Clean, bright and soothing visit! I had a great experience with Marion for my RMT session. After two years of no massage, this was just what I needed. I felt heard and Marion directed her treatment to all the problem areas that we discussed at the beginning of the session. The clinic is very clean, modern, and I love all the natural light in the treatment rooms. The clinic is organized and I appreciate the online booking system.

Lovely, warm place, you feel welcome and taken care of the second you walk through the doors. Many great therapists, my favorite is Cia. Just the right pressure in all the perfect places to treat sore muscles and overworked backs.

I got 60min upper back massage with essential oil from Eleanore RMT. It was a great strong massage. I told her to focus fixing my backache and I felt much better after I got her massage. It's sore few days but it will be better and fixed my problem. Thanks Eleanore. Next time I want to try relaxation massage.

I've heard about the Continum Wellness from a friend who only has good things to say about it. I really appreciate a good, therapeutic massage and my experience with Hubert only confirmed what I was looking for. He is an experienced, skilled professional who approaches his job with pride and knowledge, and takes his client as a friend to whom he means well. The clinic itself is impecably clean and welcoming. Honestly, I can't wait to go back soon!

First visit, with a very sore/stiff neck and shoulder. Treated by Nikki. Very profession, adept and addressed the problem surprisingly well. The pain and stiffness that had been building for weeks reduced to about a quarter within 48 hours after. Very grateful for that, as it was making it difficult to type, TaiChi or even get to sleep. Going back to Nikki shortly to address the rest.

I've had many massage therapists over the years, but Jessica, at Continuum Wellness is far and away the best of the best. She is truly an expert in Deep Tissue Massage. She works tirelessly for the full hour of my treatment and pays special attention to problem areas. A massage with Jessica is money well spent. She is a true professional.

I would highly recommend Continuum Wellness! I particularly have had the privilege and honor of having been at the hands of Sjoukje. She is amazing and beautiful person inside and out! I had so many issues with my back and I didn't trust many people but she made me feel comfortable and I trust only her now. I have since moved from Toronto but I will literally go to Toronto to get a massage from her! Thank you always Sjoukje! The team also are made up of kind and considerate people!
