2022 July 3
A good amount of green space, a small play area with a slide, swings and a see saw. A splash pad nearby.
Most people come here to just relax, picnic and really enjoy the weather. The trails are nice and are part of a larger path.

Pros: public washrooms
Limited Paid parking on nearby side streets.

Favorite park. Really has a LEGIT park vibe, quiet, calm, and in a beautiful neighborhood. I prepare my lunches and eat them there almost everyday after the gym!

Best park in downtown. Beware of black bird red wings, she attacks a lot. But otherwise pretty chill park

Awesome park with plenty of playground equipment for kids. Available splash pad for hot summer days with nearby accessible public washrooms for changing and potty breaks. Lots of paved trails for biking and green space to let dogs run. Highly recommend!

The landscape design is thoughtful and calming. There’s something for everyone: kids playground, dog owners, solo walkers, couples, and groups. The mini park connects to the DVP trial and lakeshore trail east and west making it easy for bikers and runners. I only wish it were 10 times bigger. Public washrooms available.

Nice park in the city. Good to live near it with a little kid when everything else was closed because of the pandemic.

Is a nice corner to go to with kids or with friends, enjoy a nice walk with coffee shops near to it. There are some street art exhibitions near to it.

The pros to this park is that it has lots of green space to have a picnic or to relax. There are benches and picnic tables available. There is a nice small swirl of a trail as well. The splash pad is decent but what sells is the view. You can see the CN tower and the city from the splash pad. My 3 year old had an absolutely amazing time!
The park is pretty nice too with swings, slides and see-saws. It is close to distillery district by walk.

The cons is definitely the parking. The outdoor street parking AND indoor parking fill up so fast! We spent over 15-20 minutes looking for parking. I’m not a fan of the metal slides in the playground. We went on a hot July afternoon and I had to say no to my son who wanted to go on the slide so badly.

A very undiscovered place to shoot engagement or portrait photos! When the grass is grown in on the outside of the area (near the highway), it provides that "long grassy field" look.

I really love this little park. Between all condos and the Go train yard, this place feels like an escape to nature. The connection to Martin Goodman and Lower Don River trail are a bonus.

Went there with kido on a warm sunny day i. September.
The playground is small but the toys are interesting, they blend with the nature and allow kids to transition easily independently from one to another.
There's also trails to walk, run, bike, or skate.
There are washrooms.
Not too many picnic tables but lots of green area (clean) to spread a picnic on the ground.
Parking (street) is available but limited.

This park has many good areas to picnic with friends or family. Big off leash dog area and connects to great bike/walking path.

Our granddaughter enjoys coming to this park for the green space, the swings, and the splash pad. The Toronto gardeners are friendly and show children some if the flowers, plants, and interesting things, like worms.
14 June 2021 11:31
Every time I go back the place is bustling more. Great place to grab some food, play basketball, skateboard or look for frogs.
21 May 2021 5:31
A great park for families in the area. Far enough away from the noise of the city but a hop, skip and a jump away from anything and everything

Great park and outdoor space! Perfect for families, bikers, or anyone who generally likes to be outdoors. A short walk from some decent food options as well. Great for picnics if that's your thing.

Love this park! Has a great rope wall, a huge slide and nice swing set. Spacious and modern with a beautiful view of the CN Tower.
13 March 2020 13:41
A unique park with lots of naturalized areas and vegetation. In addition to help with stormwater for the Don River, it is a great park for kids and adults.

I have been to Corktown Commons many times and it never disappoints. Great place for a picnic or just to take a walk. Great place for anyone as there is an amazing playground and splash pad for kids as well a beautiful pond for nature lovers. I really recommend going in early spring when the frogs and toads are breeding and in the summer when all the plants are beautiful and blooming.

