Amazing service. Fast. Food was amazing. Mouth watering meats.
The sides alone are even worth coming for a quick snack.

The sides options took forever to come, if they did at all, and portions are tiny, so if you want to order more, good luck.
Food was good despite how slow it is to come around.
Service was lacking in all respects. We had to request 4 times for a refill on water, and Chimichurri. The only thing that came quickly was the bills and payment machine, which keep in mind there is an automatic 18% gratuity applied, for all parties larger than 1 person.

I feel bad for those who were dining after us, as we were seated near the door and there was a HUGE line up, some people were waiting 45+ minutes to be seated.

Don’t recommend this place unless they turn their service around. Which is too bad cause the food is good (when it comes).

Was there for the NYE dinner. Great food, good staff and vibrant atmosphere. A little pricey, but will be back.

I got there at 7: 15, everything was fine for the first 15min, then it became a nightmare for i didn’t receive any meat or drink I requested for 45min. I was told that during rush hour the meat can take longer than usual to get to you but this isn’t what I had expected, most of the meat was really salty and a lot of thing I requested never reached me. For 100/person, I’m really really disappointed with this experience. Won’t recommend or come here again.

Went on a Friday evening and it was a great date night experience. The service was great and attentive and the food was great. The music and performances just added to it.

I and my husband visited this place to have dinner. It was really disappointing. It was supposedly an all you can eat with most of the drinks included in the meal as well. The servers however passed around far in between and cut bits of meat and we barely ate anything. Everything took a long time to come including the drinks unless you order a soda and you're also supposed to dine for two hours. They can't cut a big chunk of steak because only the surface is cooked and so they go from table to table and serve like two bites of each stuff served far in between making it difficult to enjoy the meal. We sat around for over 20 minutes waiting for each serve. To top it off when the bill came there was a compulsory 18% gratuity attached to an already expensive meal that wasn't worth the amount or the service and we declined to pay that gratuity. We were seated by 5: 30pm on a Monday. There was no entertainment except my husband being his usual funny self. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Meat was served sparsely, any sides you wanted came later and in tiny portions that were not enough to share amongst six people.

A few things on the menu that we were told were 'coming out soon' did not show up at all, for example, the salmon.

18% mandatory gratuity just to beg for more food while being ignored over and over gain.

More of a Tasting experience than an AYCE.

When it comes to Brazilian Rodizio, Copa Cabana is hard to beat. The sides here are prepared fresh to order instead of sitting cold at a buffet, and the meats from the kitchen come around fairly often. Some must-try items are their beef ribs, cheesy sirloin, and the shrimp is surprisingly tasty!

Wish they had an all-you-can-drink option, but I guess you can’t have it all!

The food was amazingly delicious and unique. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is really enjoyable. I would recommend it and would definitely revisit.

They seat me next to the bar and a tiny space where they have everyone keep coming by to get their drink orders ever 2min.
Takes a 20+ min for them to come By with something that's medium done and 30 min for them to bring sides. Brazilian style is help your self they bring you the meat you like within 5min. This is mock Brazilian style where you have to order 4 tiny sides and wait a half hour for them to come before you can get more and then a server who rolls their eyes every time you want more even though that's their soul purpose they need to Do better not put people in high traffic spots where they knock you or your chair every time they come by.this was sad for 200+ dollars for 2 people

Great food and the atmosphere is really good. Service is a bit slow when it’s crowded. Unfortunately it’s always crowded.

10/10. Definitely my go to when I visit Toronto! Between the seven protein options, alongside with a buffet! Certainly an experience you don’t want to pass up on!

I’m not the type of person to necessarily review restaurants all the time, but tonight’s experience begged for an exception to be made. We were a table of 7, all for the rodízio/all you can eat ($80 each) plus drinks. We left with no dessert, but a $750 bill receipt for what was a really a terrible dinner. As we didn’t have a designated waiter, multiple things ended up being neglected at once (and twice, and thrice). Portions of fries were sad and small. Local takeout food level at best. For the price, we were definitely expecting a lot more and left actually kind of hungry. Being the only Brazilian person in the group, it also felt really bad to keep saying “sorry, that’s not what the real deal tastes like”. I am 99% sure that the farofa was pre-made, perhaps of the Yoki brand which I recognize through the generally artificial taste.
The laughable moment of the night was when a waiter randomly dropped two pieces of unsolicited short ribs on my plate and someone else’s (the chosen ones out of a seven party table). Neither of us had ordered it, and the person literally did not talk to us before or after serving us two, before proceeding to the next table. I don’t eat ribs, so I forfeited it for an ‘ok at best’ cassava fry. We only had one round of the famous picanha all night. Variety was desperately missed, as we were consistently offered the same three or four options throughout the night. I had been there before when they were called La Latina. Turns out before they were called La Latina they were called… Copacabana. Maybe next year they will be back to La Latina? Brazilian they are not.

Two stars because the meat was good, however is very far fom a brazilian experience. Ordering the SIDES is not brazilian style at all. In brazilian steakhouses in Brazil, the sides are self-service buffet (even after covid), and there is no need to wait for a server to come back with FOUR sides at time. We had to wait 30-40 minutes between each side order. The size of the sides is ridiculously small and DOES NOT serve two people. It barely serves one. I feel very disappointed. They should be ashamed to call it a brazilian restaurant, and they need to do better.

Service from start to finish was very slow. I left feeling like I could've ate more, not worth the price you pay for. We had to wait over 30 mins after the time of our reservation for our table to be ready. To make matters worse, they ended up giving us a table at the very front, with the crowd of people waiting for their tables surrounding us.

Meats were too salty for my liking but they were edible and tasty for the most part. There's a lot of options to choose from. Wished the servers carrying the meat around came by to our table more often. They were giving out free shots on the house which was nice. Luckily we got 2 rounds during our 2 and a half hours there.

The wife and I ate at CopaCabana last night. It was our first night out in 4 years so it wasn't a decision we took lightly. I must say, our experience was amazing. We had a reservation for 430pm and there was no hassle at all. The ambiance was great and the food was truly amazing. The carvers came by regularly and always asked if we enjoyed what we had and if we had any requests. We also like that you can choose your sides instead of the buffet. We tried a bunch of different sides. The sweet potato fries were great! I planned to take pics but I couldn't wait to eat. Favorites were definitely the parmesan crusted steak, cheese bread and cilantro lime chicken. I'm already dreaming about the different meats so I won't wait another 4 years to come back LOL. Eat here often. We were saddened when it closed and were truly happy to see it reopen. See you soon CopaCabana. Cheers.

We reserved a table at 5pm and have absolutely no complains! Food was AMAZING and service was top notch! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Overall, very delicious and juicy steaks!
Servers could do better for our table, however, once we told them, they did care and provided a better service, I recommend going here

Honest Review. I was nervous about what to expect especially because some reviews had very good points but my personal experience, the food was mouthwatering and fresh (still sizzling when arriving to table) medium/medium rare was standard. The food service was different and it’s better to imagine it as a team effort rather than one waitress or waiter serving you. Overall the service was 5 stars but I could see we’re it falls to 4 when your server doesn’t follow up with more drinks or checks in on the table that being said it was quick and they had a nice system in place for rotating meats and bread/shrimps. My only complaint the glasses were actually dirty, thats not a make or break for me but it is true.they have a unnatural fog to them and my water glass has a piece of Lemon or something in it, again that’s the only thing that I can say was like hey this is the easy part. Side note we ordered drinks and didn’t touch the water glasses. But Food 10/10 so weigh your pros and cons
