We usually come here in the colder months to catch up with some friends.the atmosphere is cozy and especially when they got their fireplace going (wood burning smell). Their braised beef Guiness pie is really good.just make sure you let it sit before you dig in. (otherwise you'll burn your mouth, like I did). I couldn't wait

The reason for the bad review is we could not believe the price of a plate of fries costing $12$ plus tax

The amount of flies that were in the restaurant while eating was a buzz kill and made the experience one I rather forget. The portion sizes for the drinks left something to be desired. We spent about 150 bucks for the three main dishes and some drinks which was overpriced for what we got. You are better off driving downtown.

Very friendly and approachable staff, food was delicious and had a great variety to choose from, not just the standard run of the mill menu items! Can't wait to go back

Honest review after multiple chances given.
The atmosphere is not worth the grossly overpriced and unpleasant food and often poor service. Quesadillas are $19 + tax and barely have half a bell pepper in it. Antijotos are mainly tortilla and a drop of cream cheese with potential for bell pepper. Not much else in it. Wish I took a photo. I have seen it happen with this starter multiple times. Spinach dip is runny and I wonder if there is cheese in it.
If you don’t believe this, try for yourself. I have gone back several times hoping for better luck.
Wish it was better for service and good quality food but without that, you cannot justify those prices.
Sorry for the negative press, but owners/managers should be aware.

One of the best places to go and enjoy a great time with great food and drinks, amazing service since the reception, and a special atmosphere with friendly and respectful people. I went to the place twice in the same week just because it is so comfortable and the time spent was worth it.

Lovely, warm and friendly service. We enjoyed the patio. Great food! Something for everyone. Also enjoyed a cheeky cocktail.

Dined here with my Mum and the food was delish - the Shepherds Pie is fantastic - beautifully seasoned with the rosemary and their pies are incredible - you have to try their Key Lime - it has the perfect balance of sweet with a refreshing kick of the lime. Special mention goes to the AMAZING Louisa who treated us like VIP and made the whole experience so much fun and like we’ve known her forever. Ambiance is lovely and family friendly with all ages present.

Glad we stopped. Drink features were fantastic. Pies great. Mains lacked flavourful, but everything else 5/5.

My first visit, had lunch and it was delicious.a grilled cheese like no other! Will be sure to stop in next time I am in the area.don't drive by, stop in to see yourself!

We ordered the french onion soup, cajun chicken and grilled cheese and it was delicious! Our server Zoe was super friendly and the ambiance is great, I've never sat beside a real outdoor fire at a restaurant before. I would definitely go back.

Great spot for an afternoon stop on the patio, or an evenings meal inside. Wonderful ambiance, and good food. Try the maple glazed trout!

Very friendly and happy staff. The menu is great, food was very good. Great spacing on the patio. They have a time limit per table but they aren't strict about it if the tables aren't all occupied.

Food, service, and vibe are all excellent. Took a star off because there were so many flies inside last time we went that it was pretty stressful to eat

As we pulled up with our motorcycles in a very respectful way, we were told we were 4th on the list for a sit down lunch. Gave my name and phone number. Approximate wait was 1/2hr. After 1 hour wait and people being seated after we were put on the list, we decided to leave. We were ignored and other patrons were placed ahead of us.

This restaurant was recommended by Guess Where Trips so we quickly looked at menu before going and knew the prices were higher than your regular chain bar and grill but since we did not know the area we went. They wanted $9 for kids chicken fingers and fries and found out this was without a drink, the drinks were around $3 each. The portion was good but come on $12 for a kids meal is steep. Apparently the poutine is a special of the day so price was not listed in menu, found it listed on chalk menu board after I ordered and realized it was$16 and it ended being not very big portion. The fries had ton of a black pepper seasoning on them, which we all disliked. Positive note my husband ordered the trout with rice which he liked. Lastly, as you just finish eating they were clearing everything off the table even before paying. Felt like you were being pushed out. So would I recommend, no.

