Had an implant done. My second. The first by a different Dr.was quite an ordeal and very painful. My second, with Dr. Weitz was totally different. The procedure was fast (35 min. In my case) was able to drive myself home. Minimal swelling and pain. A pulled tooth has hurt more.

Dr Ciavarro did a bone graft for me and I have to say he was the friendliest most enthusiastic doctor I’ve ever met in my life. He took the time to get to know me and to explain the procedure in great detail.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out at Coronation Dental & it was an amazing experience for me. Coming from someone who was very close to cancelling the appointment due to the fear of the procedure, all the nurses, Dr. Furst & Dr. Shehata put my mind at ease. They were incredible. They answered all my questions and were personable, knowledgeable, positive and comforting during the entire process. I highly recommend Coronations for wisdom teeth extractions. I honestly had little to no pain and barely any swelling - very impressed and glad that I did not cancel my surgery. Anyone who is worried, trust me you are in very good and caring hands!

Dr. Leslie Diamond extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He was overconfident before the surgery and yet I ended up having reoccuring infections for more than a month because he did not clean the area properly when stitching it back up. Was on antibiotics for a month or more until they realized the infection was because the surgery wasn't done properly. One star only for Dr. Furst helping me in pain! Would not recommend anyone to Dr. Diamond.

Surgeon was a smiling professional and gave attention to details. The front best staff services were robust.

From the receptionists, to the nurses to the doctors, the care I received was nothing short of amazing. I was very nervous about my gum surgery and the team was very patient, supportive and kind.

Dr. Ciavarro is one of the best doctors I’ve ever met! He is knowledgeable at his job and a very down to earth person. Glad to had him for my major dental surgery.

What an outstanding team!
When I went to see Dr Ciavarro, for reconstruction bone grafting, and dental implants I was terrified to say the least. Thankfully Dr. Ciavarro, the staff and the nurses were amazing and checked on me many times to ensure I was fine and comfortable. During the consultation, Dr Ciavarro took the time to explain the details of the plan and outlined the benefits and risks of the procedures; throughout the entire process, from consultation to post-surgery, he was very caring, compassionate, respectful and professional and made me feel so much calmer. It was also quite comforting to know that when I had questions I could email or call the office for clarification and never felt like I was bothering them.
Dr Ciavarro is an outstanding oral surgeon! The day of the surgery was so smooth; my surgery was basically painless and my recovery was quick as well. At the end of the surgery, the nurse first explained post-surgery recovery, then gave me written instructions on what to expect during the next couple of days and an after-hour number to contact if needed. The next morning, I received a phone call from the clinic to see how I was feeling!
I would highly recommend Dr. Ciavarro and the staff/ nurses for any dental related work!

I just got all 4 of my impacted teeth out! Everyone was so supportive and kind to make me feel less nervous. I’ve never been sedated before but it was the best nap of life! The anesthesiologist was super kind and made you feel better about the procedure and dr diamond was a pleasure as well!

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed this week, they were ALL impacted so this was a complicated surgery and I was terrified. Especially by potential risks outlined during consultation. HOWEVER, Dr. Cho is super man. I don’t know how he did it but he removed all 4 with no complications and it went very well. I also want to give a special shoutout to the amazing nurses, they are truly so so good at their job. I’m terrified of needles and have never had an IV in my life and they were so understanding and calming. They will hold your hand and distract you, I didn’t even notice the IV going in or what was happening because I was so engrossed in conversation then next thing you know my teeth are out! The surgery itself is pretty easy as long as you’re knocked out. Recovery isn’t bad as expected as long as you follow all instructions! It’s day 4/5 for me now and I only feel some ache and stiffness in jaw but that’s normal. Overall, if you have a complicated situation like me, don’t be cheap and go to these guys. Their facility is luxury and they take good care of you. They made a potentially unpleasant experience very pleasant! I highly recommend Dr Cho! I can’t thank them enough for all their care️we need more nurses and doctors like this

Had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed at 40 years of age. Was worried about the procedure due to a my age and a severe case of sleep apnea. Everybody at the clinic, admin, nurses, surgeon and the anesthesiologist were terrific. They put both my wife and I at ease and treated us very well. Surgery went well with no issues and very little pain. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I have never been to a dental office where I have been treated so nicely! Had my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Diamond and he was amazing! Let alone the amazing nurse staff that were there to help me out! So happy they made sure I was comfortable, not in too much pain (that could be controled) and I would recommend them to anyone! Even though I had a referrel from the Dentist, they were not giving me an appointment. What's the use of having a system that cannot serve the needy patient (basic motto of any doctor), you should stop giving preference to your Standard Operating Procedure when you have to choose between HUMANITY and anyrhing.

