Amazing place, server was nice and pretty. One of the meat carvers, CARLOS was more than great. He made sure my dietary restrictions were met. I only was able to eat chicken, Salmon and pineapple. Excellent customer service from him alone. Thank you. Will definitely come back

We had a big table and they would always start at one side of the table, then there would be no meat left for our side. They would say they will come back but never did. The service was terrible, only brought the cheap meats to our table. All of the meat was raw. Felt like i wasted my money, will never go back. It was $85 per person. Would have been better getting mcD’s

Came here after a small wedding of 15 people for dinner (instead of a reception). Booking a reservation was easy and staff were friendly and very helpful throughout booking and for dinner service. A highchair was also provided upon request. The chef was extremely kind and will cook the steak to your preference (for example, if you prefer well done). Atmosphere is nice and pricing is reasonable considering the type of food you get, the taste, and the fact it is all-you-can eat. All the food was exceptional! Service was amazing! Will definitely visit again!

Waited a long time before being seated to my reservation. Had to wait about 15 minutes just before a server can come take our drink orders, alongside offering water. Friend ordered a sprite which came back as carbonated water, so we explained to the waiter. She then returned with a ginger ale (nobody had ordered, she simply implied that we would be fine with the substitute) informing us that the machine was out of service. She let us know that she again was sorry for the misunderstanding and that she will talk to the manager for the lack in service today alongside with ensuring that we didn’t get charged for the drink we hasn’t ordered, and was just brought to us. However the drink was still on the bill, which is concerning, as they lack serious accountability. Walked out the place after cutting my dinner short, and wasn’t even offered dessert. Was beyond annoyed from this dinner.

Overall, I have visited the downtown and Niagara location plenty of times, and Vaughan repeatedly fails to meet the same standards

Shrimp was great, but they didn't bring them out much. I think I only had two servings of them.

Wow, the corporate XMas party last night was a complete disapointment!
For a start, I could not find the entrance door. It is hidden on the side of the building with no single sign posted.
The meat they served should not ba called a steak. Everything was greasy. They use a lot of garlic, which makes me question the freshness. The " well done" piece prepared at my request was a bunch of black coils. The chicken, sides and drinks were ok. But people are going there for a meat. Waiters were friendly, or at least those I could hear. This place is insanly loud, we could not hear each other or waiters. At no point you should go there for a first date: she will dump you after dinner! $ 65 buffet + $15 cocktail + tips are equals to a decent steak in many other places. Have they learned nothing during the Covid?

We were a party of seven. Our server Kenya was amazing, she came by every now and then to check on us, ordered some extra appetizers for us and entertained us with her quirky jokes. Amazing service

Excellent food. Everything very hot. The Carvers did a great job of coming around often. Unfortunately, as it was our first time there we did not know all the meats that were available and at least 3 we only saw as we were leaving the restaurant.
Would be remarkably beneficial to have a list of everything available on the table.

Close until late? Come on just say the hour like any other restaurant. I don't appreciate being rush for my bill specially after you having taken a late reservation.overall I believe overpriced.yes good food but the service doesn't reflect and what's with the forced %18 tip? Utterly disappointed! I tried all the three branches in Toronto area over the last 7-8 years and this was the best out of all. In fact I had been to many Brazilian steakhouses (Churrasco) around the world including in Brazil but find Copacabana the best out of all of my experience. So whenever to visit Toronto, I always come to here for my Brazilian steaks!

Now this place has butchered my experience so badly that it pains me to write a poor review. It was never remotely this bad pre-Covid time! Service is appalling! I mean the waitresses. Waiters serving food are still ok. The food is still good.

Problem is that none of the waitresses care, they used to be so kind and friendly. What had happened? It has nothing to do with wearing a mask! They now put a service charge on the bill. When we asked why, they told us that we don’t have to pay that, but that’s being deceptive because 9/10 people will just pay without questioning it! We opted the tip out as the service was appalling! So if the Service is poor, ask them to “OPT OUT TIPPING” the service charge as we did!

The place is dirty too and food left on the floor and even grease on the table left uncleaned.

This place was a clear 5 star pre-Covid time but now just barely a disappointing 3 star restaurant for me and left my heart broken! Before I travelled from London, I have already made another booking for next week and I pray I would get a better experience next time!

