Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. Long waiting time and they dont follow by number they send in whoever they want to. I was sitting with my daughter 6 people came after me who does not have any appointment and they get to go in first i dont know why. They act like they are running hospital. Wasting my 1 star by giving them.

Terrible. The doctor doesn't let the patient talk, doesn't even look to your face and then abruptly leave. Will never go back there!

My experience with Dr Patel was amazing! Place was welcoming and friendly. Dr Patel went above and beyond to look into my problem with my finger. Highly highly recommend

This one star review is not for the clinic but for Dr. Sameh Ekladius. He is rude, arrogant and dismisses patient claims. My son had a blocked ear and after checking both ears and telling me there’s no concern, he told me that I needed to just reassure my son bc sometimes kids complain for no reason. Yes my son wants to give me a hard time by telling me his ear isn’t working properly. My son continued to cry and get upset the following day at which point I called the pharmacy next door and the pharmacist told me that this is something called Swimmers Ear and there are are over the counter antibiotic drops available. My son immediately felt better. This is not my first experience with Dr. Ekladius. Every time I see him walk into the room, I already know this appointment is going no where!

This place should not even be in business. Never experienced such rudeness from anyone let alone a doctor. Dr. Sameh elKladious first denied my sister in law to have her husband in with her (extremely suspicious and unethical). When we wanted to give him a chance and chat with him, he interrupted us mid sentence and said "if your not patients go talk to the front desk" and just walked out the room. This is with an empty clinic so he wasnt in a rush to see any other patients. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and just inhumane. And my sister in law's finger who he suspects is broken just told her to do an xray tomorrow and when she said she cant keep the finger unsupported, he completely ignored it and just gave her the xray referral.

This is completely unacceptable. This doctor should definitely not be practicing. Cant imagine how anyone would trust him with their health.

I not even prefer to give 1 star to this clinic they are miserable and front desk staff and receptionist are so rude, unprofessional behaviour and biased.
Please don’t visit this clinic.

Receptions are stupid and dont want to help even if your in pain, go to another urgent care

Went down the street to the urgent care by downtown brampton and they accepted my health card perfectly fine, this medical centre just does not care about its patients at all.they dont care if your in severe pain or anything.save your own time and go to the urgent care in william osler by downtown brampton.

The lady who does blood work is so rude and started yelling at me for sanitizing the chair I was about to sit down. She has the sanitizer bottle right next to her and claiming she’s allergic. You mean to say she doesn’t sanitize her hands the whole day? Ewwwwww never go do blood work there.

Was a walk-in patient.checked in.staff was normal with no drama, as others have complained. Dr Jalayer saw me and he was great with a good attitude.if you want to get checked, just walk-in and you'll be usually out within 1.5 hours.

Dr. Amar patel was so caring and did a fantastic job, he examined me so well and invested too much of time on me until he get satisfied. I am very much satisfied with my visit.

The front staff is so rude. As soon as you reach the counter, there is no hi or greeting, she rudely asked for health card. After waiting for 2 hpurs, When you go there and ask for wait time, the attitude they show is out of control. They favor their friends to skip the queue. They have no idea about good customer service.
One day, this clinic will sink because of bad CS.
The doctors are ok though.
Avoid this place if you can.

HORRIBLE clinic. LIAR’s. Why even keep a phone around if you’re not going to answer it EVER. Same excuse every time - “Oh we were dealing with a big line up of walk-in patients”. No, you were not, but instead you were too busy cracking jokes with your colleague who’s also useless. Do your job that you guys signed up for, that you’re getting paid for. I’m surprised that despite this many people complaining about their staff, why is the management still not looking into this matter.

Dr Howaida youssef is one the most professional doctors, she prescribe the best medicine and I like the way she handles and console the patient, her calm and composed behavior gives confidence and takes away half of the problem and also I like the line of treatment she provides.

Dr. Peter Stevenovski is the best Physician at this clinic and now I have heard he is coming back. Overall I have a good experience.

Dr. Amar patel is a phenomenal doctor. The only doctor I trust in brampton. Kudos to you Dr. Patel!

If I had a choice I would give them zero stars, as this clinic is a fraud and they’re just charging OHIP. They need to be investigated and closed immediately.

Reception: The ladies at reception are rude, and have no empathy and don’t bother to even pick up phone calls or show compassion and care to sick patients. They sent my prescription to their pharmacy without even asking for permission. I personally didn’t want to have my prescription filled there.

