I had an appraisal done and had to inform them of many mistakes they made in the report.

I do not belive the report to be accurate, they do not take into account the condition of your house when they're appraising it. My house was valued higher than anything close to me that is fully finished. Every room in my house is incomplete and needs work.

When I asked about this,   I was told they go off current market conditions and properties sold in the area. Why wasn't that taken into account?   Condition of the house is a major factor when determining price.   When trying to tell them about the house they informed me they did not need to know about wiring, plumbing, roof etc all things that will determine or effect the value of the house.

I'm not happy after addressing issues I wasn't given a proper answer. Aswell as spending over a $1000 for the report. I now have to hire another appraiser to come in and give me a second appraisal.

Thanks for suggesting I go to the board I will be doing that. The standards you say you follow don't reflect to the market where I am. As for taking into consideration things concerning the house I don't think you did because they are wrong in your report still.

April 20th update, they came back out to take more pictures because they failed to do an accurate appraisal and assessment the first time they came out. They have now lied to me and I have the email proof of this. They wasted my time and money. The reports done have multiple mistakes in them. Witch they refuse to correct, then trying to tell me they can't redo the report. Yet I talk with the appraisal board and they informed me if the report was not accurate they would have to redo them to reflect the property since the document wouldn't be accurate. Consult Executives thinks it's OK to provide falsified documents to people, witch is punishable by law. Don't not use them. Find a good appraisal company. Don't waste your time and money.
