Coop Wicked Chicken Niagara

Finally tried this place, after 6 months of driving by it.and my boyfriend and I loved it. The decor, music, service and food were all fantastic. We will definitely be going back. My only regret is that we didn't try it sooner. Ps. The deep fried deviled eggs are amazing.

This place was great. Honestly, probably the best customer services I've had in years. All the staff was super friendly. The food was great and considering what good costs these days, wasn't even that expensive. Will certainly be going back.

This place blew me away. It had the best food we've had in 4 days staying at Niagra. The chicken was cooked perfectly, very tender, crispy, not soaked in oil. The folks who ordered burgers like those also. Highly recommend!

Dirty bird tacos are a MUST HAVE. My kids (who are SUPER PICKY) LOVE the food too.
I love that this restaurant plays OLD music videos and has board games! Definately will be coming back!
Free parking and no tourist tax is such a bonus, especially for Niagara Falls!

Absolutly fantastic place. My burger was like an explosion of awesomeness! Also liked the style of the restaurant and liked our waitress even more! Every meat lover should try this place.

Great place with an awesome atmosphere and style, insanely good tasting burgers (not even that expensive) and prettiest waitress I've ever seen.

Tried this new place in the falls. Menu is diverse. They have a clean and refreshing atmosphere. Friendly staff and play cool music. Ordered their burger and it was good except that the fries are too salty for me.

If your looking for a chicken Sammy I suggest passing on the regular stops and try this place instead, worth every penny! Hefty burger could hardly get through my fries after eating this packed chicken sammy. Defiantly recommend!

Great food a bit pricy and a la cart but service amazing positive vibe and mains are big portions is why the 5. Price and servings size for sides would be a 3. Need to work on this to survive the local crowd.

Great atmosphere. Service was great. Had the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was everything i expected. You get what you pay for.

I’ve written a couple reviews in the past but never a one star review. We tried The Coop’s Wicked Chicken’s new location in Niagara and were disappointed. The general cleanliness of the dinning room was subpar to say the least. There was construction dust still visible everywhere. Flickering lights on one half of the dinning room; not sure if it was supposed to be like that but weird it seemed to only be half the dinning room flickering. My boyfriend used the restroom and was dismayed that it was dirty and the plumbing appeared to be leaking. Some of our food (specifically the sides we ordered with our meals) were cold and despite the amazing service from our server it was sad that the kitchen felt that they could just zap it into the microwave to heat it up. Our server (I really wish I could remember her name) was perfect and had amazing customer service skills and we made sure to tell her so and to tip her separately. She was not the issue and was the best thing about our experience. My boyfriend asked to speak to the manager on duty. I didn’t want to say a word and just wanted to leave but my boyfriend thought that it might helpful if they knew what their customers were seeing. The General Manager, Riley, could really benefit from some customer service lessons from our server. He took a ridiculously long time to come over and was completely uninterested in hearing what we had to say. Now my boyfriend is kind of gruff and doesn’t mince words and his phrasing seemed to have upset Riley as he basically brushed off my boyfriend and walked away. Needless to say we won’t be back. A dirty environment, cold food and terrible customer service from “management” is not a recipe for a successful business.

We waited half an hour for our chicken waffle and wings. The place was about 2/3 full at the time. I'd say their kitchen might use some help but the food was delicious! Chicken in chicken waffle was well seasoned and packed with flavor. Waffle tasted homey and crispy. The breaded crust of the wings was a bit dry but the meat was still very juicy so I may try them without being breaded next time. Overall a pleasant experience. Will come back for sure.

Food and service was good, but very expensive. Burger was 18.99 plus tax and did not come with a side. Clubhouse was 21.99 plus tax and no side either. No real difference in the Food then other restaurant food, just more money. Ordered Ceasars to drink and they did not taste very good, something in them that was not tasty.

I'm torn on my experience at the new Coop Wicked Chicken that just opened in Niagara Falls on McLeod.the chicken sandwiches my son and I had were great, the pricing tho I couldn't understand. My son got a chicken sandwich not much smaller than my own, a stack of waffle fries, a few veggies and unlimited drink refills for only $10.99 My sandwich however did not come with a side, cost me $17.99 sandwich only, and a pint of beer was $8.50.am I nuts to think I could have gotten a side of some sort for that price? Thinking of ordering off the kids menu next visit

Great place with options for everyone. Servers are awesome and the place is super clean with food that comes out the same every time. Glad we tried it and we will be going back.

Good dining experience, food was delicious, service was great. If prices were not so high and sides were an automatic addon, would be an easy 5 star.

We got takeout and the waitress Alicia was amazing. She worked with me to get exactly what we needed and they even looked after us as far as timing on our order was concerned.

Knowing full well how much it cost going in I was hoping for better quality food for the price: five chicken fingers, one chicken sandwich, one chicken breast with two sides, and three extra sides was $90. We found the chicken to be quite salty, whether it was the chicken fingers or the chicken sandwich. Mashed potatoes came dry with neither butter nor gravy. Onion petals were very greasy and stuck together in the box, and the mac and cheese bites came with a barbecue dipping sauce that tasted more of ketchup than of anything else. The best thing of the whole meal actually the coleslaw!

