Cornerstone Dentistry

My entire family goes to this office and we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. The staff is super friendly and accommodating with bookings. They’re also very kid friendly my 3 and 1 year old children love going to their checkups and cleanings.

First apt.todaywith Dr. Gangar to have a tooth extracted. He was so kind, listened to my concerns and respected my anxiety issues. The procedure was painless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Gangar to anyone requiring an extraction. All staff at Cornerstone are very professional and kind. Dr. Arwa is my regular dentist. Again I am extremely comfortable with her.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible service and unpleasant staff. The staff are really rude and one guy working there has no manners at all. I’ve been coming here for years and I have not received a single bit of tolerance from these people. I would never recommend you come here as there are far better options out there.

I like coming to this dentist they all seem very welcoming and make me always feel super comfortable!

WARNING PLEASE READ! This is a must read for anyone considering getting their wisdom teeth taken out here. I got mine taken out last October and it was a terrible experience. First of all the anaesthetic didn’t work on me at all and I could feel absolutely everything. They didn’t ask me if it was working and started going right away and out my mask over my face. I had tears running down my face the whole time but no one stopped. Finally after it was over I just wanted to go home. They gave me no instructions as to how to take care of the hole or anything. I ended up getting two infections and dry socket and having to come back in and pay more money for them to fix this problem. IT GETS WORSE! About 7 months later I go in for a normal tooth cleaning and the hygienist goes “your top wisdom teeth are starting to come in”. I legit just started shaking and asked what do you mean? Apparently they somehow forgot to take out my top wisdom teeth! After that terrible experience and eating mush for multiple months they “forgot” to take them out! And yes they charged me for all 4! It took me an additional 6 months to get my money back after countless phone calls and messaging back and fourth with them. They did absolutely nothing to say sorry or fix their mistake, they couldn’t even get my money back to me at a reasonable time. I’ve contemplated writing this review for a full year because I just wanted to forget about the whole experience but I really want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did with trusting them with taking out my wisdom teeth.

I've been coming here since I was a young child, and over the years I've seen 4 different Dentists here, and it was always a great experience for me!
Currently I see Dr. Arwa, and she is very thorough and does an all around great job of everything and Always makes me feel very comfortable and taken care of!
You can usually get an appointment pretty quickly!
They accept New Patients!
They offer a ton of different services.
Very beautiful office as well!

This dental office is by far the best in Brantford. I’ve gone to other dentist’s before and they always had to put me under a general anesthetic to remove any molars. Dr Gangar at Cornerstone, removed one of my back molars this morning with no need for GA! He really impressed me, gentle, kind and patient! A big shout out to his assistant and the front staff! You rock girls!

So, I've been to a lot of dentists, and I am comfortable in this office. Dr Arwa is extremely competent and knowledgeable. All of the staff is competent. One of my favourite places, even though it's "the dentist".

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years now, and have always had good experiences because of a caring and patient team of dentists and staff. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Dentistry for anyone looking for general dental care or specialized dental procedures. I can speak from personal experience regarding both!

Cornerstone Dentistry has done an excellent job with re-opening the practise as per guidelines amid Covid 19. I was impressed and pleased with everyone involved with my recent dental care. In no way minimizing the service and care of any team member, I would like to pass on my compliments to Dr. Ashra who was a dentist I had not previously seen. Her manner and expertise was excellent and very much appreciated.

I was very satisfied with the new patient examination and the quality of the staff who helped me during this time period, the Dr who performed the exam was excellent in explaining what I needed to have done.

Phoned the office to make an appointment was put on hold for 10min. I hung up and called back and was again put on hold. Maybe more desk help would solve the problem.

From when I walked in the door I found it was the Assistant Julie who made the experience welcoming- she was also reassuring. Dr. White made my filling experience the best possible.

Dr. So is fantastic. Had to have a couple teeth extracted and he did a terrific job. I had no pain during the procedure (with just a local), and barely any bruising or pain afterwards. He gave me a script for pain meds, but I haven't needed them. He was also kind and professional enough to take the time to explain everything to me. Thanks Dr. So!

Very professional. Walk you through everything that will happen during your visit. They will always consult with you about courses of action and you feel comfortable in their friendly environment.

I have been a patient at this office for many years. I had Dr. Dorian and was disappointed when he left. Then my hygienist Haley left. And everyone I was familiar with. I was treated differently and had intended to leave. But the last appointment was quite different. Dr. Vlad and my hygienist were much more congcongeniso I will remain.

Great customer service all around and creating rapport! Keep it up. I will definitely make this my home dentist office.

I switched dentist 2 years ago, it was the best decision! Cornerstone Dentistry is very friendly, flexible and welcoming! The hygienist I see is Kristen, she is very gentle and very kind!

I had Dr. Dorion before and now Dr. Vlad, with both I felt completely comfortable.
Currently i am getting dental implants, every appointment went great, dr. Vlad is so accurate at explaining every detail. He is doing such a great job! I appreciate it!

I have been going to this place since childhood and continue to have wonderful experiences here. The space is very clean and welcoming. The front desk service is amazing as they are always kind. The dental hygienists are always pleasant and Dr. Vlad is so nice and shows genuine concern for your dental health.

Ive been recommended this dentist office a few times now so I thought I would check it out. I am happy to say that my experience has been wonderful. I sat down with the treatment coordinator Kristy and she went over all of the treatments and concerns they had about my teeth. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Staff is very friendly, would highly recommend! A phone charging station would be a nice touch.

So far our service has been fantastic. Cleanings, exams, everything. Very friendly staff, they're great with our kids as well. Having an orthodontist visit in house as well as direct billing to benefits is very helpful.
