This company has very good exchange rates, much better than other currency exchange places I researched & competitive with bank rates too. I want to specifically mention & thank Zeus for his help. It was my first time doing currency exchange on my own and I had several currencies to purchase. Zeus was so patient and kindly answered all my questions. Very professional. I was going on a big trip and he took the time to inquire about it and chat with me as well which made me feel comfortable. I returned months later to exchange my foreign currency after the trip and Zeus was there again, and he still remembered me & asked how the trip went. That made me feel good as a customer and once again, he worked quickly & effectively to exchange my money. With such a positive experience, I've been recommending this location and Zeus to my family & any friends in the East end who are traveling.

I am a 72 year old senior traveling to India and needed some Indian money. Was very anxious walking into your STC branch but then I met Zeus Bilal. I wish this world was full of Zeus Bilal. He was kind, very patient - in short Zeus has all the good humane qualities God intended us humans to have. He did not rush me or talk down to me as today's youth do. To start off, EXCELLENT customer service, rare to find people that take pride in the work they do. Zeus went out of his way to make sure I received PKR, while so many other places weren’t able to source it at the time. He was knowledgeable about the business, and paid attention to every detail. Most of all, as he maintained business ethics, he made sure I made wise decisions. He has an aura that grabs attention and certainly makes you want to come back and work with him again.

We've travelled for 10 km, and found the closed door, despite it's written that it is open on Sundays until 5 PM. There is no explanation why is it closed

Exchange rates are competitive with the competition, however wait lines can get long on the weekend. They buy virtually any currency in the world, making them pretty convenient for all your forex needs. Will be coming back in the future

The teller Conrad was extremely patient with all the customers and provided everybody with knowledgeable answers to all their questions. I normally go to my bank to buy usd, today i saw this store in mall and decided to buy my money here. I must say it was fast service with less wait time then banks, the teller Zuss gave great rate and great service

Teller named Conrad was very professional and prompt with my transaction. He was very thorough with his questioning however it was very understandable as this is a currency exchange. He was knowledgeable on the rates and helped me exchange my currency to USD. Thank you for providing excellent service Conrad! I will be back to this location

I had a very bad experience with them. It was just a waste of my time. They are not professional at all. They are so rude. I do not recommend them at all.

Their employees are so mean they don’t have any manners how to talk with customers they are two man who are so rude and don’t have manners at all

This place have really unprofessinal emplyoees. The person named Josh is so rude. He was asking irrevalent questions in every 5 minutes interval. I don't know how come he dares to ask customers question in such rude way. He was behaving like I stole the money from some place and now came to him for exchange. I know they need information from clients, but not in such way. I wish someone will teach him how to behave well. This place deserves negative star. Pure waste of time.

Absolutely terrible service, I visited this location on Saturday December the 28th and I wasn't greeted or acknowledge by any of the tellers. I felt a unwelcoming atmosphere followed by a abundant amount of rude and unacceptable attitude from CZARINAH. The teller was very unprofessional and felt as if the whole transaction was rushed, all I got was attitude and a feeling of her not wanting me there.the teller did not ask me how I would want my money whether it be 10 to 20 ect, instead she gave me a bunch of bills that I didn't ask for.definitely would not recommend this location based on the rude staff and how I was treated. It's a shame because this is one of my favourite currency exchange companies.

This customer service was terrible at this location. The teller czarinah had a very nasty attitude. She was very unhelpful with my currency exchange and it seemed that she was bothered by my questions.

Their exchange rate is lower than other places.there was a vey big difference between USD buy and sale price, sth around 6 cents (3.30 to 3.36). I recommend checking rates of other places before going to this guys.

I went to this location to get me some euro bills for my upcoming trip to France and I was helped by CZARINA and DILMI. Both ladies are knowledgeable and professional. Will come back here again. Keep up the good job ladies.

Quick and smooth transaction. Purchased US dollars and the teller, Zarina (not sure if i spelled and remember it correctly) was very patient and easy to talk to. The branch is clearly well managed. Keep it up!
