Tall bald guy was yelling and being rude at some kid when checking receipts at the exit doors. Kid didn't do anything wrong. Didn't expect that behavior at Costco.

Ok so today 2nd march 2023 between 7: 30p to 8pm, Casandra at self checkout embarrassed me for using my wife membership card which was just next with me but i just scanned it, how on earth she wants her to scan herself, luckily she match picture otherwise she would blame something else, Such a disgrace for us thinking as if we are doing some kind of cheating, hey Manager at costco we colour people have patience, don’t test it please, supervisor didn’t even call her for apology. Not going to any Costco anymore duck with membership i will waste it rather going back at any costco. I wont make any difference I know but still… may be someone reading this will take action, #saysorryracistcasandra

Costco used to be a sure fire 6 to 10 cents cheaper.not anymore. Pioneer gas station and Canadian Tire in Grimsby just along the road are now routinely within 1 or 2 cents for regular gas. Also the tap at the pump for interac is a hit or a miss at this Costco.

ATTN ALL PHYSICALLY DISABLED SHOPPERS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR OE YOU. I had to come here since I was in the area, not only is the gas better than Meadowlands but this is the most accessible, handicapable, accommodating store I have ever been in. And they actually have an accessible washroom that isn't just a washroom they slapped a sticker on. I'm coming herenfor everything. It was so stress free

About a week ago I watched an employee block off a gas lane to use a pole to kill baby birds by knocking the nests out of the top of the gas station. I was so disgusted. This person is sick and I will never be returning to this gas station or Costco for that matter

A terrible experience with the pharmacy. The pharmacists are convinced in their minds that in order to do their duty, it is a great favor done to the costumer.
When they receive the prescriptions from the doctors, if they are not in the mood to fill the prescriptions they are simply ignore it. Happened to me. My family doctor sent a prescription, and showed to me that went through. I call the pharmacy, and the pharmacist, argued that the prescription has not been received. After several calls miraculously, the prescription has been found.
I tried to speak with the pharmacy manager, and was not available, the I tried to speak with the warehouse manager and both managers were in meeting, then I wanted to speak with both and I have been told that they are not available after 45 min of waiting. I give up. Maybe somebody from head office might be curious how COSTCO MEMBERS are treated, because we the members, still pay our membership in time.

Store hours online should state STORE HOURS NOT GAS STATION HOURS
Its very frustratiing to drive all the way here just to be told you close at 6pm and not 7pm.

I come here to fill up the 3 cars in the family. Reasons for this are:

Usually gas is some cents cheaper
I get reimbursed 3% with the new CIBC credit card
Gasoline is Top Tier which is recommended fuel type for my car

Don’t worry if you see a long line, usually moves
pretty fast.

Going to the Ancaster Costco. The muffins and bagels are expiring in 2 days. 2 people cannot eat 12 muffins and 12 bagels in 2 days. These I do not like frozen so that is not an option.

Comparing gas price is expensive than other Costco always 3 cents more. They told me to shut off the engine to fill the gas, so I did and do always. But when I see most of their cars engine is on when they fill gas. I notified to the staff but they did not care and no action has been taken. I don’t know why only to me. Are they racist because I look different. I stopped going to this gas station

Not to happy with the tire department at the stoney creek location. Came in for a oil change at 515pm waited over an hour and a half.apparently after waiting for an hour I found out that this Is they're policy. Anywhere else is half-hour 45min.had I been told this in the beginning I could I decided whether I wanted to wait or not. Cause apparently I had nothing else that I needed to do.

This location always have station available without any lineup, it's very rear to encounter long lineup here

The Costco warehouse is just ok but the gas station is pretty good. Even on a weekend, it was relatively empty so it was a breeze fueling up.

Luisa at the entrance was very rude. We had a coffee on our way in and she said no drinks allowed. Cool that’s completely fine and we understand, but when we walk through the store while shopping and count 2 shoppers and 3 staff having the exact same coffees in their hand it makes us wonder why she decided to not allow us to bring it in.

We confronted her on our way out and she said staff are allowed but customers can be fined. She didn’t explain why the others had them or how they got in with them but they need to work on their policies a bit better.

The tire /propane people are extremely unhelpful and rude. I tried to get someone’s attention for 10 mins and then when I finally got someone to come over to fill the tanks, she helped other people who lined up after me.