Great server, great service, nice atmosphere (patio). My feedback was that my food was overdone and they thanked me for letting them know and acted on it.

Disappointed. Seated at the front where cars and motorcycles constantly go by. Second time going and again sandwich not cooked as requested. Tip: rare meat is not grey. Saw the server 10 times asking us to order our mains and telling us we only has 90 minutes to eat; then not once during our meal. My badly cooked dish came as everyone else was finishing. Hostess chatting it up very loudly right behind me not once considering what she was doing. All around disappointment. I heard such great things about this place but on this trip, utter disappointment at the end of a long weekend. I would never accept this kind of service by my employees at my own company.

Loved Copper Kettle. The food was great, we had mushroom plate, fries, veggie quesadilla. Delicious. Service was perfect. I loved the music playing, ambience was awesome.

It was great food and service was excellent, my only complaint is the steak sandwich far too many toppings on it I could even find my steak it was buried in the toppings lol other than that it was good.

Nice location. A very popular place. I ordered fries. Order was delivered in a timely, friendly fashion. The fries were $9 skinny, salty, grease sponges that looked liked they'd been cooked more than once. I left most of the order alone. The server asked if I were finished. I replied that they were just drowned in grease. She asked if I wanted another order. Ah, no. Still got charged for them. My wife had the salmon. Mediocre. I'm beginning to think the problem is me. I've ordered fries at four restaurants in the last month. Still haven't had a decent order. Maybe for $9-$10, I'm expecting too much. I wouldn't go back, but as I said at the beginning of this review, this is a very popular restaurant. (Cafe across the street is really nice. Great ice cream. See, I'm not impossible to please).

Probably the best pub/restaurant in the area. Amazing location, great food, and friendly staff.

I happened to be visiting family in and Brampton and Came Upon This Place by accident. We were visiting a art Studio next door that specializes in glass blowing which which was in itself unbelievable since a lot of these things have become things of the past. As chance would have it the Copper Kettle was next door so we decided to try it out and it certainly wasn't a disappointment. I ordered the keto Burger which comes with fries a glass of California wine. Both items were excellent with good service. I couldn't finished the burger because of its size I had to take it home in a doggy bag. My companion at the fish and chips and she tells me it was excellent. Incidentally their fries were unbelievable too very tasty. It was a little costly but what the hell you only live once and you have to spoil yourself occasionally in order to appreciate life. In any case I recommend this establishment highly and if you're ever in the area look him up. It's a neat little community! So good luck and stay safe until the next time!

We are from out of town went for a nice drive today and had lunch on your patio for the 1st time and it certainly won't be the last time.my wife had the soup of the day and I had french onion soup.we shared the flatbread special of the day.peach pie and ice cream for dessert.everything was excellent.our server was great too.very nice spot.

New server was very good. I wish I got her name. Friendly but not overly familiar. Very prompt and attentive.
The food was not so good. Mom and dad had bangers and mash. 3 large undercooked sausages. 2 would have been more than enough. My burger was over cooked and dry. The peach pie was very good but a small piece for $6.

Nothing to write home about. The only good thing is the patio setup.
We both had the soup of the day which was a lentil and wild rice, expensive ($12) for a small bowl. We also had the cajun sandwich and grilled cheese, both came with fries. Portions were good but really expected more at that price point ($20). Wont be going back there nor would recommend it.

Went for a quick bite and a drink on a Monday evening, the patio was packed and they were only taking reservations. We didn't have one, they were able to seat us inside though!
We shared a small flight of beers, had a drink each and just did appetizers for dinner, they were all absolutely delicious! The servers were great, the food was amazing and we loved the place. We will be back

Food was excellent. They have nice portion sizes, and drinks were delicious. I recommend sitting on the patio as the trees surrounding add a nice ambiance.

Our server Madelyn was good. Very friendly and kind, only she forgot I ordered my drink without ice and it came with ice.

Other then that minor detail, amazing service, food and cocktails. Would recommend coming to their patio!
