I saw Dr. Kesarwani for a large, disfiguring salivary tumour. I was terrified of having surgery, but she immediately put me at ease with her empathetic and professional approach. I had a tummy tuck with him and I’m not happy with the result.

I came to this clinic to see Dr. Atul Kesarwani for a tummy tuck with muscle tightening. I am not new to plastic surgery but the other surgeon I delt with had long waiting lists and in my opinion charges too much. I don't usually consider price as a barrier because I want the best work done on myself so I expect to pay a premium.

However, after much research on real self I decided to see Dr. Atul because he specializes in this procedure and is one of the very few surgeons who also tightens obliques. I wanted a more hour glass contour on my body and WOW did he deliver!

Dr. Atul exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier to have gone to him, he was the best decision. Not only are the results phenomenal but his team was very courteous to accommodate me on my tight time frame to get this done and the price was very reasonable!

Bottom line is if you are looking for a tummy tuck and want to be snatched to the Gods this is your surgeon! Thank you Dr. Atul for my fantastic results and to their lovely team.

Excellent cosmetic surgeon. Instead of getting fillers go with a lip lift. It's permanent and the result is very natural. Looking younger. $2500! I looked everywhere and the lowest cost was $5000.

I had an absolutely incredible experience in the hands of Dr. Kesarwani. She was incredibly professional, extremely kind, personable, very knowledgeable and was very eager to help me with my nose issues. I had spent a majority of my life with extreme difficulty breathing through my nose as well as numerous nose bleeds every day. Upon the first meeting with the Dr.she expressed what she would like to do in order to address my issues. After the first visit she took care of my nose bleed issue and a few weeks later was able to operate to fix my airways, and today I feel like a new man who is finally able to enjoy the ability to breathe out of my nose.

My son had his skin tag removed by Dr. Priya Kesarwani, and it was such a good experience! As his mom, I was a little nervous about the idea of my son having surgery, especially when he's only two years old. Dr. Kesarwani reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and that is exactly what happened! My son was happy and healthy, and there were no problems at all! I was a patient of Dr Keserwani for my first breast augmentation twenty years ago and when it was time to replace my implants I was thrilled to see he was still practicing. My experience was top notch from the consultation to the recovery. Dr Keserwani answered all my questions and I healed with zero complications. I only had the replacement because the first "set" was saline and I was interested in cohesive gel in a larger size. I healed from the second surgery again with zero complications and even faster recovery than the first. The office staff is attentive and professional. I felt very well looked after. I have and will continue to recommend. I am very satisfied with the results. Natural looking (and feeling) but better!

I want to thank Dr. Priya Kesarwani for her gentle, caring, reassuring, and professional approach before, during and after my surgery. At a time when my life seemed to be unraveling, I had an important decision to make.surgery. I have had a few surgeries before, but this one made me uneasy to say the least.
As I nervously waited to go into the OR, Dr. Kesarwani came out to go over the details of the surgery. I remember her gently putting her hand on my arm saying "we will take good care of you". Little did she know, what may have been a simple gesture to her, meant the world to me, and I could feel the stress start to subside. In the operating room right before surgery, Dr. Kesarwani again went over the procedure, gently touched my arm and reassured me I was in good hands, and I knew then, that I was.
At the time of my first follow up appointment, test results hadn't come back yet, but Dr. Kesarwani assured me she would call as soon as they did. Within a few hours, I received a call from Dr. Kesarwani explaining not only what the results meant, but what the next steps were as the pathology results were unclear yet again. She took the time to clearly explain and answer any questions that I had, and we actually talked about a few personal things I was dealing with amongst all of this. She was genuinely interested and concerned as we talked, and I knew I would still be in good hands if I needed any further surgery.
I feel it's important for people to know when they have left either a negative, or positive impact on you.
Through this whole experience I can honestly say, I have the utmost respect for Dr. Priya Kesarwani.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr Priya Kesarwani and she did an amazing job. Not only did the surgery go well and I am extremely happy with my results, she is such an amazing surgeon, she is so attentive and understanding, she makes sure to explain her ideas while also incorporating yours. The day of my surgery she once again went over in detail what she was going to do and that had put my mind at ease. Not only that but her personality and professionalism let’s you know you’re in good hands. Her staff is also extremely kind and professional. I had Gynecomastia correction surgery performed by Dr. Kesarwani a few years back and unfortunately it has turned out to be a terrible decision. From the initial consultations, I was walking into this surgery with high hopes and was beyond excited because I finally built up the courage to perform this operation. Dr Kesarwani did a great job in selling me this procedure and he did a great job selling me high expectations.

Fast forward down the road and my results are sub par, barley even noticeable. I still have not fully healed and at this point, I don’t expect to have the same feeling as before. I experience pains and discomforts depending on how I sleep.
After the surgery, I was told a few weeks to fully heal, then it went to a few months, then it went to up to one year and now finally it’s let’s inject steroids.
Dr. Kesarwani has attempted to correct these issues but I’ve lost trust and I am hesitant to spend additional money and time on “maybe” and “should be”.

I’m sure he has performed successful surgeries before and after me but do as much research as you can and look for clinics that specialize in the procedure you’re after.

Look no further if you are considering a Tummy Tuck in the future then this is your surgeon. I have struggled with lose skin around my abdominal area for years after having my two boys. My stomach was always an area with insecurities and having to wear certain clothing to keep it intact. Then in 2020 I have made a decision to to get Tummy Tuck so I began my Research in February of 2020 of surgeons and the Tummy Tuck procedure then I came across Dr. Kesarwani and his reviews and everything so I decided to get a consultant from him and from that day I knew he was the one. He encourages you and he is not all about money he will explain things to to you and broke it down into the simplest form so you can have a better understanding about the procedure and if you have any questions he will Answer them for you the results that I got after my Tummy Tuck 5 stars does No justice and also the experience I had with Dr.kesarwani and his Team was beyond Amazing. I will highly recommend Dr.kesarwani for your Next procedure.

Dr Priya Kesarwani was very attentive and respectful. She explained the procedure and any complications or side effects. I felt that she had a genuine interest in my well being.

This doctor forces his employees to write fake positive reviews. He even had us provide fake references to uneasy or uncertain patients, just so they would feel comfortable doing surgery with him. His daughters name is Priya (the review below this one) what a joke!

I had been passed around by a few doctors before finding Dr. Kesarwani regarding a procedure I needed on an uncommon issue which was complicated by my anxiety disorder. Because of my past experiences of being passed around I was very nervous for my appointment but I was booked in just over a week after I called for a consultation and was able to have my procedure done within the same month. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Kesarwani was incredibly compassionate. I wasn't an easy patient due to my anxiety but his entire team were very kind and understanding and also were able to book me in surprisingly quickly. Thank you, Dr. Kesarwani and your entire team that worked so well with me. I was so happy with my experience despite my overwhelming anxiety.

Dr K was very professional, He was highly recommended by the top bariatric surgeon at Toronto western and he does alot of skin removal for for people that have had massive weight loss. I had massive weight loss and had all my skin removed I have a large scar that wraps around my body from the skin removal and you can barely even see it (amazing right). He and his staff are fantastic always treated me with respect and compassion! I highly recommend him to everyone i meet that is going through or has gone through gastric bypass surgery. Dr K is one of the nicest surgeons I've met during my process over the last 9 yrs he treats you like a person not a pay check.
