Useless organization. Their 2 staffs that I spoke with are so unprofessional. Immediately they pick your call they are already looking for excuses on why they will not help you, They are so fast to tell you your specific case is not eligible
Govt should stop wasting tax money by funding them.

No one picks up the call and there is construction going on. No office. No pictures to guide u there nothing.

TOTALLY useless. Sent me a generic email back about they are NOT responsible for credit cards (?) Who are allowed to charge a fee (duh) when my complaint was about Vanilla Pre Paid cards making money disappear from Thousands of people since 2012 (as per reviews) but CP is not responsible for credit cards? I guess I'm not a consumer of such? And not entitled to any protection? Or were they just unable to read a 30 second email? Or unable to read period. Thanks for nothing.how much tax dollars go here?

Extremely helpful with my case. I really appreciated that I didn't have to wait long before speaking with someone. They were really patient about taking down details of my case and looking into some things for me so that they could provide solid advice. Opening a case was a breeze, and they redirected me to a lawyer for the things they couldn't take care of. Overall I'm really satisfied with their help and so grateful that this service exists.

Filed a whole complaint against a business and they did nothing. Didn't even try, they're a complete waste of time.

Submitted a business complaint with them and they said they will not pursue my case because the value I was claiming was too small, nor did they direct me to anyone else who can help. If that's the case, I don't see any point in this organization.
