I bring my fam back again and again for their consistency. Some of my family members are autistic, and knowing how the food will look, taste and be presented is so great for them. Coras is always a guarantee
I think this place is way overpriced for what is served. 16.45 for a basic 3 egg breakfast with normal sausage not even proper breakfast sausages. Fruit was old and kinda gross. I WONT step a foot in this place again. Think twice before you do.cheers
Ordered food and waited for long time and I had kids who started to feel starving then I asked the waitress to at least get the bread then she come back telling me that our order got lost and asked what was it and we have to explain all the order and start waiting from scratch
Food was delicious, I ordered the Jo Construction with eggs over easy. They were done perfectly. Bacon was super crispy, orange juice was very fresh tasting. Server was a bit slower than expected, but I did hear another customer giving her his life story, so that may have been why.
Went in today for lunch to try the new unlimited crepes promo that’s been all over the radio. The first batch of crepes we received must’ve been out for too long prior to coming to the table because they were quite stiff to cut. Other than that you will get your typical Cora’s quality of food for other orders. Our waitress also did not give us the most welcome experience as it felt like she was eyeing the end of her shift. We came in with a gift card which was online and on our phones, but our waitress couldn’t figure out how to honour it. After 10 minutes of standing around, she gathered all the younger servers to aid but still no help. She kept saying you can’t scan things on phones, which is ridiculous since I use my optimum app on my phone practically everyday… coffee good though.
Great place for breakfast. Food is always delicious. However, next time I order two hot dishes, it’d be suggested that the server proceed to ask which dish I’d like to have first instead of serving them at the same time.
We were in here today. The food was good, but our server was not. I understand it was busy, but she seemed impatient and was very condescending with our elderly grandmother who was trying to order and didn’t come to check on us or refill any drinks once without being asked. A shame because my grandmother recommended this place, but I don’t think we would go back again.
Wonderfully presented lox and cream cheese and fruit plate. Everything was fresh and tasty. My waiter was wonderful. The toasted bagel, however, was hard and almost inedible. Scraped off the delicious toppings and left the bagel. Another was offered, but too late to help.
The place need a deep clean. Staff doesn’t know what they doin. Forgets the items every-time. When tried to explain how I want. They just makes a weird face and feels like Tdgaf. Food was tasteless. Had to ask them twice to get the items they missed. Dishes need to clean as, I can see clear spots on the plates. Not coming back at all.
High quality breakfast and Great service. I always get the eggs Benedict. The menu hasn't changed in years though. Could use some new additions. But overall 5 stars not ever been disappointed with this location.great food quality, large portions and great service.
Service excellent but had to ask for dinnerware, napkins and syrup. Server brought small bowl of banana slices to keep our grandchild happy. Coffee a little industrial.
Don't waste your money. Ate here last week with my family, all of our meals were tasteless, either over or under cooked, portions small. Coffee was like hot water. We go out for breakfast every week and decided to try this place, will never come back. When I spoke with the owner I felt like he was treating me as if I was fishing for a free meal in complaining, he offered me vouchers for another meal but honestly the food was so bad I declined. Also the restaurant is in need of a good clean.
Lovely family place. Our waitress was very kind and fast. Great service. The food is awesome. In my opinion, this is the best place for breakfast/brunch in the GTA. We ordered Louis the Undecided and Benedict Eggs with Brie and mushrooms. Everything was awesome! So yummy! Mushrooms and fruit were fresh, the eggs were perfect, and the crepe was just a piece of heaven. I strongly recommend give it a try.
Very overpriced for such mediocre food. Our regular place for breakfast is Moe's family restaurant in Oakville but we went to try this restaurant since it was closer at the time. To put it in simple terms, Cora's is like eating food out of a can as compared to homemade meal (Moe's). Server was friendly though.
The food of course is amazing, taste, value and presentation are impeccable. But what is really impressive beyond all is the waiter “Terra” she is memorising the orders of each table in details with the changes in every plate, a big smile although and always coming to check if we are happy or need anything. She literarily goes above and beyond expectations. It was a very pleasant experience
It was an alright brunch but not the best breakfast meal I've had. Service was also very average having to ask for coffee and water refills when not asked by the server.
Cutlery was dirty, the food was a little cold and not well cooked which made it seems like not fresh, potatoes were burned and not cooked. Besides I consider it a little bit expensive specially with the coffee that wasn't included in the meal price unlike the other breakfast places. I wouldn't recommend this location