Update on 3rd Dec 21 - service a bit better on a Thursday on this occasion. Faith somehow restored but still way to go comparing to pre-Covid era!

Guys please go to Europe and learn about the service in such places. Tasty food, nice place design, dirty washrooms, awful service automatic 18% tip, payed 500 bucks for 3 adults and 3 kids got out hungry. Not worth at all, totally rip of.

Overrated, service is really slow (meat comes in every 10-20 mins), for the price they charge we expected better. We had to stay for almost two hours to be satisfied. Plus some of the servers are rude and can't even say what they're serving properly.

We made the reservation prior to reading the reviews so we were a little worried because wow were there alot of sad experiences.

Our booking was for 2 on Sunday at 4pm. We were early but there was already a lineup. I was so relieved I had a reservation. They checked our ids and status with the new app.

We got a tiny table in the center of the interior seating. Super cute actually lol - I was a little worried because one of the reviews said that table got completely forgotten during service.

We got so much food and consistent service! Super happy with our server Alicia (unsure of spelling) she was the right amount of attentive. Everyone was friendly and treated us so kindly. All of this was opposite of the negative reviews.

We definitely can see how it might be way crazier on a Friday or Saturday evening and we do think parties bigger than 4 might have a bit of trouble receiving foods they want in a timely manner.

However, we also do believe this type of dining cannot be rushed anyway; the amount of meat on a stick plus number of servers, the "aisle-ways" between tables they have to navigate and how many times they are able to slice before having to head back to the kitchen is something to consider if you choose to dine on a busy evening.

We had only a long wait for the dessert cart because a child dropped her bowl of ice cream on the floor and it shattered so the dessert server had to stop and clean it up. Our opinion is that this is a reasonable explanation to wait a little longer.

Nobody rushed us and Alicia even came by to make sure the dessert cart would go our way after the accident.

The receipt was clearly explained with the included tip and we both agree it was deserved for the delightful service.

Would definitely recommend and would come back as well.

A group of my friends and I reserved a table for a Saturday early evening. We weee greeted and seated in a timely fashion with all provincial COVID-19 protocols followed. The food was amazing, with the meat, some sides and some desert brought to your table. Some sides and select desert had to be ordered for the table. Everything was delicious and I would recommend trying this location.

Loved everything from that experience! Food music staff is all excellent! The food was delicious specially the grilled meat, chicken and seafood which is their specialty. It is served at the table by different waiters! The music is perfect and the staff also. Worth the price ans became my fave restaurant.
Note that it is an all you can eat buffet with a 1h30 dinning time. Also, if you are a slow eater like me, order your side dish (everything except grilled meat) quickly when you arrive.

We had reservations for 9 pm, but we had to wait around for 40 minutes for our table, and after sitting down, the staff like attack us and bring meats, and for 4 minutes everything is stop, and nothing else. And no repeat, after 15 minutes another staff is bring hot pineapple, and we said, we want meat no pineapple, but I think the staff is wait for us and leaving hear.we order fries, but I didn’t see any fries! I’m so sorry for the management for this location, this is so terrible, I don’t want never come back this location, everything so bad. I’m so sorry for manager, i don’t recommend this location not this restaurant, this location because everything inside restaurant so horrible. They changed $30 for tax and for tip $41? You make food with gold? !? I can’t understand what’s going on? ! We also didn’t get served all the types of meat and seafood. Just terrible.

Incredible experience. This resturant is an absolute must for any steak lover. The food comes out to your table fast and frequently. The ribeye and Antichucho Fillet are my favourites. Very nice atmosphere. Plenty of courteous staff. Every piece of meat we tried was perfectly cooked. The sides were generous. The dessert was fantastic. It was a very busy Saturday but it made fir a really cool atmosphere. The resturant itself is very nice. Highly recommend a visit to this incredible restaurant experience!

I had the worst experience of my life while visiting your restaurant yesterday I have been to Copacabana on every birthday of mine and its only two of us I am so disappointed about the service I got yesterday the server was not at all helpful she disappeared all the time I told her to bring me diet pepsi she brought a normal pepsi and when I told her to change my drink she took the drink and never came back it used to be much better before but I guess now I will never return back to this eatery after the experience I have had yesterday I wish I could go somewhere else and not have ruined my birthday and I also wish you people do some extensive training on your servers and teach them some manners! You have lost a daily customer!