Doctors: The doctor rushes to see you, doesn’t listen to the symptoms and subscribes medication that is unnecessarily not needed. I was given antibiotics, however, when I went to my family doctor, they told me I did not need antibiotics because I had a cold and not an infection to the chest.

The clinic is a fraud, and I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic.

The cornerstone medical pharmacy staff is not helpful and worst customer service and very rude. The lady at front desk keep yelling she is running late on Sunday evening after 6 and she agree to process the claim, but later she blamed it on insurance. She was very lazy and not doing proper job

Loss to them, same insurance worked at other pharmacy and now they lost business.

Awful walk in clinic with disrespectful front desk staff. They failed to check in into their system and made me hours longer than patients that came after me. When I asked them about long waiting time, they laughed talked amongst themselves in another language. They then told me that I have now just been checked in and will have to continue waiting. Will never be visiting here again.

Reception staff is rude and don’t care to pick up the phone I did call continually for three days and did hold for 25-30 minutes and after that automatic Cutt off the phone, seems like they are always on a break. Surprised they are getting away with this kind of awful and terrible customer service. Thay are all Indians. Straighten up your act cause you are no longer in India.

I have been waiting on the phone for over 20 min. The doctor told me his receptionist would call me- I told him I need my prescription should be faxed to the pharmacy I go to, so I called the doctors office and waited for over 20 min.don’t they disconnect the call.

Fraud! These guys are here just to make money, the doctor would not even listen to you properly that what is going on, she was just standing at the door, she even not heard me properly and just wrote down blood tests. These guys are not here to help you, they are here just to make money in all the possible ways by doing several blood work.

They dont answer your call. Answering phones is essential for a walk clinic but here theres nothing like that.

Worst clinic i ever visited in my life, the doctor won’t even hear you properly and they just write down some blood works.

Called Monday to Saturday, was on hold every time 15+ minutes. Line then drops. Not able to reach anyone to talk to.

I was told to call the office in a couple days after my appointment to get my test results I have called so many time and multiple different days I’ve been on hold for more then half an hour then suddenly the phone hung up and Then it went straight to voice mail after trying to get back on the line. This is highly unprofessional, and it is a very serious matter dealing with peoples health. If they don’t pick up the phone I will be forced to physically go there to get my test results, which is unacceptable.

The receptionist is so rude. I had an injury on my thumb and doctor told me that receptionist would fax the requisition to X-Ray lab. I went to the lab and was told that nothing was sent. I waited an hour at the lab and kept trying calling the clinic with my broken thumb but no one answered the call. I eventually had to go to clinic myself to pick up the requisition. I very politely told the front desk about my situation and explained how no one answered my call within the hour past hour. She snapped at me for no reason and told me “ You know we are not free”
On the contrary I was in the clinic for 30 mins and phone lines were not busy at all.
I think she needs to know that she is dealing with people who have issues with health and already on the verge of a breakdown.

I am writing this review after seeing the review for Pooja wrote by Hetal T. I visit this place often but I met a nurse named Pooja I remember her name because I asked her and I believe she is a nurse and honestly she provided exceptional service. I remember she was so nice she did my dressing and hold my finger and pressed it until the bleeding stopped and she did it so well and taught me about how to take care of the wound. I was so scared and she’s amazing and made everything easy. There might be another pooja, but the Nurse pooja is great. If you reading this review thank you and hats off to you for being so kind.

There is no zero star option as thats what this place deserves. Very unprofessional, I had a consultation with Dr. Sameh Ekladious. He did not listen to my concern and rushed me off and i was in so much pain but Dr. Samee Ekladius he is in hurry, doesn't have time to listen to the patient completely and properly. And ask me to take the pain killers.

And then at pharmacy i waited 25 mins for perscription. Unreal. Take your perscription and go somewhere else if u don’t wanna waste your time.

I strongly recommend to avoid this place and just go to a different clinic, they will just waste your time and will not take your health and pain seriously.

Worst clinic, worst staff, no one answers the phone EVER. My requisition has been sitting with them for 1.5 months and they have been unable to do the simple task of faxing it over to the hospital even though I’ve called 3 times and showed up in person for it. Would rather lay in bed unable to breathe than see anyone from this clinic again.

