Shopping at Corbeil for a new fridge was a pleasure. The price was right and Jonathan was very nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will be going back for more appliances when the time comes.

I was recently referred to Corbeil by a friend who had a great experience. I went in with my spouse and we purchased a fridge and stove and received what we feel like was a great price, and the process was efficient and seamless. We had shown the price match from a different store, with item numbers, sizing, photos etc. We got delivery within two days, however received a larger version of the fridge than anticipated. At first we thought maybe we measured wrong, however the wrong fridge was sent. After emailing, multiple calls and discussions with the store manager, this is somehow our fault, and to exchange, we will have to pay an additional 570+ dollars. How is this the customers fault? We are honestly just surprised by their response to this. We were more than willing to accept some responsibility and offered to cover the difference in price and shipping. We realize there are procedures, but what happened to taking care of the customer.
There was no accountability, and blame was put solely on us. Our initial experience was great, but now we have the wrong sized fridge, which doesn't fit in our kitchen, and we would have to pay a "restocking fee" as well as other costs for one that does. Disappointed.

We have dealt with Corbeil multiple times over the years. Unfailing service, excellent delivery every single time.

Bought a stove from them 15+ years ago and was so happy with the experience that every major appliance purchased since then has come from Corbeil. Just took delivery of a new dishwasher to replace the one purchased 13 years ago.

Corbeil carries good product (LG), sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was on time and without any issues. Excellent service!

Polite, not pushy, knowledgable, personable sales person. Delivery was 2 men, clean, careful, efficient, new machines in and old machine gone. Very happy. We installed the washer and dryer ourselves. No problems.

Probably one of the worst experiences in the home buying process we had. They are more than happy to sell you on what you want, take your money, and then suddenly the dates they give you for everything are moved out by months. Waited a year for items when we were told they had them in stock when we signed the papers. Little to no communication from the representatives. Would not go back here.

When the technician came to install my new washer and dryer he discovered that the washing machine hose was too short to reach the taps. So I told him to temporarily switch the position of the washer and dryer, realizing that the doors would interfere with each other but at least I’d be able to get some laundry done in the meantime. I understood that they’d come back with the required length of hose and put the machines in the optimal positions. The salesperson told me to call their service dept, who in turn told me they only install once. Won’t come back even if I paid for a reinstall. Btw, I paid the extra warranty fees but was told this is only if electronics fail. So, this place doesn’t follow through, is inflexible and they aren’t interested in providing the customer with solutions once the sale is made.

Worst delivery service ever, what kind of trash delivery service doesn't have GPS? They don't do the deliveries customers pay for, and when you call and question them on it all you get is"we will call you tomorrow" not it will be delivered tomorrow but we will call you tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous, I hope this company goes bankrupt.

The store has a huge variety of appliances to choose from. All the staff is friendly but ask for Sheldon is you want someone extremely friendly and knowledgeable in all brands of appliances, and will get you the best product!

Great service! Delivery was simple, fast and as discussed in store. I will certainly go back to Corbeil in the future

We have made 2 appliance purchases through Corbeil and have been very pleased both times. Salesperson person in store was very knowledgeable and delivery staff friendly and efficient.

Extremely disappointed. Have been waiting for a built-in microwave oven for 9 months now. Ruined the look of our new kitchen!
Order was placed in March 2021. Have been trying to resolve the issue since October 2021 with no luck! Absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue from the store!

Update: It is October 2022 and yet no resolution from Corbeil!

I will give a negative 5 star rating if possible. Absolutely worst delivery drivers. He said he will reach by 7: 15, and when we called to say we will be there at 7: 15, he said, he was going to leave exactly at 7: 13. His reason was, "I started at 4 from Montreal, I cannot wait even a minute more than I want to". And at 7: 13 while we were making a turn around the main road leading to our home, we already saw the Corbeil truck driving fast past us. Absolutely horrible attitude! Will never make a purchase here again just because of the drivers. No amount of requesting helped. "Call the store and reschedule your delivery" for 2 minutes. Ridiculously arrogant.

We had a horrible experience with Corbeil after purchasing $18k in kitchen appliances. We were treated extremely well when we were buying. Once we received a faulty dishwasher then we could not reach anyone for help. Samsung tried to send a repair man three times and they all declined because we were to far away from Ottawa. Or the appointment was a month out. Unbelievable. When I tried to call Corbeil they could not have been less helpfull. Go somewhere else where you will get good service.
