Went 2 times in the same week, both times I waited over 1.5 hours to get my order. Plenty of staff in the front, not sure why they take so long to help customers. One guy was laughing and chatting with other people and his backed was turned to the front counter, then he realized there was customers and acted surprised. I got to witness how he had taken someone’s order over the phone on a piece of paper, the customer actually made it to the store and was waiting for his order and this guy hadn’t even put it in the system yet. Guys from warehouse couldn’t find the order cause this guy couldn’t bother to put it in the system. Too busy making jokes I guess.

Customer service at the front desk used to be terrible but has improved now with some new people finally. Over 5 drivers at the back and it takes 40-60min to get your order. By far the most expensive roofing supplier too. You'd expect far better service with the pricing compared to other big suppliers.
Other convoy locations are great but the speed of placing an order at the desk and receiving it in your truck at the rexdale location needs a massive improvement.

This branch has better customer service now that Nima and Troy are here. Definitely worth a revisit to this place

The costumer service is the worst I have ever been dealing with. I spend more than a one hour to place and get my order (just one bucket of adhesive). Don’t waist your time

Great source for hardi siding, at fair prices and good lead times. Although, Shipping is very expensive.

Convoy has literally the worst customer service of any construction supplier or store generally that I have ever visited in my entire life. Not a single person in there has any interest in pleasing anybody. They just don’t care. The only reason that place still exists is because they are the exclusive supplier of a number of very important materials. But their hand tools are 50 to 100% more expensive than anywhere else you can buy them, and everyone in there would rather be somewhere else.

Dealing with Convoy supply for has been the worst experience in my 12 years in business.
They sent me to a third party to pick up part of my order. Not what I was looking for so they returned it.
Apparently they can’t turn back cash, but Oder was also partially paid by card.
They said cant do more than 500$ on card and they wrote me a check on different company name. It’s been 8 weeks and I’m still waiting for me 1500$ refund.
Stuff extremely rude and not willing to solve problems. Those ladies in there will do everything to get you out of the door.
Told me to speak branch manager Bernie da Silva.
If he doesn’t solve this issue than I’ll have to go through the Small Claims Court.
So do yourself a favour and stay away from these people.