Coronation dental has provided the best healthcare experience of my life.

I went in for a consultation a few weeks ago. Every person I spoke to was incredibly kind and made sure I understood every part of the process. After explaining everything, Dr Sheikh sat down with me and answered every question I had.

I got a pretty severe infection shortly after that antibiotics weren’t treating and called to see if I could have my appointment moved up- they scheduled me the same week.

I’m a very anxious person and was very nervous (I needed almost a dozen teeth extracted under anaesthesia) but all of the staff took amazing care of me and made me feel comfortable and informed. The nurse went over every detail with me and put me at ease. Before I went under, Dr. Sheikh and the anesthesiologist both came over to go over everything with me- both were unbelievably kind and professional. I felt completely at ease during the whole procedure. I can’t praise this team enough- they went above and beyond during every step. Would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re a bit nervous about dental surgery.

Dr. Sheikh and his team honestly changed my life!
I am a 34 year old who has had a drastic underbite my whole life. I was supposed to have surgery to correct it when I was 18 years old and that never happened. 16 years later I took everything into my own hands.
I went and got braces and then I met with one surgeon prior to Dr. Sheikh and me and that surgeon did not mesh with treatment plan. (Breaking of my lower jaw)

Then I met Dr. Sheikh and knew right away this was the man that was going to break my jaw and he wanted to break my upper jaw and i was all for it. We got along right away and he had a plan. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the plan involved me looking the way I do now and I am only 3 weeks post op.he moved my upper jaw forward 13.1mm and I had a Genioplasty also!

Let me start by saying that going to the dentist is never fun - but Coronation Dental (and Dr. Sheikh and nurses and reception, etc) made for an incredible experience! Professional, well organized, great customer service and follow-up. Highly recommend.

It has been just a day over 3 weeks since my wisdom teeth surgery (2 impacted and 2 normally erupted). I say this place is really good and want to thank my dentist for referring me to this place. My surgeon was Dr. Sheikh, as previous reviews have said, he's an excellent surgeon. I was put in sedation (deep sleep) so I did not feel anything at all! Post-surgery I was cared for and given instructions which I followed (along with meds prescription). In terms of recovery it took me a few days (pain only came in 2nd/3rd day). But after a week I was basically fine to do whatever!

If you are uncertain of this place, hopefully this review will assert your decision! Thanks again Coronation Dental Specialty Group!

My name is Tori and I am a 19 year old uni kid. I recently just got my wisdom teeth out with this practice and thought I would share my experience with anyone who is on the fence about trying it out or not.

Getting your wisdom teeth out can be a pretty scary thing to wrap your head around. Especially when you’re someone like me, who previously had no surgery experience.

My nervousness was surreal about the surgery. I have always struggled with being in doctor-like atmospheres and becoming faint anytime I am in them.

My nerves were so bad that when I went for my consultation, my blood pressure was so high they were talking about sending me to an ER. They also sent me home when I was supposed to get my surgery done the one day because my temperature was around 102 from being so nervous.

I want readers to know, that if you are very anxious, I definitely understand the feeling. One thing you will learn if you come to this practice, however, is that they as well, understand your nerves.

I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest patient for the nurses, Dr. Ciavarro and Dr. Shehata. Especially with the rescheduling and having to track my blood pressure because of my anxiety symptoms.

With that in mind, none of them for a second made me feel less of a person or an inconvenience for them because they had to go the little extra mile to work with me and the state I was in.

I could tell the nurses were always going out of their way to keep a conversation going and trying to take my mind off of things. Dr. C, as well, for my consultation, was very comforting and did not make me feel like another patient he had to check off his list but rather a human being he was trying to get to know and understand.

I do want to make a special shout-out to Dr. S. The day I was supposed to have my surgery he came in and sat down with me and talked to me for a good 8 minutes just to simply comfort and reassure me. Although he made the professional choice to send me home due to my temperature, he really calmed me down with his words and compassion.

On the day of my actual surgery, he again came in and took the time to humanize with me and explain the surgery and that everything was going to be okay.

The nurses I had the day of my surgery were super sweet and joked around with me and even complimented my crocs. They made me feel at ease and were great to talk to.

My surgery went great. It has now been seven days since my surgery and I stopped having any pain after three days. The only issue I am experiencing now is jaw tightness but I think it will wear off soon.