I only gave three stars for the atmosphere because I was only in the restaurant a few times between ordering and picking up, but the music was so freaking loud. I certainly wouldn't take a family there to eat simply because of the volume.

I want people to go and make up their own mind. This was simply my own experience.

My first time in here.saw the transformation from whiskey niks to the coop. I love the unfinished floor, collage of graffiti on the wall.feels industrial.over all it has good vibes.it's new still working on something's.service was good. I liked our chicken on nachos.chicken was little dry for my liking but as per north american food laws and market they were cooked.little offs in service but nothing worth mentioning. I think it's here to stay.cheers to that.

Staff was great.new, and learning, but really polite. We ordered a salad, a burger with side, and a sandwich with side. Bill was $80. For takeout fast food, we think that's excessive. The sides were small. The onion pedals, and the waffle fries both looked like they were the dregs of a batch. Nothing appetizing at all about them. The chicken sandwich, was far too much bread, and too little chicken. The burger was good, except overly salty like the onion pedals. Salad was the only "winner". We certainly will not go again.

EDIT: Making yourself look good by replying with your email for us to discuss, and then never replying to that email just further shows you guys don't actually care. Good job:)

New on the block, thought I would try it out. Had the bacon cheese burger, seriously one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

OMG went last night to have dinner and check out the new place here in town. It was great, the food the place the staff. Look forward to making it a reg place to go. Its hip music videos a great bar as well. We had the burger roll app, the mac and cheese bites, fish tacos, chicken strips Nashville and the wings all was real good.

Wicked Chicken is the prefect name for this lovely gem! The experience was definitely wicked! The foood was so good and worth the price! This place also plays really good music, has a fun vibe, very clean and the service was wonderful! Madi was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming back. <3

Damn, the best chicken I ever had. Moist, flavorful and plump. Very nice service staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely would stop there again.

For going first time, I was impressed with the inside waitress was nice. I went with a friend we both had a chicken burger, was surprised sides were extra. We ate the burgers in less then 10 mins, tasty but a bit small. The price was a bit steep for me, but using better ingredients you pay more. Would I come back? Only if a special is on. Will I return, maybe for a special. 3/5.

The food, the service and the atmosphere were all amazing. The only thing that would prevent me from going back more frequently is the price. With the high price of the sandwiches they should include fries or slaw to add more value for the customer and let them upgrade to another side at a cost of they chose.

Chicken is on what they were supposed to specialist so I had a pound of chicken wings and a caesar salad and took it home
All I can say is "Pity the fowl" who died for this dried out and tasteless meal and as for the salad it was small with a side of extreme garlic sauce. Needless to say a very unsatisfying dinner that should never have cost $28.00. It just opened and it has bombed in my estimation.

Driving by this restaurant in niagara, decided to check it out. I am not exaggerating this, it is one of the best f**king restaurants i’ve had in a while.

Food nowadays is kinda just food. You eat it, you move on. Restaurants don’t always hit that satisfaction mark that you yearn for. Almost like your first bite of a big mac as a child; it blew you away. You never get that feeling anymore.

I got that feeling today. Ordered the dirty bird tacos, literally 10/10. Waffle fries, 10/10, service, 10/10. Do not miss this if you’re in niagara. It’s brand new, and it’s amazing

Expensive and over-rated. The text came to say our food would be ready in 10 minutes, went there only to be told to go away and come back in 15 more minutes. It wasn't ready the second time I arrived and while waiting, an irate customer called the manager outside because his takeout order was rotten. Won't go back.

Ok …. Where to begin! I’ll just start by saying with over 500.000 views on my reviews this may be the first 2 star foodie review.

Went here at 5 pm today, A Friday. Place was basically dead.
General appearance was ok. Not sure on the flow of the decor to menus kinda failed. Once the server came over we explained it was our first visit. After reading the menu I was a wee bit surprised to see 18.99 for a chicken sandwich with NO SIDES…. Yup extra extra read all about it!

Took about 40 min to get food … again not busy at all. Completely finished my meal and the server comes over to ask if everything was ok… I laughed and said, “Good thing it wasn’t terrible eh”

Very young hostess at the door…Food was ok …. No real complaints except for the price …. Crazy nuts …. Can get more at Swiss Chalet or Churches for way less, it wasn’t that good.

Server dropped bill at the table and didt return, walked up to the bar and waved at her as she was chatting away to people seated at the bar.

Probably won’t be back to be honest…. $60.00 plus for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 pop. Plus tip … I think 72.00 all in. Ouch!

Manager; I think came by and asked how everything was … but, didn’t seem very interested in an actual response. I eat at a lot of places. Sadly this was not even top 10 and I really had high hopes. Add sides to your prices…train staff properly and you might just
Make it. Keep in mind fall and winter is local traffic, your gunna need us to stay alive!

Oh and first time customers … have a gimmick! Right a bell! Blow a whistle… give them a ballon or a special ice cream on the house. Wow your customers… not rob them
