Don’t ever use this copy center. These guys robbed me for the prints I have taken. They charged double. These guys are frauds.

They have bar code scan print label available at this store for Purolator drop off. CAD 2.30 Is fee.

Quick efficient work, extremely helpful, awesome customer service and accommodating. Nathaniel is the guy to talk with.

I got my notary affidavit done very easily and their charges are quite reasonable.

Picked up 2 packages today that FedEx delivered to this location as I was out of town. Very quick and courteous service.

The man that attended to me was very patient in explaining everything I needed to do and he handled the transaction professionally.

Always meant to post this but as you will read in a moment I had some life difficulties that got in the way. I was laid off in April & had to return my former employer's laptop using the FedEx drop off service. The place is small & even with just 5 ppl in line, some had to understandably wait outside due to COVID rules. I followed the rules. When I was just 2nd in line a customer barged in & went in front of me. Being depressed about my job loss, I didn't have the heart to protest or end up in a fight, as I now had bigger problems to worry about. The gentleman working at the corner (sorry don't remember his name but he was white), immediately & politely told him to wait outside at the start of the line. The gentleman was very kind & reassured me the package would be delivered safely & provided me with email tracking. His kindness was very helpful in this trying time. Thankfully I've got a new, better job & never forgot the gentleman at the counter.

Over priced for average print quality. 75 for an 8.5 ×11 colour print on regular 20lb. I generally prefer to support independent businesses but your better off just going to staples.

I dont like, a person asked me 65$ for sending one document and he said we cant mail regular to USA for fedex thats weird.

I come here regularly for colour printing and binding of my presentation folders and have always been greeted by a warm smile and friendly service! They always look after my rush orders with speed and care. I simply email it in and it's ready to go by the time I reach there to pick it up. I highly recommend them, nice to see a business with a personal touch and that cares about its customers!

I print one colourful paper and the price is very expensive. The reason why I post this review is when I ask for price he behave so rude and it was my insurance paper he take my paper and asked me get out of my shop. I feel very sad and he change my mood. One of his customer also speck very bad words but he nothing to say. He is so rude. When I said give me my paper and then he said give me a money and take your paper. He don’t know how to speck with customer. I prefer staples it very cheap and staff is very nice. Never come back in this shop and stop my friends to go this shop.

Not Professional at all!
They kept my passport for few days instead of sending it to Canada Post. They submitted it to Canada Post when i called then and told about my situation spcifically.
The owner mentioned that he did it already and it takes a couple of days to reflect on their tracking system. But the website says the package was received by them exactly after 30 mins of my conversation with him.