We tried calling 3 days in a row & no answer. We were instructed to leave a voicemail & someone will get back to us …no follow up. Tried reserving through OPEN TABLE & it only gave outdoor seating. We still wanted to give this location a try so we decided to take a chance to do a walk in. Upon Arriving there were plenty of empty tables. They basically said no walk in’s. We told the hostess we tried calling & her response was & I quote, “the phone lines get really busy”.

I love this restaurant. They bring everything on the menu to your table and they also ask if you have anything specifically want to eat. And they refill your pop. The food taste good, too. Even the mashed potato was yummy Everything taste good. They have vanilla gelato which is my favourite flavour. Give 5 out of 5

Amazing food. I go here once a week or every two weeks to be honest, it is worth the money. I dont like eating out to be honest because most often other places disappoint you. Out of the many times I have gone here I have never been disappointed. 9nly once or twice they didn't live up to their own level of excellence but other than that the food is phenomenal, well seasoned, perfectly cooked. And good staff.

Honestly, the best location I have visited. The chef Jaime Was amazing and gave some next level service. He was the one that made the experience amazing. I have never received such service. I recommend this location

Was thinking of booking for a party of 3 this friday to try Copacabana and enjoy some nice meat. However, upon booking I realized they require our credit card information with CVV and would charge 20$/person if we did not show up. I understand this is to prevent last minute cancellation or no shows, however i can't think of another restaurant asking for credit card to SIMPLY make a reservation. As a result, decide to book at Touro brazilian steakhouse since they don't require credit card information to book.

Went yesterday to Copacabana. We had a reservation but they still made us wait for 20 minutes before having us sit down. After we sat down, one bite of steak would arrive at your table every 20 minutes. No where near the service levels pre pandemic. The sides are always cold and the steak was also not at the level you would expect. The mandatory tip of 18% is way over the top. If i could go back in time I’d rather go to mcdonalds. The food was worth $30 maybe and if i had a choice i would not tip at all.

I’ve never had an experience like this before. The food was simply exquisite. I’ve never been part of a rotating buffet before, where we are all seated and the waiters keep rotating through all the tables with every item on the menu. Everything was so delicious and a lot of the items on the menu were very unique. For the flat price of $60, I’d say it’s worth it. The service was great too. It did seem a bit crowded and loud in there, but that’s just how popular it is.

Went for my anniversary dinner with my wife had to wait over 40 min just to get a refill thought it was just my table but looking around there was 3 other customers upset about the same reason they only had 1 waitress for 15 tables then they auto charge the tip on your bill
I don't have a problem tipping 20% but if I have to remind a waitress over 3 times that I'm waiting for a drink and each time I ask it's like I never asked her also ordered 4 things from the menu never got any of it then when I reminded the waitress she didn't know what I was talking about

The food is good but the service is terrible. Very slow to bring out the meat, just over an hour into our visit everyone in our party of 4 was still hungry and just under the 2 hour mark they asked if we have any final requests considering we barely had any meat by that point it's just unbelievable.

We absolutely regret choosing them for our anniversary dinner. There are much better places to visit if you want the all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse experience. Don't waste your money!

Overall good. Would have been better for an all you can eat buffet in a normal setting, but with COVID restrictions have to be seated and things just have to be brought to you. AND it being crazy busy also affected service.

Disgusting. Worst bday dinner. Food was cold and over salted. Salads were not fresh. Drinks were warm. Carvers were good. Waitress was "cramping from her period" as she leaned on our table. Manager did nothing to help. He even walked away mid convo and did not address any of our issues; he did nothing to help. We were told to go to Swiss chalet. Very disappointing experience.

Also, the costumer service was awful, our waitress made us wait 30 minutes for a glass of sprite, we needed to order each special 2 times because she did not bring, and the "Feijoada" tasted awful. I didn't want to believe the recent reviews but it is true.

The food quality and service has gone way down. The meat is sometimes cold, sometimes you can go up to 20-30mins without someone noticing you. When you flag someone down they get very defensive about it.

