I got a time everything would be done, it was on time and it was fixed just like they said it would be. Great results.

Please avoid this shop. I had my desktop OS loaded and was charge $480 plus tax, a job that other shop will charge for $50.00. I left my desktop as a souvenir for them rather than paying for $500 plus just for a simple job of loading an OS. What a greedy kind of people.

So you are calling all your disgruntled customer a liar. Instead of rectifying the problem and improve your services, you hit back by calling them a liar. The more reason why prospective customers should not come near your shop. If they do business with you, they will be shortchanged and later on, will be called a liar.

I don’t know who gave you the authority to call people a liar. I am a legitimate customer. I brought my desktop, just to have the operating system reinstalled, a job that other computer shop will normally charge $50.00, while you wait. I brought my desktop to your shop instead of other shop because of the proximity of your place. Without even touching my desktop, you charge me $50.00, I have the receipt with me, drawn from my Debit Card. You call it deposit, I should have backed out at that very moment but I am a trusting person and I treat everything overboard. That was a mistake, dealing with you.

Two weeks later you texted me that my desktop is ready for pickup and the charge is $480.00. I have the exchange of our test messages, if anyone wants to have it. After several exchange of messages, charges went down to $350, you call it a win win situation. My friend, I can buy a refurbished, working unit in Amazon for less than this amount. I am not giving you my money this way, I would rather give it to charity or more needing person than you. And that is why I left my desktop instead, lest I will bleed more amount.

Because of my first review, you texted me that you are pressing charges against me. What is wrong with warning people not to come to your shop or they will suffer the same fate as mine. I read in one of the past review here, someone said that if you want trouble, come to this shop. I believe I help others by warning them not to come to your shop, just like warning people of the ill effect of smoking.

I broke my phone and needed repair. Go to Cornerstone Computer. They provide fast service and they are very honest. Very happy?

You want issues come here. Garbage! Arrogant staff. Take advantage of people. Saying a phone isn't fixable yet I go not a block over and get it done for 45$ but sell a phone thats completely outdated for 500$ yeah up sale! When you go back because phones giving issues you're directed to a conversation about how you're protected. Yeah another lie. Shouldn't be selling garbage phones to people that don't know. Rude! My computer was very slow. And I was very upset about it. I didn't understand where the problem was. Before that, I went to another place and after a few days the same problem happened again. But this time I got good quality service from Cornerstone. It's already been three months, and my computer is working like new.

I got my HP laptop repaired from them for issues related to its Mother Board and charger and I must their service is exceptional and their customer service is very professional. Olu was really patient and clarified all my queries. I would certainly recommend their services for complete satisfaction.

Excellent store, I took company's printers, and they could fix them, I didn't have to invest in new printers, and we got a professional job and a fair price, a COVID-19 price hehe

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My usual phone repair guy was busy so I decided to take my phone to this place for a repair. First, it took way too long to get the phone fixed. Second, it is extremely expensive. I paid almost $400 for a phone repair. I could have bought a brand new phone! Third, it was never communicated how much the repair was going to cost before the phone was repaired. Fourth, a very unprofessional place. When I got the phone back, the guy lost my SIM card. He was offering me a random SIM card 'for free' but what am I going to do with a random SIM card? I had to order a new SIM card from my phone carrier and I was charged $10 for it. Also, my phone was missing the mesh from the speaker and screws at the bottom of the phone. And I I had to go back and get my case back from him because he forgot to give it back.
This was the worst experience of fixing a phone for me so far and I have fixed my phones a few times before.
I take no pleasure in leaving this review but this is my experience. I have not includeded any names or feelings, just the facts.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Cornerstone Computers for the first time and speak with Olu. I have sent computers here to be serviced before and it was done in good time and within budget. Olu is a hard worker and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to IT. I also did not know they sold all kinds of computer related products along side of their computer servicing. I highly recommend seeing Olu for any computer service needs or computer upgrade advice. He is a very nice to deal with and he will get exactly what you need for your business to succeed!

This guy was amazing - my computer was on its last leg - he transferred all my data to a new computer. When I got my new computer back it had 100s of pictures I thought I had lost from a previous transfer. He was professional, patient, and had answers to all my questions. Good to have a new "Go-To" for computer issues.

