My absolute favourite pet supply store of all time! I come here for all of my cat’s needs. They carry the best quality food and supplies, and are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I recently started taking my cat out on walks, and the cat harness I had bought elsewhere didn’t fit him properly, so they recommended the Canada Pooch everything harness and it works perfectly. Now he can explore outside safely and comfortably!

absolutely horrible service 4/4 times I've been here! I gave them an honest shot as a local/small business but will not be giving them anymore of my money.there is zero customer service, staff are rude and do not care about you or your pets needs, or even appear interested in pets at all.do not both asking for help, as they'll lie to you and make things up as they go anyway.beyond unprofessional! The convenience isn't worth the anger and frustration I've experienced each time