I always use this gas station cause it has a better price compared to the gas stations close by. Before COVID, there used to be a huge lineup every hour of every day, but now, you don't wait for a second and go right to the gas pump.

Also, the staff are constantly sanitizing the pumps, screens and nozzles.

People are disregarding distancing rules in the aisles. Too crowded.don't think I'll be back again. Customers cannot scan their own groceries. The employees have been directed to scan all customers groceries which makes me uncomfortable. While waiting in line I didn't observe them sanitizing their hands before handling anything. I would much prefer to scan my own then place them directly into my reusable grocery bags since I known where my hands have been!

One is the best Costco stores. They are close to our house and we frequent this store for our grocery and pharmacy needs. Staff is amazing!

Disappointed that during my last 4 visits I observed numerous customers with their masks below their nose or under their chin. Wish staff would correct this behaviour as it deters my desire to return.

It's not always THAT much cheaper and they make it difficult to pay for the gas. I am aware it drives down neighborhood prices though.

I visited this Costco today. This place was not properly ventilated and I felt stuffy. I appreciate that the staff was wiping the shopping cart handle but the place was cramped. I am not going there again.

Esso 1.02 and costco 0.99 you are on the wrong way. Where is 8 or 9 cent down price? If you go on this way.no more gas get from Costco.

Usually Costco lower than other but right now on here is $0.95 but at station I filled $1.02

This afternoon, when we returned home after a visit to the Winona Costco store, we did not receive a salmon fillet that we were charged for. I returned the empty cart to the store and I would have seen anything left in the cart. We called the store and the gentleman was very nice and reassured us that we would be looked after the next time we came in.

What happened to gas price? Prices was between 0.84 and 0.89 two weeks ago. Patrol price lovest than 2 weeks ago but price much higher. Why? I stopped buy gas from Stoney Creek Costco.

I like that they installed a 3rd pump on each line, so the lines move quickly if they build at all. Quick and easy, pay at the pump. Great price.

Great savings at the pumps, will pay for your Costco membership and some! Love getting fuel here, usually 5-10 cents cheaper per litre

Love this costco gas bar! Best in GHA. So convenient and the prices are about 10+cents cheaper than other gas bars. Now with the 3rd pump installed at each aisle wait times are reduced too!

I bought my winter tires at Stoney Creek Costco and booked an appointment to get them installed. While they were installing my tires, one of the technicians backed up with my door open and completely broke my door. They sent it to a shop to get it fixed and 'set me up' with a rental, paying for everything. But did NOTHING to help with this process, leaving me to have to run around from the shop and rental place, take time off work, miss Christmas parties because of their error. I would imagine covering the damage and rental costs is the bare minimum they should do, but they didn't offer any incentives for all my trouble, even after asking. I will never go back to a Costco tire shop again.

This is my favorite Costco in the GHA. It has everything other Costcos have minus the massive crowds. Very easy to get in and out without hassles.

Very rude tire customer service the tire center representative after she read the mileage wrong and was shouting at me why i did not get the tires balance on time i told her i have the receipt and she continue shouting for next few minutes until she realized her mistake and she said oh she read it wrong? Even if I was wrong Costco rep should be polite to remind my mistake but it was Costco tire centre rep who was wrong and was yelling at me wow great customer treatment!

I love the prices but my van seems to not drive well when I gas up there. It jerks and jolts. Someone says they are known to have water in lines. Gassed up else where and all is well.

Great price, pumps are fast. ALWAYS very busy. Best time to go is between 8: 30-9am and there’s no wait. Staff is friendly.

Staff is amazing, the team in the optical department are phenomenal, so sweet and caring. Clean organized store. For the amount of customers Costco associates interact with on a daily basis, I’m surprised they can keep a smile on their faces. Bless you!

Was at the gas bar last night. I saw an older gentlemen pump gas in a VINEGAR JUG as I was pulling up. He was finishing up as I got out of my car. He capped it and put it on the floor of his car. This whole time a pump attendant was in the area, saw the guy, and didn't say a word to him about it. After he left another customer pulled up and confronted the attendant about the legality of a non-approved container. The attendant claims she didn't see the guy. Then a supervisor chimed in.he told the lady. "if you were so concerned why didn't you get out of your car and speak to him". Like it's her job. They need to address safety training and customer complaint resolution. They should also enforce customers to park with their fuel caps on the pump side of the vehicle. Another safety issue with cars pulling through the lane ways between the pumps.
