They do what they want, instead of customer's need just the sake for money. I do not recommend and will never visit again.

I went to this dentist after not going to one for 5+ years, with a tooth infection.i had never been here before and I was sure it was a tooth infection, and notified the dentist about it right away. He took x-rays and didn’t say anything about the infection and continued to give me two fillings. I found out the day after while i was in excruciating pain that he had FILLED the tooth with the infection in it when he should’ve either pulled it, or given me a root canal. He also did not prescribe me antibiotics to help clear up the infection and left me in pain until i decided to call the dentist and demand a prescription for antibiotics. I paid in full for these two fillings and i only needed the one, whilst the other was a root canal or tooth extraction. NEVER go to this dentist, they have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to teeth.

They literally just chit chat the entire time while doing my dental work, barely paying any attention to what they were doing.

Dr. D'Souza at Cosmo Dental is a wonderful dentist! I often am tense at dentist offices due to still feeling pain during procedures even with freezing. Dr. D'Souza is extremely skilled and is the first dentist that I could fully relax while she's completing a procedure. I feel no pain at all and am always satisfied with her work. Definitely recommend her for nervous patients!

I Moved to London Last October from Toronto and it’s was great until several days ago my molar was in tremendous pain. I can stand pain but this was just bad. I called Cosmo as they are close by and they took me in with no problems. The entire team was fantastic. They went out of their way to help me and fix my issue. It was so calming and comforting there. The Dr is fantastic and the team members. Thank you for taking away my terrible pain and making it so pleasant at the same time. Look no further when deciding who to go to for your dental needs.

I just changed dentists to Cosmo Dental Center. Dr. D'Souza patiently explained my treatment options after my examination and I felt zero pressure to decide right away. She was so kind and easy to talk to. I had a cleaning shortly after and it was so thorough it made me realize that (as I suspected) that I had not previously been getting the kind of quality dental care that I received at Cosmo. All of the staff are friendly and kind, and I am sooo happy that I switched to Cosmo Dental Center. I only wish I had done it years ago.

Wonderfully nice, professional and zero pain. Like many people, I have spent alot of time avoiding the dentist out of fear of the pain and discomfort associated with dentistry but Cosmo Dental Centre changed all that. They are always so nice and welcoming and the work is TOP NOTCH. Now my spouse swears by them and she was very afraid as well. I recommend Cosmo to anyone in need of dental work. The Best. Seriously.

My sister went to dentist office One of the receptionist named Kelly Ridiculed my sister she’s on OW and because she’s sick and she called to rebook her appointment because she couldn’t come to her appointment due to her illness she said your not responsible person you need to show up you people on OW it’s a normal behaviour. She’s making it seem like anyone who’s on OW are irresponsible people that should be looked down at. It’s unacceptable to treat someone like that.my sister came back home traumatized crying. She treated her so inhumane. But the doctors are amazing!

Amazing dentist, Everyone in the office was very nice, I was made very comfortable as soon as I walked in. Office is vey clean, people were professional but kind and caring at the same time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I had an awesome experience at Cosmo Dental! I brought my 7 yr old and they were very gentle in treating my son, he doesn’t feel any pain during the treatment.

The are very nice from the receptionist, assistant and the dentist. The clinic was clean and all the staff are using proper PPE.

Very easy to book for an appointment and they will look for your preferred date and time.

It was my first time going there I was afraid of going to a dentist cuz of what was going on the covid but I'm glad I went there I had a cracked tooth that I didn't know about and they handled it

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dsouza and her team during my visits to Cosmo Dental Centre. Dr. Dsouza is extremely caring and truly has the solution to any dental issue that you’re facing. I even had the chance to be seen by the hygienist (Tanya) and had a pleasant dental scaling experience with her. In addition, the clinic is well maintained and modernized with Netflix running above you when your teeth are being worked on. My best wishes to the Cosmo dental team!

We discovered Dr D'Souza just before moving out of province in the spring of 2022 and she is an absolute gem of a dentist. Friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Her ability to provide top notch care while managing a busy schedule is appreciated. She made a point of going out of her way to accommodate our hectic schedules, keeping in mind our tight time frame. We will continue to keep her as our dentist, traveling back to Ontario periodically to do so. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dsouza is an amazing Dentist. I drive two hours back to london from walkerton area just because she and all her team is great. They fit you in emergency and treat you like family when your there

I don't recommend. Nit one bit. Went for a filling, they didn't fix it properly, so my tooth is now worse off than It originally was. Same as other people posted on here, they tried to say the typical "Oh well you might need a root canal" which. Is thier big scam to get you to spend money money and have them drill up your teeth unnecessarily. It's been over a week and my tooth still hurts. As well as there's nerve damage from the Dr jamming the needle into my mouth for freezing. DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Also when I first came in they took x rays of my mouth. So if a root canal was actually needed, instead of a filling, they would've said something at my initial appointment instead of pretty much pulling insuramce fraud by charging people for things they don't need. Seriously if you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable non scamming dentist, don't go here. Save your money. And insurance. These guys are Crooks.

Dr. Souza and Alisha were absolutely incredible! The entire team at Cosmo Dental made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I was able to be seen at short notice as a new patient and my teeth look and feel much better! For once I can’t wait for my next dentist appointment - Highly recommend!

Clinic has a great, vibrant, and welcoming atmosphere. Did really well with my root canal procedure. Would definitely recommend this clinic for dental needs.

I had my Root canal and fixing for few other lower teeth, Dr Souza took appointment on urgent basis and did the whole process to accommodate my requirement. I enough got some pain afterwards but she got in touch and again fixed my tooth or such a short notice. I would recommend her 100 percent for any dental issues. They would be happy to help. She did an amazing and painless job. The clinic looks Very professional and all the staff is very friendly

Cosmo Dental is the best dentist I've ever had.
They have a beautiful office and they are all so friendly really putting you at ease.
I got in the next day after calling and they have been working around my work schedule withch is such a bonus and they have taken care of the insurance without any hassle.

