Just called to ask about getting my cat in for an appointment (Nov 23th 2023) and the secretary was so flucking rude. I'll never try to go to this place again

Their website wasn’t up-to-date. I made an appointment for Thursday and they had changed the hours and were closed but they never confirmed or informed me that they were closed. Wasted my time going there.

The kindest, most compassionate and lovely Dr and staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always so accommodating and fairly priced. Just great! Thank you!

Absolutely love the service at this vet! Prices are fair and staff is amazing. They are always happy to answer any questions we have and treat our pup very kindly.

Always a great experience here - the staff members are super friendly and they always do their best to get you in as quickly as possible.
I sent in an appointment request form on their website for a potential emergency, they were closed, but they still texted me within 30 minutes to figure out a solution.
I appreciate their genuine care sooo much and would definitely recommend to others.

We had our first appointment for our pom pup check up plus shots and deworming, i called like 4 vet, the prices was higher much higher, we paid here more less.
Doctor was super nice, our pup got a small gift as well. I totally recommend this vet clinic.
Next appointment in a month for second booster shots.

Hands down the kindest vet and staff I have ever delt with. The care and follow up exceeds expectations everytime. This Vet is in it for the animals not the profits. Dr Dan thank you for being one of the great ones!

Caring staff and doctor.
Quick to respond one night when we had to use the emergency after hours line (dog was having a seizure with brain swelling and probably wouldn't have made it through the night if we didn't get treatment right away, but they met us within 20 minutes)

No experience at all. Cornwall definitely needs an Avion vets.not a vet that advertises and then when you call them they say go to Ottawa
