Corner Park Apartments

Lived here for a bit a year total with my partner. Mantinance requests are not followed up on, the main entrance and side entrances are constantly propped open and unsecured. The owners also do not seem to understand that in order to get rid of the cockroaches and other insects that literally live in the walls (the building has multiple gaps for their movement) you need to have tenants moved out so the entire place can be sprayed at once, doing things day by day and floor by floor only means the roaches move to avoid it, and then return a few days to a week later.

Building managment is also incredibly dismissive and disrespectful to anyone they choose to dislike unless you approach them with documentation and press to have things done or you'll be reporting them.
They don't provide proper notice for maintenance or routine apt checks and will not even take care of their washing machines
