Showed up with a party of 10, it was busy but they said they had room, after an hour of waiting asked a server if any server was assigned to us, asked again 30 mins later, then finally entire party left after having to order drinks at the bar and being unable to order food

The food is very bad. "my chicken sandwich" had a couple of pieces of chicken and bad taste

Just a really mediocre experience. The cocktails were awful, and the pizza was ok. The spring rolls tasted ok, but $15 for 3 (cut in half - 6 pieces) ? !

So, Saturday afternoon, busiest time in any downtown in any country in the world. No host to sit people down. Had to go find someone to sit us down after waiting 15 minutes on a small line up of people. Some decided to leave. No staff, no waitresses, not enough bartenders to serve the drink on a timely fashion manner. Waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. Where is management? Unacceptable, this is downtown. You are losing customers by the minute. Someone needs to step up.

The food and hospitality was just perfect, and we really appreciate the extra effort you put in to make our event so special. The food was delicious and they have so many tasty drinks. Great prices we found for the amount you get. Will definitely look forward to coming back for patio season.

This place gets a 5 cause it was part of a very fun and random summertime trip to Ottawa. One of the many places to people watch and chill in Byward Market. Food was ok, service seemed to get better when the venue became busier - evening dinner rush - seemed like their staff is ready for that.either that or cause my group kept the rounds of drinks going.lol

Wraparound patio style on Clarence street, with deck beside & behind the restaurant, a former Bagel & snacks bakery.
Service is quick and friendly, from greeter to helpful waitress who accommodated my request for cheese sandwich to go with Caesar salad.
Cornerstone bakes their own bread, a good way to diversify income. 4th star for a potential expansion of the baking side of the business.

Very nice place. I had a very nice dinner on the new year and I was really happy. Please guys visit this restaurant. Very nice music. Very nice food. Very nice service. Really I like it and I will go again and again and again

The service was fine the atmosphere was OK. I find the food and drinks are not worth it. I ordered the mojito it wasn't properly muddled to release the juice and fragrances of the ingredients. The ice was then added on top of the drink instead of mixed in which made the ice melt and my drink tasteless. The spinach dip was either pre packaged or made from a can of Campbell's soup, no strands of spinach and no flavor what so ever to the dip.the nachos were probably the only thing we got that was not totally disgusting and last but not least our steak was alright.the price for the food and drink is extremely high for the quality you receive, very disappointing.

So it’s was September 9, I took my friend out for her birthday for drinks then she pulled this broken glass out of her mojito drink. It was shocking cause she just finished her drink and I walked to the bartender and pour the drink in front of him and he noticed the broke glass right away then throw it away immediately, without apologizing. The supervisor was extremely helpful and the restaurant manager also help us in this nightmare.

Went there with friends and we all shared the Gyoza, and the margarita pizza. The problem zza is thin crust and oy about six slices but so delicious we ordered a second one! The sauce is delicious and you can never go wrong w fresh basil. Our server was amazing they were really fun and we had some good laughs. I'm definitely coming back to get their pizza again.

Food was good, service was ok. When it came time to pay the bill was handed to me at the same time as the machine and I didn't have a chance to have a good look. The tip was added to my bill, and without noticing I added another 18% tip on top. If I would have known the tip was included I likely would have tipped that amount anyway, we were a large group and the server was taking good care of us. I just think it's a bit scummy to not be upfront about it and rush the payment process. Had a good night, but then it ended on a sour note.

Worst nachos ever! Cheese quality was inferior no flavour not melted enough with the bland nacho chips over fried piled too much with toppings in middle vs spread out across all the nacho chips! I make better ones at home! Save yourself $18.00! Coke was flat too watered down with too much ice and not sweet enough! Boy oh boy Ottawa food experiences here are one bad after another! Missing Montreal for great good!