This place has recently become extremely frustrating.
- They strongly advise calling in for phone consultations with a doc
- If you're lucky enough to actually get through the phone, you're on hold for unreasonable amounts of time. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes many times. Funny cause when I walked in it wasn't busy at all nor were the phones being used. Do they just put you on hold and hope you hang up?
- anyways, they usually give a 6 hour window of when the doc will call. Better not miss the call cause you gotta start the process all over again.

About a month ago I had a bad flu. I had tested negative for COVID, but was told I could not enter the Clinic in person. So, since I was desperate to resolve some breathing issues I booked a phone consultation with on of the doctors. No one ever called. I tried to call the front desk itself for days and was immediately sent to Caller Unavailable every time. Horrible service at a time like this.

Edit: In the past Dr. Stevanoski (not sure how its spelled) has been wonderful. If you do need to go here make sure you get to see him.

Not a good service. We had a blood test appointment at 9 am and they called at 10: 40 am. They were not calling people in order which is absolutely ridiculous. Shouldn’t be running this place at Indian standard time. 9: 00 am shouldn’t mean 10: 40 am. You need to Lean this process.

Worst clinic.my son is fours years old.he has his COVID-19 report negative still they refused to see my son. These type of medical professional should be banned from giving their services who don’t know the difference between flu and covid-19.

They purposely hang up the phone and I know this because I made sure to go in person, there was only one patient. Her excuse was that it hangs up by itself. I asked why even put me on hold, she said it was busy. No way in hell it was that busy 10 mins prior to me showing up. They’re under new management it seems, their business plummeted that’s for sure. Perfect example of a zero star business.

Dr. Amar patel is pure soul and real meaning of a Docter.he is best docter in this clinic.before i was seeing another docter during my pregnancy and was not satisfied.but dr pate is so calm and ask alot questions about your medical condition and his consultation is totally satisfactory.i highly recommend DR PAtel.

The receptionist pooja over there are the worst it's been 3 days I m been waiting for my results and can't have medicine without the results I literally called 3 times and was put on long wait on the phone and then someone on purposely disconnects the phone so the receptionist don't have to deal with the patients.ultimately some one picked up the call and I spoke to her abt the results and she is like it's still not in I requested if she could call the lab to find out when they will b in and at 12.50pm says I can not call as the lab closes at 1 pm so call on Monday - how unprofessional and inconsiderate I was like u still have 10 mins pls call or give me the lab number so I can call and get medications and stop suffering and she hung up on me - really dont understand why hire ppl who don't even have medical field want to work and knw the importance of working gor a medical clinic - and how it effects the patients who are sick n suffering

1 star is also too much for them. Please avoid this clinic while there are lot of other available. Even Govt. Should take care of malpractices and money haunching techniques that such clinics follow by making their own rules. It is tax payers hard earned money that. They make you talk to doctors even when you don't need it just to extract money from ohip or yourself.

Dr Amar Patel is an AMAZING physician. He is a very knowledgeable, skilled, competent, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes great precaution and consideration for any underlying condition you may have. He correctly diagnosed my injury acquired illness with a proper treatment plan and followed up with me to make sure I was ok. This doctor goes far and beyond.
He has a fantastic personality, and will take his time with you if needed, even with a full waiting room. I wish there were more doctors like him.
Thank you Dr Patel for taking care of me. You are the beating heart of this clinic. I can't say enough about this wonderful gifted physician.

The staff is not professional. They don’t care about helping people. The doctors are careless too. They turn away patients and act arrogant. Not a good clinic. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Worst service from front desk girls. They even don’t know how to talk or treat someone. Last week I was just waiting for my turn sitting in front of them, if a call comes up they just pick say good evening hold please then just hang up. They did the same thing 2-3 times.

Booked an online appt, showed up 5 min before, after I checked in I got a text message saying my appt changed to almost an hour later? Huh. No body says anything on check in. Yet send me a text message while I'm sitting there. Then waited another 30 min just to get into a room after the newly discovered appt time. Very unorganized. Disappointing seeing as you book it an its listed as a 5 to 10 min appt. Yet you end up waiting 1.5 tp 2 hours over the time. Complete joke.

The doctors are amazing but the stuff sitting at the front unprofessional, call them they will answer the phone and hang up the phone on you, specifically nowadays and if you booked online they changed your appointment without even conforming to what time, and when u go walk in the just sit there doing nothing watching the system, like hello people are dying and you guys are just sitting and talking in Panjabi doing nothing.

