Was looking for a hard to find part for my car luckily they had it. The part was a little expensive though. It was my first time going to a junkyard. I thought if you went and got the part yourself it would be a bit cheaper. That aside, the part worked so I can't really complain. It was a bit confusing when I showed up though, it wasn't really clear if I was supposed to talk to someone or just grab the part.

Recently decided to scrap my car with Cooksville. They were responsive, professional, and had a no frills approach on setting a price for my car. I called to receive a quote, arranged for pick up the next week, tow truck driver was on time, and provided me with a cheque with the agreed upon price. Highly recommend these guys!

Carefull when getting quotes as they WILL change the price on the item quoted.

I had originally called 1 month ago and was told one price for a specific part. I called back again ready to buy more parts on top of the original quoted part from 1 month ago but now was told a different price for the same part.

Since they won't honor the original price quoted (which is a 5 dollar difference), I feel it's best to take my business elsewhere.

I called. I was told to deposit $25 for them to order a part my Lexus needed (at 1/3 of the dealer price). Once it arrived, they called me and I had it picked up. No issues Thanks and keep doing all the right things you are doing.

When they didn't have what I needed because my vehicle was older, it gave me a referral to two other companies that have older vehicles.

I bought a transmission for subaru 06 legacy, there are two different type they are pretty sure what i am exactly want, then i ran for 200 km to there, pick up part back home fit on its run good, when i trying to resystem in subaru dealer, they told me wrong transmission, then i talk to them guys they don't think they sold me that part, then later they admitted, but refuse to give cash back, only transfer to credit, i will not be able to be there ever again, then that money just gone, same as give to homeless man really bad impression.

Dealt with Dave on a Toyota radio 2009 and the effort from him was outstanding. Extremely satisfied. I will be back to do business in the future

If you want waste your time and deal with people with attitude then go ahead and call them. Rude and arrogant.

Higher rate for used parts, they will qoute/charge you almost same price of used part as brand if they are selling brand new.

Terrible.rude.avoid. They don't care about customers frequently putting you on hold forever. Take your bussiness samvere else.
