This dealer has offered poor service since day one. When I bought my truck in march of 2022 I had traded in my Silverado for it I had installed aftermarket parts on this truck rims tires and exhausts. The sales team did not want me to revert the truck to stock all while harassing me weeks after the sale via text email and calls in under an hour for me to give them the stock parts that they didn’t want. My second negative experience came when the rack and pinion went in my truck and I was out of a vehicle for a week and not offered a curtsy car leaving it on me to find my own way too and from work over a half hour away my third negative experience was there was transmission sensor issue my truck was at 63000km 3000 out of basic warranty and a transmission sensor went costing my me 1100 and leaving me with out my truck for over a week and a half. Then finally my last negative experience was I was sold an 8 oil change package with my truck and there was always a wait time to have them do it so I payed to have it done elsewhere not knowing that id lose my free ones for having done that. I will never buy a Nissan product again in my life this dealer has made me lose faith completely in the product

My experience purchasing a new vehicle from Cornwall Nissan was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I purchased a brand new vehicle a year ago and after a couple of months with the vehicle, I noticed a defect in the colour of paint in one section of my car. Initially the car was brought into the dealership and we were told it could be “buffed out”. When the dealership buffed the spot they damaged the black plastic trim, making the issue worse. The defect in the paint had not been fixed what so ever.

After 7 months of chasing the dealership with no real answers, they finally, this past week requested the vehicle immediately with no notice. This was no problem at all, but I did want to know where the car was being taken for the body work. This phone call was very short but ended with service manager not hanging up the phone properly and calling me a “b*tch”.

An email was sent to the owner as well as the general manager explaining the frustration of the issue as well as how poorly I have been spoken to. No answer from the owner of Cornwall Nissan, and many poor excuses from the general manager as to why his service manager spoke to me the way he did. The general manager went on to blame me and my schedule as to why this paint issue hasn’t been dealt with for months, after we have left numerous messages asking the paint work to be done any time.

Considering this was my first car and second purchase from them in our house hold, I am really disappointed in this entire experience and the lack of customer service Cornwall Nissan has to offer. The staff is nothing but rude and treated me as an inconvenience. I will never purchase a vehicle from Cornwall Nissan again.

My wife and I left Montreal and were on our way to Florida in our Murano when bad luck struck and the tire pressure warning light came on. Luckily this happened in the Cornwall area so we pulled into Cornwall Nissan where we were met with both professionalism and courtesy. Michael Cadney and the team made us feel like family. They were quick to repair the tire and we were back on the road in no time. But the story doesn't end there. A few days later, Michael calls me on my cell phone while we were vacationing in Florida to ask me if we had arrived OK. When it comes to customer service, these guys go above and beyond. Without a doubt, I would whole heartedly recommend Cornwall Nissan.

I can not recommend Cornwall Nissan enough! Their staff - Spencer, Sue, and Zawar, in particular - went above and beyond to make sure that I drove away in the vehicle I wanted. The casual, no pressure atmosphere was fantastic. They listened and understood what I was looking for and answered any questions I had. Sue explained all of the financing options and warranties to me in a way that made sense and Zawar made the pick-up process smooth by explaining all of the features on my new vehicle.

I'd like to give a HUGE shoutout to the Service Center team.
On a recent trip from ON back home to NB, had an issue with my Murano.
Pulled into dealership and was accommodated right away by a great Service Advisor.
Took the time to hear me out with problem & he dealt with it right away with the mechanic.
Within 30 mins I was back on the road, with confidence in my 900km drive home.
Thanks again so very much for the help & 1st class service you provided me with!

Très belle expérience! Service au delà de mes attentes. Sue a été un atout important pour l’achat de ma première voiture électrique, celle de traduire en français l’information reçue et demandée. Accompagnée de Sawar qui a bien su démontrer ses connaissances sur le modèle Ariya. Ça me donne confiance pour le service après vente.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. The salesman say one thing and the finance and service always contradcit eachother plus they are always condescending and dismissive to my wife. Would highly recommend dealing with a different dealership.

Came for used cars twice! Was never disappointed and their options on used car guarantees were amazing! They were very accommodating and they fixed us up good for the car exchange. Total units. 6/5 stars

My husband made an online appointment to have new summer tires installed on our SUV.
Earlier in the week my husband took the time to go onto their web site. Picked the tires he was interested in. Picked a date and time to have them installed.
My husband calls to confirm the appointment and to his surprise no one was aware of the appointment, nor were they aware that clients had the option to book a time and date for an appointment.
My husband while on the phone with the employee showed him how the process worked.
The employee asked my husband to send him the confirmation letter he received via email and that he would get back to him.
That was early afternoon, and it is now 18: 15 and we have still not heard back from them.
