Dr. Lynn is amazing. As nervous as I get with filling etc.she always makes you feel comfortable and makes a breeze.

Great staff.
What seems like a great atmosphere for the people working there.
Full of very thoughtful helpful sweet people working to not only make patients healthier and more comfortable, but they also are very down to earth.
They kindly answer any questions and help with anything they can. Pretty much as good of an experience you can have when you need to get some dental work done.

Worst dental service. Ruined my teeth. I was better off before their service. Now it's been over a year that I've been suffering because of their awful dental work

I have been coming here for several years now and the service is always courteous, friendly and very professional. They understand if you are a little bit afraid and they look after you very well. Kudos to all the team especially Krista and Dr Lynn!

Worst dental clinic in Cornwall. Firstly the receptionists keep chattering among themselves too much. Secondly, the doctors there are bunch of scams who dont know what they are doing. The two male dentists there cracked my tooth while doing a simple filling. Lastly, they pay people to post fake reviews here. So beware of all the "5-star" reviews!

I had a dental emergency and I called and they said they could squeeze me in the same day. I walked in, gave my info and before I could sit down from returning the clipboard they had me in X-rays. As soon as that was over, I was brought into a room with the dentist waiting for me. Dr. Zahid was gentle and explained everything as he went and I was also given all of costs up front. I think the entire thing took 45 minutes and I was out the door. Looking forward to brining the rest of my family and hope it stay this efficient.

Not very accommodating they always give you a runaround about booking appointments using Covid as an excuse all the time that they’re short of staff, etc.etc.

Always a great experience, dr. Lynn and Jessica are so great with my 6 year old. Above and beyond service to make him feel at ease. They’re awesome!

Yesterday, I had great service at this clinic again. Hygienist Tanya was very thorough throughout my dental exam, and took the time to explain to me what she was doing, and why. In all, the staff are very good here. I'd like to wish Tanya and staff a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Not impressed. This dentist clinic has lost my business. First visit was about a filling that was sensitive. Was told by dentist #1 that it needed to be removed. On my 2nd visit dentist #2 tells me that the filling is fine and doesn't need to be removed, so that appointment was a complete waste of my time; luckily, they didn't charge me for the visit; how nice of them. On my 3rd visit, arrive at the dentist clinic, told that my appointment was cancelled and they left me a message on my phone at 8: 30am. I was in meetings all morning and couldn't check my phone. What I don't like here is the double standard; their staff will repeatedly call me to verbally confirm my attendance for an appointment, but for my time it's just a message on my phone and no verbal confirmation, so I literally wasted an afternoon for an appointment that wasn't happening. This clinic has lost my business; unprofessional.

Tammy did such a wonderful job and makes you feel very welcome! I never felt judged for not going to the dentist regularly. Definitely recommend thankyou

Best experience ever! Was always afraid of the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and when everything was done that needed to be done, I left with so much confidence, very nice and welcoming staff, very caring and gentle staff, I highly recommend this place!

As a person who suffers from CPTSD, I was completely relaxed and comfortable because the clinic made sure that I had sedation dentistry. The staff, assistants and dentist took amazing care of me and gave me an extremely positive experience! Thanks again for everything

Went in to have a filling redone as it was done many years ago and was degrading. The dentist and assistant were both very nice and the experience as a whole was quite good considering the reason for being there.

I have ALWAYS dealt with this dental clinic. I called last Monday to tell them that my filling had fallen out. They gave me an appointment for today. I arrived at the given time only to find out that there was no appointment and I could come in 2 weeks time. I have already gone almost 1 week with this issue. I am NOT pleased.

I'm not going to comment on the place itself. Instead, I want you to know that the ratings here need to be taken with a grain of salt.
There is a big poster in the waiting area advertising a 1 in 50 chance to win an IPad if you come here to leave a five-star review. This is undermining the rating system as people effectively get paid to leave a five-star review.

My children and I are routine customers. Love the service and got a fast appointment with an emergency. The hours are great for working families too!

Dont go unless you want second rate work that does not last and want to be treated like you dont know what you want for your mouth.

I've been a patient for four years. Until my visit yesterday.

I had an accident involving facial trauma and a broken crown. I called early in the afternoon on Friday, June 19th for an emergency appointment, and they couldn't get me in until Tuesday, June 23. Already wasn't pleased as a regular patient.

When I was seen, I was told they wouldn't do anything about the broken crown for a month. No temporary crown or anything. One of my top two front teeth! I feel disfigured, and the corners of the neighboring teeth are shredding my lips and causing ulcers. The dentist didn't even offer to smooth the rough edges off the broken crown; I had to ask if he could do that as he prepared to leave the exam room.

Additionally, the dental assistant who saw me wore her mask covering only her mouth, with her nose hanging out, the entire time I was there. Not excellent practice in a pandemic in one of the riskier professions for disease transmission.

I contacted Cornwall Dental Arts on the morning of June 24th, and they not only saw me, a new client, same day (within 3 hours!), but I also have an appointment within a week for a temporary crown.

Wonderful service. Clean office, professional and friendly staff. Always do great work. We're quick to fit me in which was much appreciated.

Great service altogether. Was able to squeeze an appointment in very fast for an emergency extraction. Staff is very friendly and professional. Wish I wasn't in so much pain when I went in because I didn't get the dentists or his assistants name, but they were amazing. Super funny and friendly they did an amazing job that gave me instant relief without trying to force other treatments (I have a really bad mouth) Will definitely be using them in the future as my regular dentist.

Great place been coming here for many years now I bring my own family, all staff are friendly, kind and always make you feal comfortable, especially children. My children were uneasy and now look forward to coming to the dentist, (that may be odd,) but its true. I love the cleanliness and they have relaxing waiting rooms. Really homey. We were traveling through when we realized that our son had forgotten his elastics. I called and immediately the ladies I dealt with went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had the right elastics to get us through our trip. Thank you!

I felt welcomed everyone was so nice Alesha was great very informative she walked me threw everything she was doing very kind and she knew a lot about being a higenist I asked for her to be our permanent higenist she was fantastic

The office is very tidy and well organized. The staff are very friendly, informative and professional. The dentist was funny, easy going and gentle. The overall experience was terrific and we'd be happy to refer new patients to this office.