The staff and Dr. Patel were helpful and understanding during my visit. The staff were professional and Dr. Patel didn't rush and listened to my health concerns and is a thorough doctor. Based on my experience I will go back to this clinic.

Had a phone consultation with him. 5 seconds into me describing what I had been experiencing, he cuts me off, asks a couple of questions to make sure I wasn't dying on the spot, says I can pick up some general medicine from his pharmacy and if it continues, to call the clinic again. Near the end of the call, I tried again to explain to him exactly what triggers my situation, the duration and what I had been experiencing.cuts me off again, repeats that I try the medicine and LITERALLY hangs up on me.

First of all. I am NOT trusting a medicine you prescribe to me WITHOUT even listening to me. He clearly just wanted to get through as many phone calls and appointments for the day to keep his billables up. Secondly.have some empathy for God's sake. Nobody wants to be in a place where they have to seek medical attention- no one is having fun calling you. So learn to treat people with respect.

Absolutely atrocious.

If I can give 0 rating. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They will tell you one thing over the phone and when you go to the clinic they would say totally different. The doctors never update your file, so if doc asked you to get your blood work done, there’s no record of it. Total wastage of time.

They don’t take electronic payments and there is no display of this anywhere to inform. Which kind of clinic takes CASH ONLY?
They DON’T EMAIL you any forms and you have to go everytime to walk-in.
They don’t inform you if there is going to be a price for any form.
The DOCTOR was the WORST, I had a leg injury and they asked me to do telephone appointments instead of in person becuase of Covid, the doctor literally didn’t remember anything that we talked about on the phone. She denied that I told her about the pain. This is the worst. Everytime she called me she asked me questions like the first time and didn’t remember any of the previous conversations. It is not my job to remind her about everything everytime. They don’t put notes about the phone conversation and then there is nothing on record on my file. Talks something on the phone and the form says something else.
Very unorganized clinic, they give out wrong information about when a particular doctor is available in the clinic.
I REGRET coming to this clinic.

Had Dr. Amar Patel for a walk-in doctor, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and he did not rush me out like most doctors do. He went above and beyond to help me.

I did have to wait 40mins longer than my booked walk-in appointment time but the receptionists were very nice so I gave 5 stars anyways.

As a nurse myself with experience working in a clinic, this place misinform their patients

I came in 2 days ago explaining I need a TB Test for work which is 72 hours time sensitive from date of test to reading. I have explained to the nurse that I working all hours of the day and work almost every day so it's important that I'm able to get a reading after work (8pm). I asked if that was ok because otherwise I would not have done the TB Test on Wednesday. So I get in and they refused me because they stopped taking in patients at 7pm. Told me to come in the morning for the reading which I'm not able to because again, I work. They wouldnt even give me a refund on a cash payment for the TB test because they refused to do the reading.
They decided to blamed the staff that worked on Wednesday instead of accommodating a paying patient.

As a clinic lead myself, cornerstone clinic manager definitely needs to give their staff orientation and get everyone on the same page. Patient, doctors, and even their staff, times are waisted. Work efficiently by getting everyone on the same page PLEASE. I deal enough with covid patients. Getting a simple TB reading should have only taken 2 seconds.

Based on previous reviews this clinic has been awful to people.

I hope you guys reevaluate the staff directions and your intentions in patient care.

Dr. Patel is one of the Most Professional, Kind, Caring and Very thorough doctor. Have been to this clinic many times, but Dr. Patel and Peter are the gems. Love their attention to detail and they genuinely care for their patients.
I don't understand why people are complaining about Longer wait times- Guys you're here to see a Doctor, this is not a Drive-Thru or Uber Eats. You don't want Doctors to Ignore your Health and Expedite to see other patients. Plus this is the only WalkIn clinic thats Open for Late and Most times of the year. Reapect that!

Dr. Patel was extremely helpful and is a knowledgeable doctor that deserves 5 stars.

This clinic however does not. I booked an appointment online to apparently "save time" Ended up waiting more than 1.5 hours after my booked appointment to see the doctor. Front desk staff unorganized, they even let it patients that came after me in first then when I asked her what was going on she said she will send me next. The front staff needs some training around communication skills.

Dr Amar Patel is an amazing Doctor, very helpful.

