Loved their food, authentic, generous and so far my number one for indian food in Oakville. Shrimp and lamb bryani were delicious, their sides like garlic nan and rayta are great. The only downside is the food is bit pricy for the cuisine but highly recommend it.
It's a great restaurant if you want to make an impression let's say for a date or something but the prices are INSANELY STOOPID. It's WAYYYY to expensive, if you want same food quality in Oakville area just drive 8 mins away to Dal roti or Maurya (Burlington- 16min), you'll save half of your money for the same price.
Food was very good. The service was horrible. The waitress was rude and gave me attitude. I told her I wanted to sit outside but under an ombrella and she said sit inside. On a day like this.very dissapointed.
We ordered from Chef Harminder (Coriander Green) for a celebration that was held in Brampton.
Harminder was so easy to communicate with, he was very responsive to all my texts and calls. We sent him a list of what we wanted to order and he assured us that food will be delivered to the venue - on time - fresh and piping hot. And he did!
Harminder reached the venue on time as promised & even helped unload and setup the food as he saw how busy we were.
The food was delicious! All our guests enjoyed the food thoroughly and were keen to know where we ordered from.
Overall we had a great experience and will definitely order from here again!
I had such a wonderful time here - the paneer was out of this world transporting me back to the flavors found on charcoal grills from the street stalls. Also got the lamb biriyani as my comfort dish. I only wish I got it spicy - the medium was too soft for me. Lovely Raita and garlic naan as I would expect - not doughy on the naan either (crispy and well seasoned). I will be back for dinner menu to try out more of the CG specials! Thank you!
Literally a feat of culinary genius! Appeasing to the eyes, alluring to the mouth, and satisfying to the soul. The decor and ambiance is reminiscent to an oasis. The masala chai left a lasting impression on my taste buds, complimenting a celebration of authentic Indian cuisine.
We ordered chicken Biryani as had heard of this place in many recommendations.
The Biryani had no flavour, taste, salt at all. We had to add some sauces and pickles to make it worth eating. This has been one of the worst Biryani I have had in a long time.
Best place if you see for the dining. Specially, paintings are mesmerizing you found our self in Rajasthan India. Staff is very professional. Visit this place with plenty of time. Highly recommended if looking for the Indian restaurant.
Journey from Mississauga to this place avoiding the highways is just awesome specially when you are at Lakeshore Rd in Oakville. Food was really good, we had CG special chicken and CG special vegetables with naans. Masala tea was also amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for some quite indian place where you will find more actual Canadians then Indians.
Best ever Indian restaurant in Oakville region. Their butter chicken is really delicious, chicken was so soft with a rich creamy sauce, I would recommend this place to everyone if you really wanna have Indian food taste.
I don't understand how an Indian restaurant could have such flavorless bland food. Chilli chicken was terrible. I got some sting from the spice and nothing else. Chicken was tough. Not good.
This is a best Indian restaurant and the service was fast as well all employees are very professional. I visited this restaurant with my friends and we all like the food and the quantity was pretty good.
It's been six months since I moved to Canada, and after trying so much, craving for Indian food, found this gem. Till now, best. The curry was excellent. Felt like home️
Best vegetarian restaurant in Oakville. Hands down for garlic naan. We had mixed grill, paneer tikka and palak lamb. We ended the with chai and we enjoyed alot ️