They did an amazing job and everyone in there is beyond knowledgeable and knows what they’re doing. You know you’re in good hands when you’re there because they prove it in the way they answer your questions and the results of their work.

I will recommend Coronation Dental to anyone of all ages and experiences because they truly have a renowned practice.

If there’s one thing I could say I liked most about this group, is the fact that they never forget to make sure you feel like a person and not a patient.

Doctor practices will always preach that they value their clients but not a lot of them do as they preach. Coronation Dental is one of the rare ones that as you say, really do ‘walk their talk’.

Thank you Coronation Dental and all the lovely staff who helped make what I thought would be a nightmare experience, into a walk in the park.

When it comes to check in, registration and the actual treatment, great! The aftermath is where they drop the ball! Benefits are like pulling teeth to get back. With any provider I have ever used, easy and on line, and never a hassle to process. I can't seem to get any information or help with the month delay! Why they still use paper mailing!? !? Why they cannot follow up, and why I have to pay up front in this advanced tech society we live in with ONLY this company!? !? New provider simply bc I can't speak to anyone after 4pm. This is when I can call, Mon to Fri. And let's add the aforementioned!

I had my wisdom tooth surgery last week at the Cambridge location. My consultation was done by Dr. Sheikh and he assured me so well about my surgery as the tooth was really close to my jaw nerve. My surgery was carried out by Dr. Nadir and he did such a wonderful job. I had painless surgery and the after pain was also very less. I would really recommend them to anyone having dental issues. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. I have had both an implant and a root canal done at Coronation, and they are highly professional and obviously expert at what they do. Try them and you'll know what I mean.

Couldn't tell you if they were any good or not because they turned me and my autistic son away for being exactly 3 minutes late. No compassion, even though we were stuck in traffic from out of town. We waited a long time for this appointment, and they told me we could wait a month to book another appointment. We were considered "no shows". Don't waste your time with this company, literally!

My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth removed and this can obviously be very stressful experience! Every single person at Coronation Dental made it the least stressful and most positive experience. I mean everyone, from the reception, to the nurse, to the doctor, and finally when it was over the payment process. I can’t thank you enough for all the smiles, calmness, pleasant environment, and thorough explanations all the way through. We even got a call the next day to follow up and see how she was doing and reminder of the steps we needed to follow etc. It’s rare to have this kind of customer service anymore. Very capable and compassionate, Dr. Abitbol and Tara, performed a root canal procedure on me this morning. The Coronation Dental Specialists front intake staff are very savvy with their patient administration and a delight to deal with. Overall, Coronation Dental Specialists, is the place to go for quality specialist dental work!

I had periodontal gum surgery done at coronation dental, my appointment was exactly on time, everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr. Weiss is a talented professional, probably the best I've seen! Both of my sons (ages 16 & 15) went to Coronation Dental Specialty Group (Cambridge location) for their wisdom teeth removal. Horrible experience, my son was there for a assessment for root canal, Dr. A. Fox has zero patient service or manners he was rude and absolutely no help whatsoever, but happy to take our money. I'd never recommend him to anyone ever!

100% recommend! Went to get all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth removed here. I was very nervous and scared to go, but the nurses and doctors were very nice to me. Comforted me and even took extra steps to make me feel a little better about it all. They talked me through the procedure and answered all of my many questions i had about it. After it was all done they sent me home with a reusable ice pack and even called to check on me the next day! Over all my experience here was amazing. Id definitely return here if i ever need any more dental surgeries in the future.

I'm terrified of dental procedures but the staff helped me feel comfortable and safe. The receptionists were knowledgeable, the nurses offered their hands to me to hold to get through the IV insertion, and the doctor ensured I was feeling good, relaxed, and safe before the surgery. All my questions were answered and I was checked up on the next day. 100% would recommend

Fantastic experience at Coronation! Every person is so professional. I took my daughter in to see Dr. Sheikh. We had already seen two oral surgeons and another specialist before him over the last year, so she was NOT happy and very nervous. Dr. Sheikh explained, did the surgery just like he said and made her feel so comfortable.it’s been just over a week and we are just so thrilled! Going to recommend all my family and friends to make the drive to see him! And the cherry on top, he’s not very bad to look at (tres beau) ;)

I had 2 extractions, 1 was a wisdom tooth on May 19/20 by Dr. Sheikh. Everything went smoothly, especially considering the fact that it was completed during Covid-19 restrictions. Their office safety protocols eased any anxiety I had about having this done now.

I was really nervous about my tooth extraction as it was very tender. The dentist was great, put me at ease and took literally 3 minutes to get the tooth out. More than that, the staff was great and professional, kind courteous and efficient from start to finish.

