One of my fav spots to stop by whenever I am in the area. The food is delicious, healthy and affordable. Super friendly owners. Close by the water front, which is a great perk.

The food and service was great. It is more of a take out place. It has a few bar stools with a table across the wall though so we sit and eat there. I have there twice and as I am a vegetarian, I took the vegan bunme. They added mayo for me when I requested that so they are open to customizations to keep the clients happy. My hubby eats non veg and he ate spicy chicken bunme and he said it was good as well.

Don't let this tiny place fool you - killer food and their star is the Bahn Mi. Cheaper than subway and better in every way.

We tried this restaurant based on the great reviews, and has become a must if we are in the area. All the sandwiches we have tried are delicious (pork belly, bulgogi, smoked meat), but our favourite is the Sate beef banh mi with extra mayo. The owner puts alot of care into packaging the sandwiches, and is always welcoming.

Fresh delicious hot sandwiches…we love the Montreal smoked meat, corned beef and bahn mi sandwiches. Call ahead and always ready!

Without a doubt the best banh mi I've ever had, just the right amount of spice with amazingly fresh bread.

The smoke meat is a must get: super fresh, flavourful, meat is juicy and not fatty or dry.

All the banh mi: they make it freshly baked, not cheap on ingredients, really well seasoned meat on the banh mi. Can't go wrong with any of the banh mi but the sate is probably the best.

Best Banh Mi sandwiches out there, how do they do it, I do not know, but it's definitely one of Burlington's hidden gems. Haven't tried their actual corn beef sandwich but I'm gonna order it next time. So f word good I came to write a review to show how appreciative I am, and I'm mildly selfish.

Absolutely incredible food and service! 100% will be back again. The grilled chicken sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life. Poutine, nice and fresh. Staff very welcoming and friendly. 5 stars!

I ordered the classic Banh mi sandwich, and I have to say that it was the best banh mi sandwich I've ever had. The French loaf was very fresh, the meat inside was high quality. I didn't get as much of the pickled veggie flavour which I have come to expect, but this was very different. Give them a try. I ordered mild. I can handle heat, but the mild was plenty spicy for those with sensitive palates. Thanks! Your sandwich really hit the spot on a super snowy day!

Bread was nice but the Montreal smoke meat was unbearable, not sure what spices and smoking process they use but weird taste, just order brisket from Lester's in Montreal!

Hidden gem in Burlington. Awesome that they bake their own bread for the sandwiches. Our classic banh mi was delicious especially with the fresh french baguette that has a crispy crust and soft crumb. The meats were juicy and flavourful. The condiments were fresh and added nice balance to the sandwich. One of the best banh mi I've ever had in the GTA. Our young kids really enjoyed the corn beef sandwiches (freshly baked bread too) and crispy fries. Will definitely visit again.

Love this place! Large portions, great prices and I never bought something from this place that I didn't really enjoy. A local family run business that is a must try!

I can't believe how consistently delicious the vegan Banh Mi sandwich has been over the past two years.

I had the chicken sandwich with medium hot sauce. The sandwich was so good that I went back two days later for another one of the same and it was just as good as the first. It's a new favorite place for a lunch sandwich but they need time to make it fresh to order. So don't be in a hurry and go with the flow.

One of the best banh mi's I've ever had in this area. Everything was perfectly balanced, when you take a bite, it's like an explosion of goodness and wholesomeness. Added with the friendly service, It was just fantastic. Will definitely be back to experience it all over

Best Bhan Mi I have ever had. When you walk in, you are greeted with a wall of awards, and i can see why. Can't wait for my next party to cater from this place. Service is excellent and feels like you are at someone's home. This was my first time trying this amazing, unexpected gem!
