Amber worked with me within my budget to create beautiful arrangements for our sweetheart table, as well as for two wine barrels.
Our bouquets were very full, and had so many flowers rather than greenery to fill the empty space.

The team @ Cool, Green & Shady always create something beautiful. I was even more impressed with the arrangements they produced for my FIL's memorial. Not only were they lovely - but the service level was really impressive. They called the funeral home to insure the arrangements could be delivered for an early service vs the night before so that they would look their best in addition to arranging a special driver to get them there. Would recommend for any occasion. Great to have them in the neighbourhood.

We would like to thank Amber and her amazing staff for the beautiful flowers they did for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Cool Green and Shady provided the flowers for our 2011 wedding, and countless arrangements over the years. Today I sent an arrangement and the delivery person Terry called me from the house to say the recipients weren't home and he was having trouble reaching them. He was sooooo patient with me on the phone and worked through a solution and even tried them on a different phone number on mybehalf until he reached them. I was blown away by his patience and kindness. Incredible customer service, thank you!

When our original florist cancelled our order on the Friday before our Monday, corporate gala dinner, I called Cool Green & Shady in a panic. Not only did Jenn reassure me that they could help out with inventory on hand but the arrangements they provided were even bigger and better than the cancelled order and for the same price! CG&S has definitely become one of my preferred suppliers for all our corporate events.

OMG - This florist is amazing. I have a speech impediment -Very patient, professional, polite & respectful when ordering on the phone. They have arrangements for every budget. I ordered a Hand-tied Bouquet & just the other day had an All White Mini flower arrangement delivered for a birthday. Gorgeous! Can i put more exclamation marks? YES. Absolute amazing experience with Amber and her team. We used Cool Green & shady for our wedding bouquets and boutonnières. I was so busy I couldn’t even make the zoom call to confirm everything, but she absolutely killed it. I sent her ONE photo and she nailed the design. Cool Green & Shady recently designed all florals for my wedding ceremony, dinner reception, and dance/lounge set up at the St. Regis Hotel in Toronto. The end result was beyond all my expectations! I wanted a sleek, urban look with white flowers and candlelight and CGS set up the entire venue in line with that theme. Amber is such a gem to work with - she is so positive and listens to exactly what you want to achieve. She is also genuinely excited and enthusiastic about creating a design that you envision. Amber and her team are just so talented! CGS made my wedding day so elegant and I can’t thank them enough. They are a dream to work with, so efficient, so easy, and so reliable.