Always super professional from the minute you make your appointment.always a friendly greeting with smiling faces. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Weitz and his team. I have had extensive dental procedures and have always been more than satisfied. Superior quality and customer service!

What a fabulous experience at Coronation Dental! All of the staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable for my wisdom tooth extraction. They were able to get me in for my appointment within mere days of my original consult. Thank you to Dr. Sheikh and to all of the nurses who made my experience as relaxing as it could possibly have been. Was really scared to have my molar and a cyst on my tongue removed. The doctor made me relax and went at my pace, making me feel more at ease. Painful yes, but glad I got it done!

Overall extremely disappointed with coronation dental speciality. Had my wisdom teeth removed at the Cambridge location and had nothing but problems. I was seen by all different doctors throughout my visits, from the consultation, to the surgery, and to the countless post op appointments. It was extremely impersonal and felt like they did not care about my well being. Not one of them would take me seriously and kept on saying “well everything’s fine, so it shouldn’t be hurting”. After the numerous post op appointments, I eventually gave up with going back (even though my wisdom teeth wounds were not completely healed).
When dealing with the bill, I was not approached ahead of time (either during the consultation, before the appointment or before I went under anesthetic). Then I was approached with the bill when I was heavily sedated, expecting me to comprehend the bill, put the correct pin in the machine and understand what has happened.
I then receive a call 60 days later asking me to pay the remainder of the bill along with late penalties that no one had ever mentioned. Even when I was there numerous time after my procedure, all staff failed to mention the remaining balance or anything about potential late penalties. I am extremely frustrated with my experience and am still dealing with pain from complications as these issues are still ongoing.

My root canal experience was a 10/10! Looking forward to my the tooth that needs the other root canal! Courteous followup the next day to ensure there's no pain or something that feels abnormal.

Joseph had a tooth extraction and Dr Steve was the best surgeon he could have had. The supporting staff, from the front desk to dental assistants were most accommodating and put Joseph at ease. The extraction process was super-fast and Joseph was pleased and surprised at the efficiency of the whole organization.

I had a root canal yesterday and the specialist I saw was absolutely terrific. Good experience with no issue! I would highly recommend.

I received a bilateral arthrocentesis and root canal while thankfully asleep. Dr. Ciavarro, amazing and Dr. Abitbol, amazing! 5 STARS for them and the pre and post staff, very kind and compassionate, thank you! I wish however their front office manager (shall be nameless) was as kind and compassionate. My complaint is due to several calls to ask questions about the estimate to get clarification and details weeks before the appointment. The office processes are designed to deal with insurance companies, very black and white, and lack higher touch engagement processes when a customer is paying and seeking more information. In my case there was a lack of soft skills and willingness to listen to understand my issue, stemming from inconsistent information from staff, on billing codes, details and timing of the procedures. Costs were inflated and did not match and align to the Drs procedural plan from a paperwork perspective. It's like getting an estimate on work on your car, which doesn't match what the mechanic said he's going to do, issue is not with the mechanic, work makes sense, but the billing/quote doesn't. How would you feel? I was met with an ego and justification why they are right and I just didn't understand. There was no willingness to see it from my point of view first, which is customer service 101, not to lack openness to understand and work through the situation, to help and ultimately resolve. It was further escalated by said Manager when she tried to get my procedure cancelled stating I was not happy and had concerns with the Drs.surgical plan, which was not the case and further proved her lack of listening skills. I followed up with the Dr.to clarify that my issue was not with the Drs surgical plan, that all made sense to me, my issue was in fact with the manager's approach and handling of my questions on billing. Long story short, I suggested that their estimates have clearer details that align with the Dr's plan, this would help connect dots better for the customer, I'm not an insurance company, I'm a person! Her staff should also be up skilled to convey continuity of information, consistent and knowledgeable answers to avoid confusion, this is her responsibility as a manager and not the fault of her staff. Lack of listening, openness and soft skills is my constructive criticism I share to her in hopes of improving her approach to customer experience. As front line and face of the customer, this can make or break business and therefore is important, which is why I wanted to share my experience. Thank you!

I honestly had my heart pumping out of my chest going in to have a tooth pulled and first off Leeanne was soo soo nice talking to me and reassuring me then Dr Diamond was relaxed and funny and put me at ease and I could not believe how fast and painless it was. I am crazy thats for sure but they were great. I am going back I think I am brave enough to have him to my implant and they will have to bring back Leeanne in from the other office.haha. Thank you.