I am very grateful that Computer Tech has a location in my city. They are the most professional and considerate technicians I have done business with. Don kept me informed by phone about the progress of the Windows 10 installation and the computer hardware and software problems. It is worrisome that you have an issue with a MINOR, who was unhappy with your business services, and as business owner you find it very professional to involve their parent (s) and business name. I only hope that the response was made by another MINOR who does not know how to properly conduct themselves in a proper business manner.
It took some time to read your response to some of your negative review. It is sad that you deem it necessary to make racially charged remarks, with a side of bulling, when customer are unhappy with your services. When one opens a business and then opens themselves to be reviewed, the business is open to negative as well as positive remarks. As a business owner this is the cross we bear.
It is embarrassing that I come from the same continent as you. Embarrassed that this is the example you set for any minor that may look up to you. But judging by the poor spelling, grammar and punctuation throughout the response I am not surprised.

Cameron, your phone had been malfunctioning before you brought it to our store. However you requested for a battery change and we didn't have your battery as at then. Your mum being the hair dresser opposite our store (EJ ETHAN JA JAMES) hair stylist was the reason for ever taking the phone back to access after taking it elsewhere that same day. It is unfortunate that you and your mother exhibits such an ungreatful attitude by taking this route of exposing your family members by writing reviews all over. I personally attended to you and told you we don't have your phone battery but we can order for it provided you leave it with us till the next day but you took your phone away that same hour and your mum came some days later with attitude. How come your mum heard that the phone will be replaced when even Apple will never fall for such a bait. I didn't even charge you any amount for the troubleshooting procedures which showed that your phone problem was more than battery issue as you supposed. I told you technically speaking, original IPhone 8Plus will not be functionally epileptic because of battery failure, since it was released there has not been battery problem history unlike an iPhone 6,6s and probably 7. You went somewhere else and came back few days later with your mum alleging us for a damage on your phone. Please let's be fair and promote good works. We don't just replace but we repair and make our customers happy! Your phone can be fixed but you need to pay.

Took my computer in to get fixed, paid $20 for repairs upfront and took a week. When I got it back I got only the computer, no case or charger back. When I asked where it was he said 'I couldn't find it' and pressured me to leave. When I tried to use it, he had done absolutely nothing and it was exactly the same as when I handed it to him.

Olu fixed 2 printers and 3 computers from our company, really he was very fast with this. Even a printer had a piece broken, and he took out the same piece from his stock of used printers and was able to replace the piece, and he told me don't worry, that piece was no longer useful, I will gift you the piece, the truth we have very glad about your service and kindness.

Olu has years of experience and has help me with my computer and printer on numerous occasions. I love that he doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. He finds solutions at low cost. When ever I find an expert in their field who is knowledgeable and honest,

You do an absolute rubbish job at fixing anything that holds an electrical current. A mouse chewing a wire does more.

I'd been having trouble with my fairly new lazer jet printer. So when I discovered that Olu could repair this, I jumped at the chance. Olu's ability to diagnose and discern the dysfunction in my printer was very helpful and ultimately corrected the problem. A not so obvious update of my Windows system did the trick to connect my printer back to the laptop, and so my printer was finally talking back to my laptop?
Olu needs a cape and glasses so when he comes to the rescue for repairing our devices, he should be recognized as “SuperMan of IT solutions”

Edit：don’t make negative reviews on this unless you want to be harassed by the owner. And this owner looks really enjoying to judge people by their names or nationalities. I was told it costs $180 after I paid the $56 deposit, and he said this is the maximum amount it might be. And I didn’t refuse to make such ridiculous payment because I respect to you and the job is finished. I respect your great work and appropriate it. But there is no way this is a fair price while only the maintenance was done on the phone.

I recently brought an old computer into Olu that Apple had told me was irreparable. Olu worked on it for one week and I now have a laptop working well for half the price of what a new computer would have been. Thank you from me and thank you from the landfill:)

Cornerstone Computer saved the day on a computer printer issue I was having. Olu was very patient with me (not very tech savvy) he took the time to explain the problem and solution. As well he is always ready to give tips and tricks about updating software and more. After I was told by Lenovo along with Staples repair that my computer could not be serviced and I would need to purchase a new one, I found Cornerstone Computer Technologies.
My computer was repaired in a timely manner despite what the manufacturer said and even an SSD was put in to speed it up.
