Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Do not go here if you have any mental health concerns as they will not be taken seriously.

I've been with Dr. Glenny since she started here in 2019 and have stayed with her even though I left Hamilton two years ago and live over an hour away. It's hard to find a good doctor who genuinely sees you as a person and cares. She has helped me through so many different situations including traumatic and dismissive encounters with other doctors. I know I can ask her advice on absolutely anything and she'll give me an honest and supportive answer the same way she would a friend.

I've never had a problem with the staff, in fact everyone has always been super helpful, kind and trustworthy. I think you get what you give when it comes to professional interactions. Be kind and respectful and you'll receive the same in return.

Had to get forms filled out because of my work supplemental benefits (Canada Life Insurance) Canada Life sent the forms to my doctor and they paid my doctor a $65 fee to fill out forms. I requested a simple photo copy of the forms. Core Care CHARGED me $50 for a photocopy of the forms!

I had appointment for cardio test. I receive a voice mail that it has been cancelled. I called to enquire about the reason for cancellation, the answer I chit from the staff that there was glitch in the system and the appointment was on schedule. Anyway, I made another appointment. On the appointment date I called corcare to verify something to staff at 325 Milner ave @11am. First the staff member spoke for few seconds and then disconnected the call. I called again and they put me on hold for more than one and half hour still counting. By the time I reached the location. The staff is so cunning and fool around with patients. I had complained to doctor earlier also and doctor said she would look into it. And today same issues are repeated. I have decided that I am never going back to core care as the management has no interest in their patients. They are interested in getting money from OHIP. I have attached the screen shot if call waiting on hold. Shame on the management and the doctors who join this core are team. SHAME!

Dr. Gleny refused to help my sick mother because she homeschools my sister, Dr. Gleny said my mother must fail to socialize my sister because she’s homeschooled, insulted my mother who has been struggling to find a doctor although the pandemic and then abruptly ended the conversation because of something she has no knowledge of before even ASKING about her medical history. Stay away from this doctor at all costs, shouldn’t even have a medical license.

I agree with, have had similar experiences as described in many of these reviews and share a deep concern regarding the the treatment of my overall health with the Core Care Family Health Team of physicians.
Hoping our health care system will improve and hoping that this practice will make a point of remaining as professional as possible and use a mindful and empathetic approach in their treatment of their patients, as we, humans in general, could all benefit from better mental health.
