My wife had an appointment since December 16th for a blood pressure monitor 10 calls since December 16th to confirm this appointment. Day of the appointment another phone call confirming this appointment an hour and 45 minutes before the appointment asking her if she can come in now she said I can't get there until my appointment time the technicians wanted to go home my wife lost a day's wages because guess what they called the back and canceled it.

If your doctor wants you to go there refuse I wouldn't bring a dead animal to these people

Today I had an echo and nuclear test at this location. I found the staff to be very professional and supportive. The facility was superbly clean and the biggest thing was the constant reassurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lim for 6 to 7 years. The receptionists, Vivian and Mabel, are kind, understanding, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Lim always sees his patients on time, and there are no long waits in the waiting area.

There should be an option for no stars.
I went to the Milner corcare because of an emergency heart echo.
The technician was extremely unprofessional, rude and unprepared to do my test.
She would ask me to hold my breath then she would complain that I'm not doing what she asked.
I can only hold my breath for so long is what I told the technician.
She continuously told me that I'm doing it wrong that I'm not on my side as she didn't have the gel for the test and was not tall enough to reach over my side to do the scan, again my fault according to her.

I will never go back to the Milner location.
I asked if the other tech could finish the test but she didn't want to admit that she failed.

Update,
The supervisor Perr from corcare call me regarding my experience.
He had every excuse in the book for the technician then told me that they technician was not qualified to do the test and said that she is new and inexperienced at doing echo test.
This is a very important test to have someone doing the test that doesn't know what they are doing. WHAT!
I will now be talking to ontario health and canada health and possibly my lawyer.

Anyone that has had the echo test done at the Milner location should have the test redone asap elsewhere.

Dr Fasleseed is an excellent guy, made the visits fun for my dad. Great staff. Just be careful in Parking. Parking is free for corecare clients but the indigo parking lot management (indigo parking i guess - frauds and scammers) keeps on knocking down the parking sign so people wouldn’t know and pay them for parking. I found the sign lying down every time I came for appointment and I would put it back up.

The negative reviews is not an accurate representation of this clinic and their staff. Brought my mom (A. K.) here on Jan 26,2023 for a nuclear medicine test. Staff and technicians were kind, caring and very informative. The appointment started right on time and finished earlier than anticipated.

Pathetic place where they either have no clue about patient treatment or they are not interested in any communication with the patient. I was treated for severe chest pain that lasted 8 hours at Scarborough General. I called and left a detailed message with the cardiologist's office regarding my report sent to them (14-Oct-2022). You'd think that they'd have the courtesy to call back and update you if the cardiologist has reviewed the report 4 days later. Nope. They are too busy doing nothing as usual. These people have no conscience and they are employed to do a job. One of the worst places.

You've got to blame the bureaucrats and the politicians because they are busy getting paid doing nothing as well. And the Medical board does not nothing to improve the quality of healthcare here. It's the same with the specialists and personnel at Corcare, Scarborough.

Absolute worst care and service I have ever received. Unprepared doctors, impossible to get a hold of, absolute unprofessional service. Will be moving to another doctor

OMG Where to I start?

First off, I must say, the facility is very clean and the techs and receptionists are very nice and professional.

Now here's my problem. They had booked me for a specfic time and date. So with that time and date, I was able to work it into my work schedule accordinly for that day. Waited a whole month until my apointment date came. A day prior to my appointment date (confirmation day), they called me switched up the time on me. I told the lady she must've been mistaken, and ask for her to double check. I then called back a few minutes later to see if I can speak to someone else, for them to confirm my time. They still gave me the in correct time. I asked why has my time changed. They said there had to be a switch due to doctors time.

Mind you, I work full time, min.wage I DON'T GET PAID FOR TIME OFF. I set aside 3hrs for this apointment, in order to leave and go straight back to work. I took taxi there, and taxi back so that I can get to back to work.
After waiting 40mins in the waiting area at CorCare, I finally get called in to be seen. I get asked my weight, and was then told I might not be able to be seen. The tech still tried, but unfortuntaley he couldn't do it and explained to me the reason why (fair enough). I was turned away without been seen, told someone would call me to have this proceedure done in a hospital facility.

Here's where I got really upset. This isn't my FIRST time here. My weight was charted in the chart from the frist time I been there from a month ago when I got my EKG done here.

They wasted my time and money today. $50 taxi fare out of pocket, and half day work lossed. LOVELY.

Worst place ever, doesn’t matter about your appointment, what the point given and appointment time. I’m waiting for over an hour and a half and then given the Nuclear needle was told wait for 55 minutes, well it over 2 hours still waiting, waste of my time, chairs are very uncomfortable and it suck being here. This place need to shot down period.

Very efficient office. Didn't even have a chance to finish filling out the initial questionnaire before Dr. Lim called me in. He said it was fine and just asked me the rest of the questions himself. Dr. Lim was very down-to-business but still polite. Nerve conduction study and physical tests were very quick but very thorough. I was given answers right away and was given the opportunity to ask questions. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Follow-up tests and appointments were booked quickly. Covid protocols were strictly followed. Overall, businesslike and professional.

It is a nightmare contacting Corcare. They are not professional, not correct and very rude, they do not send you reminder for appointment like others do. I am surprised that no body check on this department, they get paid from taxpayers. Too bad.

Not a good place at all. They make you wait for no reason.

Have you tried calling them? They start off by telling you that they prefer email. Yeah, overpaid numbskulls. An absolute bs place with no consideration for patients or their wait time. Please send a complaint to the Ministry of Health.

This was a very nice facility and the radiology tech was very friendly with my procedure. I think parking is not free but the day of my procedure, the parking gates were raised and therefore no payment was necessary. The only complaint is wait time as between my referral and visit to the doctor is four months.

One of the best clinics for Cardio but I would like to take a minute and talk about One of the associate there, her name is ‘ Mable’ she is the best employee there who is caring and works to help every single Paitent towards there appointments, I know it’s so hard to manage so many appointments along with follow up, but Mable is truly Inspiring. Mable you are doing a great Job at Corcare.

Mable is a true asset to Corcare clinic at there milner location, last but not the least Dr Mukerjee one of the most professional and talented doctor, looking at him 50% of your Heart issues are already resolved and fixed. You inspire us every time we see you. You have lots of patience and great understanding of your patients and your work.

My husband was referred to Corecare. The care & attention that my husband received was of the highest standard. I would like to thank Dr Ricci for all that he has done and continues to do for my husband. I would also like to thank Maria at the Nuclear imaging department for her kind & caring manner and also a thank you to Blessed. Dr Ricci understands what a stressful time it can be for the referred individual & goes above & beyond to help get them answers and the correct treatment. Thank you.