I like the team here always trying their best to help everyone doctors are good as well. Dr Peter is amazing and knowledgeable female doctor are really good too. To have the option of an over the phone appointment which is amazing the phone appointment are good as well I am very happy with this place.

The worst medical clinic I have ever been to and the worst service. Specially at the time of pandemic, no one picks up the calls, their voicemail is always full, you can’t leave a message either. Hours of wait even with the appointment.

Worst clinic ever! I woudn't recommend anyone going there. My son Fractured his toe. He is a Canadian citizen and his health card is expired. They wanted $60 upfront as consultation fee. I took out my debit card to pay- they said they take cash only. Specially during this COVID time whenever everyone is encouraging cashless transactions. The doctor then referred him to a facture clinic. I aksed the referral form to be emailed to me. They said they don't have email capability. Again i had to go in to pick up the referral form- when it should be contactless. There was no address, no name of the fracture clinic. I asked the ladies in the front as to where i should be going. They said for faster service just go to the Brampton Civic hospital. I called the hospital, and i was informed the doctor who referred my son is not even registred at the hospital and they cannot take my son.
If you want to go around in circles go to the clinic otherwise don't waste yoru time. Rude front desk ladies, worst customer service!

They are very good doctors and treat the patients very well. Dr. Diwan and Dr. Anand both are talking smoothly and listen the problem of the patient. I have booked the phone consultation with them and I am satisfied.

Okay where can I start. I love the doctors there. Some of the staff. The lab tech that was there jan 9th 2021. I guess she was new she didn't want to admit it. But I waited less then an hour to get blood work done, ok not bad for a weekend wait. But was wondering why 3 ppl waiting for blood work took 45 mins. Ok my turn for blood work. They called my name. And the the lady was searching for a my vein like shes never touched a person before. Poked the needle in and said oh sorry its not coming out. I'm like. Okay use my other arm. She said she will use a part closer to my wrist on the same hand. I'm like I'm 7 months preg. And got many blood tests done with no issue.she finds a vein by my wrist, went deep inside and said.sorry its. It working. I'm like what my bloods not moving. So I left with no blood work done for my OB to get for next week. Waste of time. She told me book for the following day with another tech. I'm like I'm not coming back here. BE AWARE!

One stop solution to all the worries - Dr. Amar Patel. He not only helped me cure physically which is his role as a doctor, his kind nature and connectivity with the patient, adds cherry on the cake. I highly recommend him and his amazing team who are working tirelessly to help their patients during the tough times of COVID -19. Kudos!

From my experience, Not good for BABY, I wont go again. Worst experience. I went there for my baby, DR. AJAY KHURAL is behaved really bad. He won't repeat the medication name. He didnt write the prescription, he just said. When we asked again, he doesn't want to repeat. I won't go again. The receptionists are talking rude. Overall this is the worst worst clinic i ever visited.

If I could give it 0, I would. I visited this walk In clinic a few times now and every time I have been there at minimum I have wasted 2-3 hour. The wait time is always insanely long, even if there were three patients ahead of me I ended up waiting for 2-3 hrs.
After waiting for 1 hour the Doctor (Ajay) arrived who was 40 minutes late and once he was in, he kept taking calls over phone. There are so many negative reviews for this clinic and no one is bothered, they don’t even try to improve or even try to be more organized in the way they operate. All they care about is swiping your health card.
There is no value for anyone’s time!

Call ahead! Only been here a couple of times and I do like one of the doctors. He was very patient with me. Don't come later in the day on the weekend if you can help it. Due to COVID, I think they only have a doctor in for a window of time during the day that can do walk-ins, so they have reduced hours some days even on the weekend. A phone appointment isn't ideal here either because of the thick accents. Sorry but if you're giving me important medical information, the call quality in addition to the accents makes it hard to discern the information. Probably not going back for more serious issues.

Worst experience they want you to wait forever and don't care about you being struggling. This Indian lady receptionist is so rude and don't have sense to talk especially with other people. Suggest not to waste your time here.

DON'T EVEN THINK OF GOING THERE, The worst ever, I called them yesterday around 8: 10 pm to book over phone appointment, the receptionist said the doctor will call you back in 30 min, I waited until 8: 50, no one called, I called back, she said he will call you right now, again didn't happen, I called them at 9: 10 they were already closed and VM was full.there is nothing less than 1 star to give them. The following day, no one bothered to call and apologize.trust me, don't go there.
