Watch the fine print. I had a contract signed for three charges last year. I asked the lady exactly how much it was. She told me. Then I woke up to a receipt email stating I have been charged another $281. I called them and they said it’s in the contract. I pulled it back out and yes, it was. In the small print before you sign that it will renew NEXT year. Just enough time to forget about it. I also never got a finished product of what they did for me. Be cautious when working with this company. They did answer the phone promptly and tell me how to cancel. But it’s a sleezy way to get a couple hundred extra dollars from a company. It seems this has been an issue with other customers as well. Seems like an easy policy change for them to do to avoid bad reviews. But I assume the money they make from it trumps the bad reviews.

Our folders turned out better than expected and FREE! All of the leg work was done as far as getting advertisers onto the folders and this was truly a "hands off" experience which is important in this busy market. We are proud to hand out our folders to clients!

Our folder girls never disappoint! IPro Realty has been working with Corporate Communications now for a while and its always a smooth process. Great communication throughout the whole process. We at iPro Realty highly recommend, and the folders look amazing!

Do not recommend. Unacceptable Service. Unauthorized annual charges which were never explained. Folders were created but never sent to the customer. Promised to have only 3 similar supplier but somehow they changed it to 6. Save your money and do not use this company for your needs.
