4 of my friends have bought their sets at corbetts lol

Be very careful with ur purchase. Staff would lie in ur face without hesitation. Asked for anon m4 goggle gave me a m3 questioned it and said its the same… lol them went to look for a jacket. Specifically told them wiwant 20k waterproof. He gave me a bunch to try liked one asked if its 20k said yes without thinking.i checked the tag well 10k. Then this repeated few more times. Had to leave. Not sure its cuz of commission based? Or wut havent experience that kind of overly simple lie for decades in retail stores. Like they dont even put in the effor to make a beyter lie

Their online store & website is absolutely amazing. But the actual retire store, a senior lady is just very outrageously rude and unprofessional. First all, the online store share with me that the credit that I could use in the actual retail store. The senior lady at the check out said, who told you that? We are two separate business! Then she was trying to sell me a sample snowboard helmet without a box for the original price. I am like are you serious? She then said, do you want it or what? Thanks and I would not buy it because your attitude. Would not recommend anyone to go to their retail store.

Great store, lots pf variety. Loved the in store discounts. Very nice staff.corbetts is a sponsor in many of our freestyle skiing competitions so we had a few cards to be used towards the new gloves. Thanks Corbetts!

Corbetts is a great store to deal with. Rob and the rest of the team are really helpful and professional.

They helped form my boots and they fit so well I sometimes forget to buckle them up.

They were quick and efficient when having bindings mounted or dealing with them for a warranty issue.

Even at about an hour away they have become my go to for ski gear.

Corbett’s is an amazing store, so much selection you really can’t go wrong.
What I really want to review is the staff specifically one gentleman by the name of Joe. I drove from Guelph to Corbett to buy a jacket arrived just before closing. Joe help me right away to find the jacket I was looking for. Gave me honest feedback about size, waterproofing, breathability of the jacket. I had concerns that the jacket wouldn’t fit my bib pants which I didn’t have with me Joe let me know that if I need to come back and exchange it for a different jacket and size it would be no issue. This was true the jacket did not fit the way I wanted. The next day Joe was there to help again

Cons:
I have been lied to multiple times by their sales and service people:
1. Tried selling me a jacket as 20000/20000 when i knew for a fact it wasn’t. I asked them if the label said 20000/20000, and they said no.
2. I asked for a pair of goggles, and they grabbed an older generation from the back, insisted it was the same; the older generation goggles are not magnetized thus much more difficult to swap lenses.
3. When i was told to come pickup my equipment, I was repeatedly told it would be ready in 5 minutes after arriving at their store, this eventually lasted 1.5hrs. All that needed to be done was mounting bindings on skiis.

The only reason I would shop here is for stock availability. Some of their sales/service people will lie straight to your face while some are nice.

Excellent bootfitting, service, and selection. Visited 2 other ski stores before finding 31.5 ski boots in stock at Corbetts! The clearance store has some great deals too, worth the drive from Scarborough!

Came to the shop for the first time with little knowledge on what board would be the best fit for me as I purchased my first board off facebook marketplace and that was a nightmare.

Eric was able direct me to the correct size, bindings, and which type of board would be best for my build. He took the time to make sure I had a decent understanding of what I needed without pushing a sale.

He instructed me to take my time and purchase one of the many boards he recommended online when I'm ready as purchasing new boarding gear isn't cheap.

I'm still shopping around for a new board but will most likely end up purchasing from this place solely based on the great customer service I received!

Great kids trade in program for skis and boots. Always busy on weekends, but they have lots of great associates providing assistance.

Rob the store manager is a very knowledgeable guy and provided a service level that exceeded my expectations. If your looking for the most suitable gear Rob’s your guy.

Came in with ski boots that caused severe cramping in one of my feet and the fit specialist knew exactly what to do. After the boot adjustment my feet are pain free and I can ski all day! Thank you!

I ordered a new pair of skis online from Corbett's in early 2022. The skis had a manufacturer's defect which was covered under warranty. Justin from Corbetts worked with me through every step of the warranty process and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a new replacement pair sent to me as quickly as possible. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received! I will definitely order online from Corbetts again.

Things are very complete, and new models will be on the shelves soon. I'd love to come over from Toronto to buy gears.

Starting having huge issues with painful feet skiing and Corbett's staff Dave and then Rob were able to put my feet in the best “back entry heated boot. ” Orthotic foot bed and stretching the boots put me back into comfort on the hill again. Wonderful experience. Expert ski boot fitting. “Skiing Ian” was able to correct an issue I had had for many years after accessing my stance. Love all my new equipment.