The quality of food has also greatly degraded, meat does not taste fresh most of the time and is cold. Might be from lack of staff or training not sure. Definitely could feel a hostility when I mentioned that we hadn't been served for 20 minutes.

Music is also way too loud, almost have to yell to speak.

Some highlights were the ice cream and berry crumble but everything else was poor.

Overall really poor experience, would definitely recommend Touro in Richmond Hill if you're looking for better service, better food and better atmosphere.

What an amazing experience. Fine dining-like service and buffet are usually nowhere near each other, but worked together perfectly. Natalie was kind, prompt, and frequent waiter.

It's a new experience of BBQ, as the meat comes to the table and is cut straight from the meat to your plate. The meats were all so different in flavour but consistently cooked to melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

One thing to note is the higher price tag, although the food is considerably worth it.

Servers, meat carriers, and ambience were stellar. Everyone needs to come here at least once in their lifetime!

We had our company Christmas Party last night at the Woodbridge location. Our reservation was booked at 5 pm and got our tables. Buffet's good but the meat that were being served was really really raw, most of my mates and bosses refused the meat being served. Maybe because their were a lot of people at 5 pm and they just opened? They were on a rush to serve?

One server was really rude from the beggining till the end of our party. She asked my buddy if he still wants to get some meat cause if not she will take his plate, my bud said yes then she took it my bud said no then she just snapped. "thats why im asking if you still want or no? (in a very rude way) " and she just left.can see her saying some things like talking to herself. She hates her job, all of us saw that.

I am doing this review cause I recommended this place. I had a fantastic experience in the Yonge and Eglington branch.

Please do better on your service.

I've been to a lot of locations for Copacabana and normally it's outstanding. This time however it's not so much. After our group was seated and drinks order placed it took a long time to get our meats. The waitress to her credit was fantastic as well as one of the servers who made sure to come by when he could. When we finally complained that's when the service picked up and went back to the high standards that this restaurant keeps. It really should be 3 stars but our waitress and the one server helped bump it up! Food was delicious as usual but trying to get some of that meaty goodness was hard given the fact that you're paying over $50 per person.

The quality of food here was excellent. A group of us went on a busy Friday night. The restaurant itself feels a little crowded and jammed when its at full capacity because of the lack of space and the layout. Dont let that discourage you though. The food is awesome. However the downtown Adelaide location is the winner and the only reason why I gave this review a 4 star. Overall good food and great service, only downside is the crowded feel it has.

My boyfriend and I have raved about copa cabana to all of our family and friends since the new Woodbridge location opened up. Since then, we have celebrated every birthday, anniversary here because it has always been a wonderful experience with good quality food and service.

On Sunday, we had a reservation for my birthday at 7: 30 for a party of 3. We were seated and the waiters came right away with our food. After half an hour we noticed that no one was coming by anymore. Between 8: 00 and 9: 20 we had 3 servers come offer us meat. Our plates had been empty between 8: 00 and 8: 30 and several waiters have passed right by our table with full sticks of meat, making eye contact and continuing to walk by. We had the waiter ask us if we wanted to change plates during that time even though no food had been served. We had kept our SIM card on blue the whole night and found it hard to believe that with a 2 hour dining experience we were sitting there for 30 minutes with no service. Then when we finally had someone come by they said "this is your last piece". It was disappointing and to be honest not worth the 50$ we spend on a 2 hour dining experience that felt short and unfulfilled.

Great food, the setting is dim but loud and energetic. The variety of food is great. Remember to request any meats you enjoy in advance to avoid waiting for it to come around.

Great atmosphere and incredible service. Especially Abraiz, he made sure we got exactly the type of meat and dessert we asked for, best waiter, he elevated out experience.

Food was fantastic as usual, service was great too. Only piece of constructive criticism is when eating is under way the blue and red card (which is suppose to indicate to the servers continue coming to the tabe with more meat options or don't for the time being). Although the card was visibly red (meaning don't serve additional food) servers continued to visit the table, making us feel rushed, sort of like hurry up and finish. Otherwise I have no complaints. PS the show is always nice and my kids enjoyed watching the dancing.

