I could write the whole story, but I don't have the time, nor do you. The front and back of the house team is great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating for what I needed. Even helped my sons and I start a business account for our small business. Price was bang on fair for what you're getting. Cesar, the weekend mechanic, was out in the rain with me for 2 hrs in the pouring rain. He refused to leave till the machine was good to go. Even called the next eve to make sure everything worked and I had a good day.customer service EXCELLENCE!
