Very good facility… Fork lift guys are very quick. Very respectful people working there … They know how to talk to drivers … 5 stars. I see parking of 2 trucks on property before fence gate… I always call in advance if I can park overnight…

I ordered windows for the first time with the help of al.he came by my house and we went over every detail. They sent me my quote which I signed off while on the phone with al asking him if this was everything that I had asked for.once I received my windows I noticed that half of them were the wrong color. I was informed that the windows I chose were not able to be painted on the inside even though I stated multiple times that I needed them to be black inside and out.convoy refused to change the windows even though these were the ones i did not want ordered. Their response is I signed off on them and they would send someone to possibly paint them.months later they informed me that they would not do that but they can give me the paint for them. 7 months later I still do not have the paint. I will highly recommend going with another supplier since convoy has 0 customer service skills and will not take responsibility when they make a mistake.

Best place for all your roofing and siding needs. Peter that used to work the front desk was AMAZING and will be missed. But everyone else is just as good and know how to take care of every customer that goes in.
You won't be disappointed coming here.

Very unorganized. Wait times are long and it doesnt matter if its something from the shelf or in the warehouse.worst thing happened to this place is them moving.its all office workers

Try hiring people who have the slightest clue of what they’re selling. Maybe 1 of 8 people behind the counter could acknowledge lone customer.
