Our embryos traveled from Prague to Vancouver efficiently and under close supervision. They kept us informed and motivated our clinic to stay on top of every aspect. Jag and his team are highly experienced in transporting medical specimens in particular, fertility specimens.
From the beginning, Jag and his team showed compassion and a thorough understand of the already highly emotional medical situation of transporting our frozen sperm from one clinic to another. He explained the costs and all the transport procedures. At every step, he made the effort to communicate with us what was happening, when, how, even when our samples were enroute between clinics and finally arriving at our clinic. There was never a lapse in time or any delays with communication. This alone provided us so much reassurance and peace of mind!

The actual shipment is fast, it is easy to contact them by email or phone. They will in charge of the shipment, but you need to coordinate/follow up the source and destination clinic by yourself before the actual shipment begin.

We recently had our embryos shipped from Calgary to Windsor. It was an extremely seamless and professionally handled transfer. Mark Babaev was lovely to deal with. Everything was so organized and efficient. It can be a nerve wracking ordeal transferring such precious cargo but they were amazing!

We worked with Core Cryolab for the shipment of embryos from 2 fertility clinics in Toronto to 1 fertility clinic in Vancouver. The customer service, communication, and coordination were absolutely stellar! We were able to coordinate almost everything over email which I found straightforward rather than playing phone tag. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions answered thoughtfully. Once the clinics were ready to start the process, I received daily updates on the progress and the final delivery was even a day earlier than expected. Highly recommend working with Core Cryolab.

Really helpful and Mark responded to my questions and emails promptly so I don't have to worry that I was communicating with 'auto reply', because that was what happened when I tried to contact other companies and not getting quick response. Also, corecryolab gave the best price quote. Last the not least, Mark gave me quick and immediate updates. My shipping was very smooth. Only thing was that I was charged with 13% tax and fee. I thought the quote price was the final price. Then Mark explained and we did not have problems on that.