Meat is uber flavourful.and salad bar is a great compliment with good selection and outside the box salads such as the pineapple quinoa and spicy olives. The dancers add a sexy element to the dining experience. Reasonable pricing

AMAZING. My husband and I just went for our one year anniversary and it was our first time going. We absolutely loved it.

The staff were amazing and helpful with suggestions. The selections they had at the buffet were so tasty and delicious. Now the meats. My goodness.

They literally MELT in your mouth. So tender and moist. So many various kinds of meats. We left stuffed for sure.
For the price you're paying you'll definitely want to take advantage of the savoury meats. I look forward to going again!

The dancing show is alot of fun. Salad bar had a lot of good options, pleasantly surprised and of course the steaks, grilled pineapple and corn bread is excellent.

In any-case, i will not judge a restaurant on a poop server, nor will I name her.

I've read a lot about people not getting the meat, just yell and call whoever has what you want. That is what we ended up doing.

We had a great experience here and although we only caught the tail end of the show overall it was great. I believe the shows are at 6: 30 and 8: 30 and 9: 30 and since we arrived just after 6: 30 we watched the show from the lobby before getting seated we thought there might be another one at 7: 30 but found out later it wasn't until 8: 30. Our server we think her name is Ariel was very friendly and accommodating. All of the food was great they come around with a lot of beef options so we did ask about chicken and salmon Etc which they quickly brought over to us at $52 for the regular buffet we did find it expensive once we ordered drinks but for a special occasion or nice night out it is definitely worth it

The service great, service was excellent the dancers were amazing! The only thing that I was just appointed about was that they were playing reggaeton and dance music expected to hear more Samba and Brazilian music.our company was there for about five hours for a Christmas lunch everything was great thank you.

They didnt have many items as far as the title "all you can eat". We had reservations at 8.30PM on a sunday, and couple of items were not available because they "ran out". Goes against statement of AYCE. The servers kept going around us but not serving what we wanted, and kept repeating the same orders to us. At one point in time we were just sitting for 15 minutes without any service. Very dissapointing for an upscale AYCE steakhouse.

I enjoyed the food here (there was a variety of steaks that were offered), and the servers were very friendly and polite. The location is very accessible because there is lots of parking. Also, the restaurant is very well maintained and clean. The only reason I did not give Copacabana 5 stars is because the service was a bit slow. My friends and I were sitting further in the back and sometimes, we would miss out on some of the dishes because it was all done before the servers could reach us. Unlike the Toronto location, there aren't many servers. Also, it would take a while to get to the other end of the restaurant for the sides. Plus, the day we visited this location, the dancers were not performing.

Very good steaks, an assortment and all you can eat! Salads and desserts are just above average. Then you have the Samba dancers! A bit on the expensive side, but then you can’t complain for the whole package. Strongly recommended.

I’m here right now and the only thing they are bringing to the table it’s pineapple and Parmesan beef. Very disappointed after the waitress said that there is not more meat.

I am a frequent patron of Eglinton & Yonge location and the service at that location is 4+ stars. Was invited to Woodbridge location on Sunday early evening. We were a party of 24 with 4 separate tables. The music was too loud and the restaurant was too dark. We had children with us and the servers would not serve them unless they were directed too. Will still to Eglinton and Yonge.

Worst experience ever
Went for a birthday dinner people spent over 80.00 dollars and walked out hungry due to not having enough servers, food was cold so we just lost our appetite, They would skip people and leave I could go on it was horrible experience for me and my friends. I asked the waitress for water several times before I actually got my water, took her 5 times to remember I asked for napkins. After the lack of respect and them forgetting everything enough was enough time for us to go!

Great great great food! This is probably the best one out of the 3 in the GTA. Food comes out quick and the servers are very nice. I've been here many times and we always see the samba dancers whenever we come which is very entertaining. My only criticism here is that they dont have the casava and the cheese balls aren't fresh. Also, they really need to change the front doors on this place because it's a struggle just to open those damn doors unless you use the button to auto open. I sat outside with my brother watching people struggle to get in for like 15 mins lol. All in all a great experience everytime and by far the best steak house I've been to.

Wonderful grilled beef, lamb, shrimp and pineapple with so many kinds of yummy salads ！Good service. Nice place.
