Stopped getting my exchange from the bank as I’ve always gotten better return rates here. Kalene and co have always been extremely kind and helpful as well with any currency inquiries I have.

I have for many years bought currency from CCE. After returning from England a few months ago, I went today to sell back some pounds sterling which I had returned with. They informed me that they could only pay me $1.25 per GBP and not the $1.51 that is posted as these bills will be taken out of circulation later this year. Seriously, I am sure that the amount of GBP that this brokerage moves this is not an issue. This is criminal in my view. Be carefull when dealing with CCE.

Thank you for your reply. I took my business to Global Currency Exchange in Guelph. They were happy to purchase sterling bills which are of course still legal tender.

Awesome customer service and staff! They are SUPER friendly! I go here whenever I need money exchanged and they do everything in a timely manner! Anyone who says negative things about the staff here clearly has either got the wrong store or misunderstood their policies! They have great rates and I would recommend to anyone I know!:) 10/10

The branch manager at this location is so lovely. She is always so sweet to me and treats all her clients with so much care and respect. I come to this location purely for the amazing customer service.

Must say that I have had great service here every time I go in! The team hereis very friendly and outgoing! Always willing to help with locations to visit! I travel several times a year for work. I always go to this location for my money. Last few times I have gone the service has been such GARBAGE. Aside from charging the new service fee. I've never felt like such an inconvenience. The Managers service isn't any better, I don't know if she understands she is yelling but it's insanely unprofessional! I'm now taking my business to the bank. Their rates are basically the same as this location now. There isn't one thing that makes me want to keep my business here.

Horrible experience! The employee Kiran was very rude! If you have a "membership card" they tell you, you don't pay a service fee. She charged me. I questioned it and then told me she couldn't reverse it cause there was no manager on site but if I came back another time with another transaction that I would get it back plus a better rate! So I said what if I exchanged more money right now! So she said I could and would give me the employee rate and "more than make my service fee back"! So then when I questioned her on the difference from the membership rate to the employee rate it still wasn't enough to get my service fee back! Half! This employee is a liar and rude! Doe's she think people are stupid!? She should not be in customer service.do your research people! You'll get better rates elsewhere! This company isn't up front!

Carried 20 pounds of neatly rolled change in clear rollers into the mall today to get converted into USD. Booth is not there anymore, walk all the way to the front of the mall where it used to be and it's back. My arms are just about falling off now. Kid says "I'm not buying all that, we have enough change already" Never heard of that before. Ten to five on a Saturday afternoon may have had something to do with I suspect. I will not bother with Continental Currency Exchange ever again and just use the bank where they aren't so lazy. SMH

Continental in the Cambridge Centre is great! The customer service I receive every time I go there is amazing, they are so helpful and courteous. They are super friendly and welcoming. I love that their rates are the best in the tri cities and are better than the bank. I will definitely keep going to this location!:)

Best place to exchange your money with competitive rates. Banks always cost more so this place is worth it. Its quick, easy and service is great.
