). This is what made it easier to submit documents.

The worst experience with Ukrainian consulate in whole Canada! Their phones are closed and you cant reach them in any way and get an appointment online! Already checking everyday for a months their website for appointment in all 3 cities and until now never got any available appointment!

Today I was at the Consulate of Ukraine to draw up a power of attorney and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and responsiveness of Consul Evgenia Alexandrovna.

I used the services of this law office in May, they said "wait for an email"! The first and last time I used this "office"

- 40 Canadian dollars, plus money for the road and, most importantly, lost my time

It is not possible to make an appointment! Once again I was convinced of the disgusting attitude towards their citizens. In Israel, in the Czech Republic, in Canada, I don't care where. Ukraine in one word.

I've been visiting the Consulate just yesterday, and cannot say anything but only good words. I came with my elderly parents and we got help there. I spoke with Volodymyr and he was able to help me out with some documents for my parents. We spent a few hours waiting, and I could see he was helping many people that day. There was a lady who also worked by the side of Volodymyr and they both were managing a high volume of visitors in a courteous and professional way.
I don't really write reviews often, but this time I had to do it as a way to say "Thank you" to those people.

Very poor management. Drove 100km to do documentation but they turned our family over. Their online booking system doesn't work, never answering the phone and not accepting walk-ins. The only one window was open when we came and lady did nothing to help us out. Their working hours are short and they are doing nothing to improve customer service. Very disappointed.

, I needed to make a power of attorney for the car. Make an appointment with a notary at the consulate six months in advance. Therefore, I made a power of attorney immediately in Ukrainian from an independent notary in Toronto, certified it by the Ontario service, and then one day certified it at the consulate. I managed to do all this on Wednesday: notary in the morning, consulate in the afternoon. Great job by the organization! Thank you.
