Stood at the Tims for 10 mins, watched the lady worker with tattoos on her phone at the cash then dissapear and we all waited and I finally left without the apple fritter I wanted all morning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rehire!

ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! FILTHY!
IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH INEXCUSABLE UNCLEANLINESS, ESPECIALLY IN THE LADIES WASHROOMS!
WILL NOT BE STOPPING HERE AGAIN!
GET YOUR FRIGIN ACT TOGETHER AND CLEAN THE BUILDING!

I 100% recommend going here to eat. I am so happy I was able to come across this restaurant, while on vacation and Niagara Falls. I will be coming back here one day to grab some of those delicious chicken fingers and garlic parm fries!

Didn't eat at the restaurant which it seems most people have the "issues" with. Staff was friendly. Open all hours. Safe environment, clean and a perfect place to stop as a traveller if you're on the go looking for a little rest.

Half of the pumps are closed. They don't fix them! Don't waste your time here! Employees don't care at all. Lots of drivers don't pull forward when they finish fueling. Don't come here!

Beautiful Israeli store with products you can find anywhere else in Toronto. Great owners running a honest family business.

I like this truck stop, oddly enough I only ever come here for drug testing. Drivers can do randoms here. However, the parking for trucks is pretty decent and the truck stop itself has good coffee. And the breakfast sandwiches are alot better then...

This store is a lifesaver when you need an item at odd hours. The pre made meals are great and super convenient. Best beef sausage rolls and chicken salad.

DEF pumps haven't worked for at least a month and a half, probably longer.
Maybe get the pumps working, or us it because you make more off selling the jugs of DEF?

Laurie in the restaurant was very helpful and accommodating and went out of her way to sell me US funds. The convenience store side however reeked of stale cigarette smell and bathrooms need a better cleaning. Lots of truck parking if you can...

Very bad experience at this gas station. Staff is not well trained. Not worth the renovation. Should have kept it closed.

Disgusted with their customer service! They didn't honour the price on the item and refused to sell it to me for the price on the food which is perishable! This is against the consumer Canada law. I'm filing a complaint.

The staff is really bad guy. That's why they hire cheap staff because they don't have good manners. I have very bad experience with petrol canada staff they don't even know how to speak or talk. I wish if management give them training...