A great urban park, as the city grows more and more parks like this is filling the gap and providing green space for young new families. Its perfect location situated among the new condos and just steps from the Distillery District is a gem.
19 December 2019 13:29
Great downtown park with built in flood mitigation. Dog loves it, I love the naturalized plantings.
14 November 2019 18:07
Its got several zones for variety though some seem quirky. Water pools nice to look at tough likely harbour bugs, which we need put a bit off for long sits
13 November 2019 6:58
Great place for running and a good place for kids. I just think it could be a little bigger, but is good to have a piece of nature in the middle of the city!
08 November 2019 8:16
I can't believe how amazing this park is from an environmental perspective. Now that it's had a few years to grow in it's become an ecological oasis in the city. One of the best parks in the city design wise. Worth checking out if your love urban design and landscape architecture.
07 November 2019 16:47
Good name. Not from Toronto so can only assume there was once a cork factory here. Now it's a collection of parks and condos. Nice if you're 30 something and own a dog.
04 November 2019 15:22
Excellent spot for nice outdoor picnic with your lover or bringing your dog for a walk and other dog interaction. Big kid park that other parents have parties or meet up with other families and children
02 November 2019 3:06
Nice quiet place to read when no kids are there on the hill:) or great for kids on the flip side (there are also washrooms)
23 October 2019 14:56
Great little escape from the concrete jungle. Awesome place to bring young children as it has a, play area with water fountains to play in. Some trails and little hideaways, lots of flowers, honey bees and butterflies.
18 October 2019 7:42
One of my favorite parks in Toronto. Terrific use of a relatively small space, makes it feel larger. Lots of nooks and crannies to hang! Great place to bring kids, so leave your cans at home unless it's after dark!
07 October 2019 7:36
Hands down the best park in Toronto. Surprising diversity of animals, incredibly well maintained land, and sidewalks. Gorgeous greenery. A must-see, the best of Toronto.
24 September 2019 15:03
Loved it! Great experience for kids and adults. Wonderful naturalized area, unique splash pad, super fun slides for the kids plus a playground, nice eating area and toilets.
15 September 2019 20:10
Very large and we'll maintained splash pad with gorgeous trails leading throughout the park. Public place washroom, covered areas to keep you dry and cool, and lots of activities throughout!
24 August 2019 7:50
Has bathrooms. Nice, clean, well maintained. Kid friendly but also great for runners. Wish it was bigger is all.
19 August 2019 23:32
Very clean. Splash pad great, but very hot on the ground in some areas. Kids need shoes.
Lots of areas for shade.
19 August 2019 10:46
Very nice place. Great for walking, picnic, biking, and lots of fun for the kids including water games
19 August 2019 10:29
Wonderful oasis from the city life. Open green space, splash pad, playground. Love visiting this park.
12 August 2019 9:21
Very nice park, not crowded like trinity Bellwood’s but still has a great view of the cn tower and downtown core.

There are ample space for picnics, casual sports and just hanging out.

There are parking spots nearby and close to the streetcar lines.
09 August 2019 16:07
A gorgeous well designed parkette with a focus on native plants, really peaceful and well thought out.
04 August 2019 20:17
A beautiful little park amongst an industrial and residential area. Once a brownfield, the ponds and marshes and winding trails make this place a nice little retreat from city life. Its not that big of a park, but it's also not a parkette. I would love to come here again
01 August 2019 18:29
Nice park for the area. A splash pad is active during the summer months. As the trees grow and mature it will become an even better park to enjoy.
24 July 2019 13:27
Beautiful park. Lots of shade, lots of grassy areas. Wonderful place to bring your dogs or children. The playground is very unique and fun.
18 July 2019 5:44
This playground was a really great one. The different areas and levels made for great exploring for the little ones. But a couple concerns as a parent: the sightlines aren't great and there are lots of rocks for climbing but some steep drops if they aren't so coordinated yet. There is a classic see saw, swings, a climbing net, and two slides built into the hill. There's also a section that is just some rolling hills for kids to explore themselves.
In addition to the playground there's a great marsh area to explore, picnic space, and washrooms. You are also a very short walk to some nice restaurants.

Lovely bit of reclaimed marsh. Everything is a bit modernized and fitting refuge for small birds. Small considering there is a small incline field between here and the train tracks on the Don.