Excellent dental centre with a great staff. I'm like most people in terms that I don't like going to the dentist but when I recently had a broken tooth and was in quite a bit of discomfort I went to make an appointment hoping for something quick. I was taken in and presto done.no more pain. I was very impressed by the whole staff

My experience at cosmo is always positive, great staff and the Dr is top notch.
My biggest worry is trying not to fall asleep during any procedures I've had done there.

Went in with severe pain from a wisdom tooth dr dsousa prescribed something medicine that helped and so I can finally sleep at night and day of surgery everyone was very nice and procedure went great

I have always been a very anxious patient at the dentist. Since Dr D'sousa has been taking care of my dental needs that has changed. She puts me at ease, keeps me informed of what she is doing and ensures my comfort. I have complete faith in her abilities and skill.
She accommodates me when needed, even when I have arrived unannounced with an emergency.
The front desk staff are very friendly and hygienists take great care.

Dr. D’Souza and her team are very professional and caring. They agreed to provide me urgent care inspite of being a new patient at a time when many other clinics refused to help because of the pandemic. She handled my anxiety as a patient really well and managed the treatment in a wonderful manner. Will definitely return for any dental needs to Cosmo Dental Centre. Initially we were made to wait 40 minutes before the dentist made an appearance. We were referred for CBCt scan from our dentist for the purpose of implants to make sure the jaw bone is free of inflammation and that it’s safe to proceed. After providing the med history the dentist decided that my father’s condition is contraindicated to the scanning image, when I asked for the specific contraindication the dentist determined that his condition is unstable without taking blood pressure and without checking with his family physician or his specialist. Even though my father’s condition is stable according to the doctors my father is seeing. Not sure if the dentist practices as a physician on the side but needless to say he was a useless referral.my father needs implants as he needs teeth to eat but it’s ok we’ll find an actual dentist who practices dentistry by collaborating with the patient’s physicians. The human body is connected you can’t separate the head from the rest of the body and make an opinion based on your dental knowledge solely.

I went in to get a tooth redone that was bothering me after i got my braces off. They claimed there was nothing they could do but instead decided to do a filling on my front tooth, even after the dental hygienist said I didn't need one. I had 2 different insurances at the time one from college and one my parents had, yet miraculously they claimed the tooth i didn't need filled wasn't covered, now I apparently owe them 200 dollarsf for a filling that wasn't done well. Not only that but i needed a crown on 2 of my teeth, i asked an estimate and they claimed they would send one out yet i never heard back. Now its a year later I have no insurance anymore to get the procedure done and the tooth they refused to refill for me back then is causing massive trouble. Overall, just not a very friendly place and the concerns you have are brushed off go to a place where if you ask for something to be done it will be.

HORRIBLE! I'm honestly not a person that complains, I'm a happy, friendly person and I have never wrote a bad review ever, about any business of any kind! Cosmo was my first and only dentist until recently when I switched to Dove. Not only was Cosmo my dentist for over 20 years, I brought my two children there. I had a disagreement, which at part I was in fault for a missed appointment. May I also inform you at this time I was recovering from a surgery as well and did not have benefits like i previously did, Cosmo knew this at the time and treated me differently than when I had full benefits. I tried to apologise for the missed appointment and book a new appointment several times, including times where I was in pain. The receptionist was incredibly rude and would not book me an appointment on ten different occasions. Her response was, "I had to call everyday when they opened and they would try and fit me in, but would not book an appointment in advance", I would call every morning as soon as they opened and they would still not book an appointment! All they care about is money, patient care at Cosmo is well below the norm. My 10 year old daughter was so scared of the dentist that when we recently went to our new dentist she cried as soon as she got there. The staff at my new dentist (Dove) was so awesome with my kids they were smiling and happy by the time we left. My daughter even told our new dentist that her dentist at Cosmo was mean and rough. Cosmo by far has the worst patient care, including children, at one point the dentist told my daughter she needed to stop crying over nothing. I wouldn't even waste my time writing this if I hadn't went to Cosmo my whole life and when I was in pain and in need of dental work Cosmo literally treated me and spoke to me worse than any professional I've ever dealt with. Cosmo is suppose to be a friendly Family Dentist, this is a lie! The office is so crammed pack, just in all a horrible layout and environment. I read reviews where dentist make mistakes all the time, that is human, everyone makes mistakes! Mistakes are one thing, this is a whole other issue! If you want to be respected and heard and happy when you leave the dentist I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE BUT COSMO. COSMO SUCKS! THANKS FOR LISTENING!

Reception ladies are helpful and courteous, office manager Val is always ready to address any concern, and follows through. Dr. D, Sousa skipped her lunch break to preform emergency care on me. I recommend cosmo and there staff.

Today my son fell and broke his tooth on the ice at school. Unfortunately it was an adult tooth. I called Cosmo right away and they got me in same day and let me tell you what an amazing group of people. They are our regular dentist and always do a great job, but today they went above and beyond! They were able to not only get my son in same day but were able to build him a new tooth right then! It looks the same as before and they were of course AMAZING with my son who has an extreme anxiety disorder. Thank you cannot cover how thankful I am right now for Cosmo dental and Dr. Deasua.

Was a patient here. My children and I have went here until recently. I was told my child had 9 cavities and myself 10. I went to get a second opinion and surprised that we only had 2 each. We were also shown our Xrays to prove thier findings. I'm so upset by this. Nothing but money grabbing crooks. Do not go here, and if something doesnt seem right, seek a second opinion.
