We had our sewer start to back up into our basement on a Sunday evening. Called Cooks first thing Monday morning and spoke to Stacie, who was so calm, reassuring and professional, she looked after everything for us and told us John would be at our place in 1.5 hours. He arrived and worked very hard to fix the problem. When I went in to pay the invoice the lady I dealt with (sorry I did not get your name) was very friendly and on top of everything, the whole experience dealing with your company was great. Cook's put in my new furnace, but I went to check on what type of filter was in it, I found it was quite a dirty filter. Being upset, I called Cooks and they brought me 2 clean filters for my furnace. I quite appreciated that they did that for me.

Called cooks when my A/C wasn't working, my breaker kept tripping free so over the phone I requested an electrician, we discussed what an HVAC guy would do and we both agreed that he would run the A/C but then we both agreed that since it had no power, electrician would be best-lo and behold they send an HVAC guy-and after a few checks, I needed an electrician-go figure-guys were good, had to run a new power line-voiced my concern when I paid my bill, of course nothing happened from it-I still like cooks, but you certainly pay for it

I had a plumbing emergency and they came as soon as they could. They let me know what was going on and the plumber who came out was very professional and took the time to walk me through what the problem was and the solution.

Cooks came and put plumbing in for our bathroom.however we had to buy extenders as plumbing was not out far enough to put fixtures on. They could not test for leaks as no fixtures on. Called today for them to come and fix leak but was put off.said would call this afternoon but have not heard at all. This is very fustrating.and not at all good customer service. We would not recommend them at all. I would like Jim Cook to call us who is the owner.

I have used Cooks plumbing and heating now for two years in a row with full satisfaction for there services, they keep there appointments almost to the minute what is convenient for my own busy schedule and the one time they where running late they called and let me know.
Had my furnace tuned up by Richard who is very knowledgeable about heating systems answered all my questions and after he was done furnace runs perfect.
Also had my water system serviced by George a couple days later same great services.
I recommend the team from Cooks to anyone who need plumbing or heating work done.
